Opening Post
An ironic scene was spilling in the opposite ends of New York. Both the Patriarch of the Lucas Family and the Symbol of Chaos were seen, pacing in front of their windows. Both were men of unmanageable power and incredibly short patience. They each shared the desire to erase the other from existence, hell they very well could give the right situation. But no, this pacing was not from anger. It was them awaiting the time for which the meeting between their groups would begin. One led the infamous underground syndicate of villains, Fang Organization while the other led the leaders of the black market, the Lucas Family.
For a year, the two have been engaged in a back and forth over a year; which was dwindling their numbers and resources. Neither side was weak, thus an all-out war would leave one decimated and the other weaken to be overran by not only the Hero Association, but other criminal organizations. The Council was slowly beginning to form once more, thus there are vacant seats at the table of whom was going to run the show. This invoked the greed and wrath in everyone, creating a hostile environment. That was evident by the Fang Organization’s betrayal.
Hence why both men paced back and forth. Both held desire to slaughter the other but understood the importance to evade battle, for now. Thus, this meeting was a cease fire negotiation. As the time neared, the respective right hand mans of both group rallied up the members and delivered orders:
Zel X:“Today is the day we put an end to this war. Whether it be through compromise or war.
Regardless of which, we shall emerge victorious":Deathpierce
Despite the intentions of both organizations, there was one laying in the shadows. Rumors circulated throughout the underworld that this meeting between the Lucas Family and Fang Organization was being held. Due to personal vendetta, a third party was entering the fray.

Koren, Aka, Carnage, Stood in the back, with his mentor, Zed X. Both men prefering the speak with their ability, not words, both men prefering the shadows. As they stood, Carnage knew he would gain his revenge on the fang organization if it did come to war. Carnage had spent his last year mostly in solitude, spending the entire time with Zed X and his family, fighting, training, constantly improving, for when the time came. Across the room, Carnage saw the other family members, Tony, Jamilla, Zui Bei, and Zel who paced. All these members had helped him in the year, be it sparring with Zel, or training his mind with Jamilla, to learning how to fight reals from fakes using Tony's reality warping. All of them had helped him, as had the other lower members. Carnage had fought almost every member of the Lucas family, bar Frank, in his training with Zed, and this was what it had accomplished. Carnage was ready, his quirk itching to unleash its full potential, but for now, he had to sit, and wait for Zed's command.
Name: Crush [Limit Break] Quirk: Emitter Quirk Level: Basic [Ascend] Rank: G Experience Points: Free Type: Supplementary Range: Close Damage: 0 Description: Start the carnage is the renamed activation technique of Korens quirk, Crush. Crush is a quirk, that on contact with an object or a person, Koren will release his quirk into it, either smashing the object apart instantly, or sending the person flying back with great force. This power exists due to the immense pressure that constantly emits from the user’s limbs - feet - hands. After limit breaking the Quirk, Koren found a way to improve the overall damage focussing more of his power into each hit, he was able to accomplish this. With the new break, Korens quirks now grants 3 DMG points to all his physical techniques and freeform, and also, because of him focussing more into each blow, was able to extend the range from close.
Drawbacks: At this level, Crush cannot be deactivate or activated. The power within the body constantly exert the destructive nature of the quirk, thus all techniques receives an additional 3 damage points.

Last Edit: Jul 10, 2018 4:52:19 GMT by Cautare: fixed my post
After many weeks of ardous training with my master Yorrick i had gotten interested in the the family he supposedly worked for, the Lucas family to be exact. I had heard of them before but i couldnt get a full grasp on the family itself and the operations it ran only rumors of their exploits in the underworld, anyone who attempted to gain information on the family predictably died in the night this proven true when my own informants were killed shortly after their information hunt. Thankfully yorrick seemed to trust me enough to divulge information on his family, explaining the ins and outs of what they do and how they remain in control yet never speaking on its other members. At the end of the discussion Yorrick had offered me a position in the family, of which i immediately agreed, under a condition that i created my own villain alias before i delved into the lucas family. Now donning the name 'Oroboros' i completed multiple jobs for the lucas family over the year, Rising through the ranks as i gained fame from my exploits, until i finally gained a high enough standing to be moderately respected in the family.
Physical Physique has Improved: +5 PHY in Each Attribute. Cannot Pick Peak Conditioning as a Prize.
Name: Beyond the Boundary – World Reconstruct Quirk: Emitter Quirk Level: Basic [Ascend] Rank: G Experience Points: Free Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: None Description: Portal Jump is an Emitter Type Quirk that allows the user to create “Doors” within a vicinity near them [at this current level, the door can appear three meter of the user] on any surface whether its air, ground, or water via emitting an intangible and a form of spatial bending energy from the body (which causes no harm) which causes the doors to form. Passing through the door allows them to travel to and from an alternate dimension that completely mimics how the entire area is designed (thus moving in the dimension is identical to moving in the real world). While in said dimension, anybody is still aware of the real dimension as if they are peering through a one-side window, however to leave the dimension the user needs to make another door. None of the doors disappear until Naomi exits the dimension. Keep in mind that the dimension functions the same as the real world does, thus flames will continue to burn if placed inside the dimension. The speed of which the doors are formed is equal to Naomi’s SPD Attribute. (Applies to all her Quirk Related Moves). Meanwhile Universe 1 is an Emitter based quirk that works in tandem with the Portal Jump Quirk, in which it allows the user to manipulate anything within the dimension. This ranges from the mimicked liquids, solids and even gases. The user may also summon them from doors into the real dimension, though they can no longer manipulate whatever has exited the dimension. The door opens based on the users SPD, due to utilizing Universe 1 and Portal Jump at once.
Drawbacks: Naomi when she utilizes either of her quirks, this causes her body to begin to feel sick due to constant overuse, suffering from mass headache, fevers and even disorientation till eventually she passes out. She suffers draw backs based on the rank of the techniques she uses.
Drawbacks: Naomi begins to suffer adverse effects from traveling through the dimension/manipulating it. Aside from travel, Naomi is only capable of creating two doors at once: One to Enter and One to Exit
40%: -15 PHY Reduction in Stamina 60%: -20 PHY Reduction in Stamina 80%: -25 PHY Reduction in Stamina 100%: -Becomes Unconscious
Fashionably late, Naomi would have opened a portal from the outside of the building as she entered the room with her own personal vanguard; two random cousins of hers. She dismisses them as they returned back to the mansion via their quirks – but as she walked into the room, she can feel the edge in the air. She had been with the Lucas Family for some time now though to be more accurate its been a year, even uniting her own family into an alliance with them but right now more important affairs where at hand. She walked up to her current mentor, Tony and give a traditional bow as seen in Japanese culture but also she walked towards Jamilia whom she had been working with other the last year via the Spy Network. Big sis! It’s been awhile since we’ve last seen each other…and here we are now in this room full of baddies. she commented on the situation but also noted her masked brother Koren in the corner with Zed.
She rolled her eyes at him, always trying to imitate Zed as always but once she was settled in with all her gear set in place she simply waits by Jamilia for things to begin. Her power had increased over the year; evident by her new found confidence. She had also decided to user alias Portal Girl for this meeting.
The Day of Reckoning is a mini-arc that takes place prior to the Hummingbird arc. The premise of this event is the boiling point between the Lucas Family and Fang Organization. In an effort to prevent loss on both sides, a meeting was constructed in order to discuss a cease-fire. Tensions are extremely high and the slightest action can cause complete warfare. In the outskirts of this conflict is the emerging Talon Organization, one of the six members in the conglomerate known as “The Council”.
⇒ Location | New York City
New York City is comprised of five boroughs sitting where the Hudson River meets the Atlantic Ocean. At its core is Manhattan, a densely populated borough that’s among the world’s major commercial, financial, and cultural centers. Its iconic sites include skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building and sprawling Central Park.
Iseul Park let his right foot dangle over the edge of the One Vanderbilt Skyscraper while his left foot was propped up on the roof's surface. He folded his arms over his knee and rested his head on top of them, scanning the metropolitan area that seemed to span infinitely in front of him. Roads and passageways crisscrossed the world almost four-hundred meters below. Mumbled voices and distant yelling filled the sky with an oddly pleasant ambiance. Iseul intended to come up here to meditate, but now he was lost in thought.
A year prior to today, Iseul had gotten into a battle alongside a girl by the name of Tracey Ibaka. Through hard work and determination, they were able to incapacitate their shared enemy and win the fight. To their surprise, however, the confrontation was organized by an Underworld group known as Hummingbird, and they wanted Iseul and Tracey to join them. Though he was familiar with crime, Iseul had no interest in joining a criminal organization and decided to leave the area immediately. Tracey, following his lead, declined their offer and left as well.
Iseul tried to find another job, but it was clear that a high-paying short-term job was nothing short of a myth. He was back on the streets again, stealing from whoever and wherever he could. Eventually, he became dull to his own actions and to the feelings he'd been so focused on. Committing a crime didn't matter to him anymore, he just had to do what needed to be done. Though he could've easily walked down a dark path, Tracey was the one to pull him out of it. After they had gone their seperate ways, Tracey decided that her Quirk could do more for her than she'd realized. After some searching, she managed to find a group of vigilantes operating in Brooklyn and pleaded for their approval. The group took her in and trained her over the course of three months, leading to Tracey's first field operation which began the day after her regime was completed. Surprisingly enough, the first thug Tracey took down was Iseul himself.
Hoping to shift his path to a much more righteous one, Tracey brought Iseul to the vigilantes and asked them to take him under their wing just as they had done to her. As he watched their actions and saw the progress they made, Iseul's attitude began to shift. While he still needed to steal, he could always steal from villains rather than citizens. Not everyone in the group agreed with his ideas, but a few of them were in positions similar to his, albeit for different reasons. Some had even worked with villains in the past in order to take down other villains.
Thus, Iseul's own training regime began. He was no expert with his Quirk just yet, but his control and creativity shot to a higher level. Not only that, but he managed to build more muscle and learned a few forms of martial arts, all of which supported his own fighting style. Once the bulk of his training was finished, Iseul worked towards cleaning up the streets while collecting funds along the way. Eventually, it came time to tell Jackson about the past few months. Though he was mad about the stealing, his expression was indifferent upon hearing about his new plan. There were some walls to overcome for the moment, but at the very least, the two of them were stable.
Now, a few months into his own time as a vigilante, Iseul decided to take another path. He'd recently found out that there was tension among the Fang Organization and the Lucas Family, enough to cause a ripple effect through the Underworld. Other organizations fell in the crossfire, including the organization that tried to hire him before. He still had the heart of a hero, but his next actions could easily say otherwise. A new organization, Talon, was looking to recruit members and turn the Underworld on its head. The details were still under wraps and he didn't know what would be in store for him, but he did know that this was the perfect opportunity to start erasing parts of the Underworld while gathering resources from the rubble. Donning new skills and new armor, all that was left was to answer the call...
Name: 쓰구요미 · Sseukuyomi Quirk: Emitter Quirk Level: One [1] [Ascend] Rank: G Experience Points: Zero [0] Type: Offensive / Defensive / Supplementary Range: Self Damage:Additional 1 Bonus Damage for Ice Damaging Techniques || Additional 10 PHY for Ice Debuffing Techniques Description: Tsukuyomi (쓰구요미, Sseukuyomi) is the initial level of the Sea Spire quirk. Named after the Shinto Goddess of the Moon, this technique emulates the moon's ability to push and pull the tides, allowing the user to shape and transform all water within an immediate vicinity of their body. With this technique active, the user gains the benefits of two separate quirks: Hydrokinesis and Status Change. Hydrokinesis allows the user to freely manipulate a body of water and its properties, such as size, shape, pressure, density, and more. Status Change extends the Hydrokinesis quirk and allows the user to transform nearby water into any of its three states: Vapor, Liquid, or Ice. The user can transform liquid into vapor and liquid into ice, but cannot transform vapor into liquid, ice into liquid, or vapor into ice and vice-versa.
Drawback: At Primary Mastery [Level 1], the user is only capable of manipulating water that falls within Five [5] meters (radius) of their body. Subsequently, the range of all techniques is restricted to the range of the active quirk level.
Drawback: At Primary Mastery [Level 1], the user must use body movements to manipulate nearby water. The amount of movement required is proportional to the size of the water being controlled.
Drawback: At Primary Mastery [Level 1], the user can only manipulate water, ice, and vapor in their base forms. It's possible for the user to manipulate water mixed with chemicals (Ex. Bottled water, sea water, etc) but they cannot extract water from organic substances (Ex. Trees, people, etc) nor can they control liquid substances that aren't traditionally considered water (Ex. Blood, poison, mud, etc). Dropping a foreign object or liquid into the water the user is controlling will not render their control useless.
Drawback: At all levels of mastery, the user's abilities are impacted by high-temperature, low-humidity environments. Techniques under this quirk will lose efficiency, causing all quirk-based damage and quirk-based boosts to be reduced by half. [Non-Quirk boosts remain unaffected]
Note: This is the Parent Technique for Sea Spire Level One and allows the user to manipulate water through freeform.
Note: All Sea Spire techniques are determined by the user's Speed value unless stated otherwise.
It was just an year ago, Urek viewed himself as imperator; ruler of the shadows. He was in his own realm of in essence. Living in The Underground of New York proved to be a difficult task, though it was what we wanted. Only the bravest of the brave, strongest of the strong would dare approach the depths of the Under- world and that is why he spent his time there. Thereafter, he met a man who re- ached all of his expectations: Tony X, one of the important members of the infam ous Lucas family.
Warping in front of Urek, Tony X noticed that he stood unbothered by his sudden appearance. He began discussing the ideals of the Lucas family towards Urek, it went out one ear to the other though. What did peak the interest of Urek, was the invitation he received from Tony into the Lucas family. Urek smirked, and happily accepted the offer, plotting about the new agenda he obtained and how this would amplify it, achieving it quicker.
"My names, Ray Barracuda to you; don't forget. Don't you ever address me in any other fashion, alright?" Urek addressed to Tony.
Present Time -
Lost in thought, Urek forgot where he was. In a meeting with the rival family he sat there bent down with a smirk that quivered on his face just listening, standing right beside Jamilla.
Urek looked at Jamilla then looked back and shrugged, even though his expression was because of the view of the known members of the Fang family, he was in awe. Nevermind that, he was actually excited at the view! A perfect fall together for the Bashenga Project that was coming along.
Name: Shinsoo Quirk: Emitter Quirk Level: Basic [Ascend] Rank: G Experience Points: Free Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: 0 Description: Shinsoo is an emitter quirk that allows Urek to manipulate and control aura created from him. The aura comes from the different emotions he presents. As an emitter, Urek possesses great control of the aura to extents where he can create aura projectiles by condensing aura he creates, able to release aura from every part of his body. The aura can be released to a certain extent for various reasons depending on the aura the emotions produced. The aura, when used offensively, produces a kinetic impact or rather concussive like effect in order to deal damage due to the negative emotion.
Drawbacks: At this current level of Mastery, Urek can only utilize 50% of Energy Reserves Per Turn. E-Rank: 5% D-Rank: 10% G-Rank: 20% B-Rank: 30% A-Rank: 40% Z-Rank: 50% Drawbacks: For every 10% the user utilizes per turn, their health pool is reduced by 1 HP for an two turn duration.
Alien, an entity of many. A collective of differences intertwined to be the supreme being. He lacked compassion and the things one would need to be considered human. His arrogance knew no bounds and so did his prowess. The ability to devour and stand above the insects that were considered “God’s Creation”. Created in his image yet they were hideous and made his stomach curl. Yet among these civilization of worms he had found a pack of demons who he could actually grow a connection with: Fang Organization.
It's not that he was here willingly, but Ranger had a deep control over his body. Ranger having a child being held here and if he wanted his child he needed to follow Fang’s command. It's hard to believe one could bend Alien against his will, but maybe it was only cause this man Ranger promised him power. Alien was naturally greedy, but for once he enjoyed the company of these few scum. One of the few he had grown very attach to was Terminator, a female who had earned his respect time and time again. He had yet to do any form of training, but he had done many covert operations with her that would of fail if it was not for her destructive abilities.
He admired this woman, the idea of probing her was enough for him to stay in this organization, but naturally he would hate Rumble. The man who stood in his way of having her all to himself, he held a strong hatred towards this man. The idea of being in a grave 6 ft deep was very appealing. Yet, now was not the time. Word of a meeting would spread through the Organization about a sit down with the Lucas. Alien would need to take preparation, these things could easily go left. The Lucas were crafty and held a strong hatred towards Alien, he knew if things were to fall apart he would be a prime target.
Focused on improving his ability, inherently improving his connection with ranger so that he could regain his strength. He took a serious blow and that was a reason for him using Alien as a host, yet a true bond was established between these beings, making thema complete union!
It was the day of the sit down and Alien had entered the room with confidence, beside him would be Terminator. The beast that she followed behind would be Rumble. His back exposed, Alien sighed that he would be unable to take this opportunity. He watched from a far for a year, memorizing his tel tel patterns. He hated this man with a passion.
“Julius, calm down. You could easily lose your life today and I my child. Jealousy is a terrible thing to have. You are above human emotion are you not?”
Within his conscious the voice of Ranger sounded. It was a plea to calm him down. Alien respected ranger, but he refused to be call by his counter parts name.
“I am not this Julius you speak of, AlienX is all you may refer to me as.”
He understood his warning and calmed down for now he could wait. He had spent time with Terminator learned from her and she did the same, maybe he was obsessed.

In the last year, Nike transitioned from a delinquent hoodlum to an urban-entrepreneur. It all started on the night of the Grand Heist, when he was recruited by the Fang Organization to participate in a large-scale robbery of Chinatown's wealthiest Bank. After their successful raid, Nike and his new friends, Drayce and M'sondaa were officially welcomed into Fang as promising up-and-comers. Since his affiliation began, Nike had used his new connections to facilitate a series of deals and operations that would elevate his underground status to the level of a District Criminal. There were some snags along the way, such as his involvement and failure in the highly publicized attack on the young Heroes of Dawn University. However, since then, Nike had studied under the tutelage of his Mentor, Ghost, a high-ranking senior member of the Fang Organization. Those lessons taught him many things, but above all, Ghost instilled into him the importance of maintaining a low-profile and how to harness the true potential of his Quirk. It was thanks to him that Nike came to learn of his connection to the Speed Force, and that his ability of Permeation stemmed from his Mutant physiology.
Since then, his personality had undergone a drastic change. He was no longer as flamboyant or irritable as he once was. He had managed to successfully broker a deal with foreign investors to supply him with contraband, and even eliminated a small branch of the Mafia that threatened his rising position in the island of Manhattan. He even managed to earn a bounty for himself, which he took as a point of pride.
Eventually, those that who survived encounters with Nike spread rumors, and began referring to him as "Phantom;" the name was supposedly a reference to his speed and ability to duck 12, but Nike always preferred his own name, as it's 'true meaning' was "Victory."
----------------------
Currently, Nike waited alone in a corner of the waiting room where several other members of Fang were present. He leaned up against the wall nonchalantly while occasionally stealing glances at Deathpierce.
*Yoruichi was bad, but she might be ...*
Nike briefly thought to himself; however while he was distracted, one of his compatriots - Alien - entered the room. The two had worked together on an important job once before, so Nike decided to approach and speak to him.
"Yo ~"
However as Alien turned to face him, Nike's tone slightly changed.
"Uwah. Bad vibes as always. I can't tell what kind of face you're making, but somehow I know you're in a bad mood." Although his personality had vastly changed, Nike still had a way of being sarcastic and overly familiar with those he knew.
Name: Speed Force Quirk: Mutant Quirk Level: Basic [Ascend] Rank: G Experience Points: Free Type: Offensive | Defensive | Supplementary Range: Self Damage: +1 Bonus DMG to Techniques & Free-Form | Bonus +1 SPM Movement | Bonus +1 SPM Tracking Description: This Mutant Quirk alters the user’s physiology to allow them to create and synthesize a unique form of energy known as the Speed Force. The beating of the heart, the contraction of the muscles, the firing of neurons and bio-electricity, the functioning of organs, the activity of cells, etc – all contribute to the culmination of this energy. When in user, the energy flows so heavily through the body that they exude and release the Speed Force from their body in a visible energy. The Speed Force allows the user to move with an enhanced state of speed and momentum, since the mutation allows for energized body capable of breaking its natural limiters, down to a microscopic level. This results in vast increases of their movement speed, which utilized properly can allow momentum to turn into deadly force. Due to the user’s physiology, they are immune to the auxiliary stress placed on their body from rapid movement; especially since the speed force visible energy is serving as defensive coating to friction and wind pressure.
Drawbacks: The Speed Force works on a percentage based system that depletes the user's Stamina as they begin to use more energy they can physically generate.
But Thomas cared not for this. He only knew one New York, The Bronx. Self-Proclaimed protector of The Bronx, Thomas had done nothing but try his best to keep the borough safe for the past year. Along the way he was able to form a ‘gang’ known as The Deviants.
All of New York knew of the tension between Fang and Lucas familia, but Thomas cared little. Though when the Fang began to trade firearms in The Bronx area, he had no choice but to open his eyes. The coons brought dracos to his streets and he could not stand for that. For months he had awaited for an opportunity to take down the Fang members and return The Bronx to its natural state and the day had finally arrived.
From his underground sources Pulp heard about the meeting between the two families occurring today in a neighboring borough: manhattan. This was perfect. If things were to go south, he could settle everything away from his home turf and protect the Bronx. With that in mind Pulp hurried over to the a location where the Lucas family would organize...or so he thought.
He’d soon find out that unfiltered intel is unreliable.
So here Thomas--no, Pulp-- found himself. In the corner of the Fang meeting, believing it to be a Lucas conference.
THUD
A large body would plop onto the middle of the floor, crashing any furniture in its path. Emerging from behind the large body would be a shadowless man posted by the door, Pulp. Protector of The Bronx. Leader of The Deviants.
Pulp took a casual look around the room, from the talking animal to a strange alien looking creature. A furry and tentacles. Pulp laughed to himself, the Lucas (Fang) family had great tastes indeed. He looked up to the man pacing by the window, that must be Zed he thought.
“That’s one of their runners. I caught him off Tremont trying to sell to a kid. An innocent, sweet, kid.” His lips pursed as he uttered the last words. Regaining control, Pulp began to walk towards the body. Slowly
“You know what they call sweet in the Bronx? I do. I had a pretty good burger when I did my stay up in Rikers. Shit was sweet. Real sweet. Know what I called it?”
Pulp placed his right foot atop the lifeless body, planting it firm in it’s shadows created by the depression. He’d look down on the body as he dug his sole deeper into it’s back.
“Bitch. I called that burger a bitch. Juicy like a bitch. Taste like bitch. Shit, that burger smelt like bitch.”
Looking up and around, Pulp raised his whip into the air.
“So when we walk all up in they place today, what we gon’ say? ‘IT SMELL LIKE BITCH IN HERE!’” Pulp’s boner broke his chastity belt, but not the latex suit. 10 inches of pure, daggering erection. Whipping the ground below, in front of Deathpierce’s foot.
Name: Overshadow Quirk: Emitter Quirk Level: Basic [Ascend] Rank: G Experience Points: Free Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: 0 Description: An emitter quirk, the user is able to 'freeze' anything by maintaining physical contact with their shadow. When 'frozen' the target is unable to move whatsoever, even going as far to suspend them in air if that was their position. The user may manipulate the target freely as long as they maintain contact with the shadow. The user oddly enough lacks a shadow but obtains one if the quirk is overused.
Drawbacks:
~ E-Rank Possession: Should the Opponent Possess Ten [10] More PHY in the Strength Attribute, They are Capable of Breaking Free ~ D-Rank Possession: Should the Opponent Possess Fifteen [15] More PHY in the Strength Attribute, They are Capable of Breaking Free ~ G-Rank Possession: Should the Opponent Possess Twenty [20] More PHY in the Strength Attribute, They are Capable of Breaking Free ~ B-Rank Possession: Should the Opponent Possess Twenty-Five [25] More PHY in the Strength Attribute, They are Capable of Breaking Free ~ A-Rank Possession: Should the Opponent Possess Thirty [30] More PHY in the Strength Attribute, They are Capable of Breaking Free ~ Z-Rank Possession: Should the Opponent Possess Thirty-Five [35] More PHY in the Strength Attribute, They are Capable of Breaking Free
Drawbacks:
~ If the user uses the quirk for three turns in a row, they develop a shadow of their own that remains for three turns. If anyone else makes contact with the shadow, the user if frozen.
~ If the user attempts to freeze a moving projectile, the force behind the projectile is capable of breaking free from the bind. This requires that the projectile be at least 1 SPM faster than the user's movement and/or attack speed.
Dawn. Rain drops doused the barren tiled streets of Soho. If New York was the American continent's fashion capital, the cosmopolitan enclaves of Tribeca and Soho were without a doubt its heart and soul. Its wealth and status was such that its influence stretched to the precipice of its borders. There was the luxurious bordellos adjoined Chinatown on the South. With Little Italy's opulent restaurants famed for their Bordeaux to the East. This trifiecta of neighborhoods formed the Ghidorah of Manhattans famed gravitas. However, in the past year they had been the battlegrounds of a waging war. On one corner had been the illusive Fang. A contingent of villains whose expedient exploits were the stuff of legends.
On the other had been the obstinate opponents who'd erroneously perceived their years of inaction as weakness. Spearheading the former's ground troops had been the recent recruits: M'sondaa, Alien and Nike. There had been another, Drayce. However, he had succumbed to the nerfing powers of infamous five man troupe known as One Direction. Their brutal combination of declines had shattered his mind and spirit, ultimately killing him. No matter. For those who had remained their clashes had slowly reinstated the group onto the public's eye. In the aftermath of Baccano the three had stamped their mark over majority of New York. Yet, there persisted one lecherous group which never got the hit.
Noon. It was an eccentric room. Be it in its architecture or occupants. The former a creation from the Italian Renaissance. In that it boasted a rectangular shaped structure, grand walls adorned with two sets of arched windows and royal purple curtains. The later was an even grander occurrence. A gathering of society's greatest antagonists: The Fang. Its various generals had ushered themselves to the center of the room to the the oval mahogany table which occupied a third of the room. The harbinger of Kisoma arrived late in usual fashion. Hobbling into the house of wolves, M'sondaa shot glances across the room. There''s were at least thirty members here and he had weighed the various faces in search of a familiar one. Rumble and Brawn were in close proximity. The racoon having seated opposite to the tower of muscle. Thus, he slithered through the crowd and situated himself beside Brawn. Over the course of the last twelve months, The Lucas Family had emerged as the sole albeit perpetual resistor to Fang. Relations had reached fever pitch and in an unprecedented act, THAT MAN had howled. A call which beckoned the first meeting of its kind since his release. Noticing the African Rumble would cease his chatter and avert his attention to him. "HEY KIDDO. What's your villain name?" "Duma" "DOOM. I like it!!" "No its....." "I said what I SAID!" "Whatever helps you sleep racoon" M'sondaa smirked amidst Rumble's impassioned laughter. The African reclined into his seat and smirked gleefuly. Today was cause for celebration as Fang wasn't the only collective with loftier expectations. While villains had waged a public war, one contingent had set in motion their own plans. Now everything was set in stone for the Bashenga Project. M'sondaa grinned. It was a good day to be African and Villain.

The Sun was setting over the capital of Wakanda, Birnin Azzaria, as the summit of the council leaders was conducted. Inside the tallest building at the very center of Wakanda was the palace, and was also the Panther Tribe's Center of Operation. As the council members discussed their plans, T'Challa sat in a dimly lit room. The only source of light came from the torches hanging on the wall, as T'Challa trained. Several meters before him was a huge Border Rhino, a certain type of Rhino that only exists in Wakanda that inherently possess mutant quirks that make them bigger, stronger and frugivores.
The Huge Rhino charged forward, it's horns harder than diamond and it's hooves heavier than boulders. T'Challa quickly darted forward, running to the massive animal that charged him. He quickly leaped into the air, grasping onto the base of the rhino's horn and swinging his body mid-air and driving his feet into the right side of the rhino's cheek, the power behind it causing the rhino to crash into the ground and face first. T'Challa taking down the Black Panther with finesse and elegance.
Immediately afterward, one of the Dora Milaje entered the room.
"It's time...the council has made their decision."
T'Challa immediately got up and followed his bodyguard to the higher levels of the palace until they reached the throne room. The throne room was huge, consisting of a huge opening in the middle of the room with a huge throne. Surrounding that throne were four other stools on either side of the throne room. One for every tribe, with one empty seat representing the Jabari Tribe (Gorilla) who had Forsaken Wakanda for the mountains. On either wall was a spiral staircase that reached all the way to the top. The Throne room walls were mostly windows that allowed the outlook of the capital. Looking at the throne, T'Chaka, the current king of Wakanda sat on the throne, with an blank stare on his face.
"Ba-ba!" He said as he stopped and looked at his father's frown. "Why the face?"
"T'Challa, my son! The Council has come to an agreement and has solidified our plan. This most recent crime cannot be ignored, we must go through with...
"The Assassination and Execution of Frank Lucas, right?" T'Challa said with a sardonic smirk.
Present Day - The Bashenga Project
T'Challa wandered outside of the place where the Lucas family was going to meet up. He wanted to be away from the people to conduct a conversation in private with another Wakandan. The Student Hero had come up with a great disguise to hide his identity. His hair was dyed blonde, wearing green contacts and also had fake tattoos on his body. He wore an ancient relic Black Panther Mask. While there, he went under the guise of "John Stewart", with only a select few people knowing his secret identity.
He had successfully infiltrated the ranks of Lucas and everything had been set up. Other members of Wardogs, Wakanda's Spy division, had also infiltrated the Lucas family. He also had one of his men in high ranks in Fang, which would help 'suade the negotiations in Wakanda's favor. Granted, the young prince was in way over his head and dealing with forces beyond him, he still was the face and the light of one of the most technological powress in the world.
Frank Could not be forgiven, not for his actions at The Battle of Black Warrior's Creek. There was no other option for him aside from death. T'Challa was a hero, and he definitely supported the Hero Association, but to him, it was pointless and unproductive in participating in a sparring match against other schools when there are much more pressing matters to attend to such as the meeting of the greatest criminal organization. Some people didn't have the responsibilities to a country as he did, and the one person who did obviously was a dunce.

Name: Divine Force Quirk: Mutant Quirk Level: Basic Rank: D Experience Points: Free Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: Bonus +1 Damage Shaving Towards Physical | Bonus +1 SPM Movement | Bonus +1 SPM to Tracking | Bonus +1 Damage Description: Divine Force is a mutant type quirk that is exclusively found in the Royal family of Wakanda. Leading and protecting Wakanda, it was originally thought the Panther God Bast granted the royal family enhanced powers. In actuality, they possess a much more rigorous physiology in comparison to the average human which allows supernatural feats. The Quirk manifests itself at birth and follows in the Line of Kings. The unique physiology is based almost entirely internally. The Royal family has an extra organ in their body known as "Si kelela", translated into Bless. This organ is apart of the Circulatory system and is attached directly to the heart. It's around violet sphere that hangs loosely at the top of the user's heart, almost like a crown. Si kelela produces and hosts a special type of bioenergy known as "Divine Force" which is a special type of bioenergy. As the heart flows blood throughout the body, Si kelela pumps Divine Force into the heart and is used to augment the body. The Udaku family stores energy actively within their bio-cellular matrix as an energy pattern which is linked to their body's electromagnetic field. This allows for supernatural conditioning. As a result of divine force being pumped throughout the body via the circulatory system, this causes the cellular structure to be much more resilient, and biologically efficient. The source of their immense energy metabolizing abilities lies in their cells which are said to be one of the greatest organic power storage units. This allows the user to break the limit of human conditioning and reach supernatural conditioning, essentially super enhancing what humans can already do. For example, the user can passively heal beyond what humans can do, possess fine-tuned senses, as well possess incredible durability. On the flip side, Divine Force is harmful to foreign existences.
Drawback: The entire structure of Divine Force is extremely delicate within the internal design, thus any toxins that infiltrate the body and attacks the organs will result in drastic outcomes. Any Toxins or Elements that infiltrate the inner sanctum of the body, whether it is technique or equipment based, the body suffers triples the drawbacks. If there is a duration, each turn the debuff occurs - it is doubled.
Drawback: The entire structure of Divine Force is extremely delicate within the internal design, thus any damage that makes contact with minor organs results in the modifier being doubled instead of a 50% increase. Any damage that makes contact with the major organs results in the modifier being tripled instead of doubled.

She rolled her eyes at him, always trying to imitate Zed as always but once she was settled in with all her gear set in place she simply waits by Jamilia for things to begin. Her power had increased over the year; evident by her new found confidence. She had also decided to user alias Portal Girl for this meeting.
"Late as always" sighed Carnage under his mask. His "sister" by family relations, Naomi was known to never be on time, in every sparring match the two have had over the year, her personal best was only fifteen minutes late, which was a shock the day it happened. Zed had, in the past, told Carnage to stay close to Naomi, learn her quirk and figure out the best way to utilize her in battle. With Carnages heavy hitting, and Naomi's surprises, they where a weirdly strong combination, yet the two were polar opposites in terms of personality, which showcased the moment Naomi arrived, immediately bursting into conversation with Jamilla, Zed's older sister and leader of the Spy division, someone Carnage had spent considerable time with over the year to learn to fight without drawing attention. Nodding to Zed, Carnage moved from the shadows, walking across the room as inconspicuously and silently as possible, taking stance next to his adopted sister. Naomi knew not to get too close to Carnage, due to his ability, but Carnage leant in as close as he could, to whisper to her.
If hell breaks loose, Formation B. Stay close.
Previously spoken about plans before the meeting, B was the safest option, as Zed and the others had discussed that was the safest route for the new recruits. If this didn't turn into a fight, Carnage would be surprised.

Naomi whom was busy talking to her glorified sister had a moment where she heard a whisper come from her ear, as she fell silent and turned around to meet face to face with Koren. She demeanor slumped down, as she dropped her happy go lucky façade – as she had to remind him just what position he was in. Don’t lecture me, as it seems you have forgotten in your head that you only got into this division of ours through recommendation of Zel. Your power, it’s so ill-suited for a spy and yet you work with us but I guess I can’t complain as I’m not the one in charge here.
She said as she took a seat properly next to Jamilia, but she was aware of the formation he spoke off. Don’t worry your pretty little mask; I’m already aware of the protocols we set in place. However, I don’t need you breathing down my neck about it all the time, Carnage. she said as she dismissively waved him away but she knew he won’t go away so easily she removed a book from her coat – this being a favorite manga from Japan.
She continued to look on as more and more individual came into the room; some of which she had no information on but knew them by name – the one called Urek, Tenshin and many others except the one with white hair who came into the room recently of anyone. There was no record of him in the databooks of the Lucas Archive nor in her own family spy database thus a character of suspicion to her. Keep an eye on that white haired one who just came in, the fact that I have no information on him – so I’ll need to observe him when possible but don’t engage him as well unless needed. she told Koren as she went back to her book, but said it loudly enough that Jamilia can hear her as well, to provide any commentary if needed.

Carnage smirked under his mask, little sis was as aggressive and naive as ever. As she sat down, and made her observation, Carnage didnt move, but his eyes flicked across the room. Being masked had its advantage,in the fact he could scan a room without ajyone noticing. He saw the young man, but didnt feel he was a threat. A threat to Naomi maybe, but him, no. Carnage leant down to Naomi, once more whispering in her ear.
"As unrefined and arrogant as ever sis"
Carnage was just as arrogant, but that was the charm of the family, and the reason the pair worked together, their own arrogance fueling each other to perform better. With that, Carnage stood back up, staring straight ahead while flicking his fingers around. To anyone else, it would seem like he was flexing, however, this was a communication method between Carnage and Zed, the two communing through signals. Zed was informed about the white haired kid, and gave full permission to eradicate if he became an issue.
Oraan had been scouting out the desired location just on the outskirts of the village of Wakanda. An area that was secure from prying eyes and peeked interest of anything going on within Wakanda's fields.
Oraan began rapidly orbing in and out of sight so that no one could track his whereabouts. Now that the individual in question decided to finally come out of the shadows, they began speaking, the man opening up with a word of advice.
As it stands, your quirk is quite easy to see coming. You can't teleport for extremely long distances, which means that you are probably limited to only what you can see that is right in front of you. If you are going to last in this world, you are going to need to evolve in order to survive. Besides, sometimes a man with a wandering eye isn't always such a bad thing you know?
The individual then reached in their pocket and pulled out a large hunk of Vibranium. Before the man could even speak up however in explanation, Oraan scoffed at the man in a sound reminiscent to that of a dog and spat on the ground at his feet in disgust.
Never, ever, would I, or any of my brethren, use the accursed Vibranium. We have our own sacred beliefs. And though what you say is most likely true, I will not devalue myself in the eyes of Hanuman for using such a t'ing as that. Young I may be, but a fool I am not. Now, what is it exactly that you would have of me?
Despite not liking the gesture, Oraan took the man's words under advisement. The man smiled, he liked the fire that Oraan had within him. He would be a good fit. He put the Vibranium back in his pocket before continuing on.
Apologies for the...mistake. I merely meant to offer what I thought would best help you. With that being said, I believe that we could be of service to each other. There may come a time when I... when we will need you to do a favor for us and we shall in return, secure you positioning as the future leader of the Gorilla Tribe.
Oraan looked taken aback at the man's offer. How could he have known of Oraan's goals to one day lead when he hadn't spoken or written them down? His eyes narrowed menacingly at the individual as he pondered about the many possible quirks that might be standing before him. The man continued talking as if he did not see Oraan's face shift to one of caution.
There is a condition to this offer, however, that will only be discussed once you are successfully in place as the leader of the tribe.
The man then reached into his other pocket and pulled out a scroll. This is "The Offer". Should you choose to accept it, you need to follow the instructions. Some improvisation may be required on your part. Just do whatever you have to do.
Oraan called out The Offer and the scroll immediately disappeared into small tiny black orbs before reappearing in his outstretched hand. The Man stood amazed, unaware that Oraan had that power. He thought that his ability was merely one dimensional in nature, however they had miscalculated. At first they sought out to make him more puppet, but perhaps he would be best as he is, left to his own devices simply given.
You have the powers of a magician?, the man exclaimed. Oraan stood silently reading the scroll before he replied. Magician's deal more with sleight of hand. They make distract you from what their true intentions are, all the while working right in front of you to deceive you into believing that what they have done was some sort of 'magic and wonder'. There is always a trick, and a magician never reveals them. They bring laughter and joy to the faces of children as they shine a light unto their dark days. I am no magician. I am a Warlock. There is no trick. What you see is what you get. If the day is dark, it is because the moon took the opportunity to eclipse the sun. There are months when a part of the world is always bright, but there are minutes where the entire world becomes dark. Of the two phenomena, the world always remembers the Eclipse. And so I shall be known to this world as such when the time is right. But for now, Darklighter that will be the name that you speak of this low rent version of myself.

One year later, Darklighter, was once a petty thief that joined the Lucas Organization. He was known for often being places where he wasn't supposed to be and yet because he had made a name for himself doing such but never really was able to get caught doing it, people just always assumed, if something was missing, check the guy that can never be caught. He was practically a ghost always there one second, gone the next. And as soon as he was gone, so was some of your valuables. Eventually, the Lucas Organization made better use of his talents as a "Mover". His assigned duties were to move valuables to include targets secretively from one location to the other without being caught. Darklighter was very efficient. If you saw him, it was because you were meant to. It seemed as if he had eyes everywhere.
Name: Darklighter Quirk: Emitter Quirk Level: Basic [Ascend] Rank: G Experience Points: Free Type: Supplementary Range: Self - Close Damage: 0 Description: Darklighter is an Emitter Quirk that allows the user the ability to teleport matter and energy from one location to another without physical contact. The process involves verbally, and physically via hand gestures, asking for the object in question to be brought to the user or sent away from the user. When doing so, the matter or energy in question is displaced into a small black orb that teleports to a different location. Whatever the content that is placed in the black orb, reappears with the same kinetic or potential energy present at the time it was displaced. The orbs can be destroyed or harmed while in that state, if the orbs are willed to remain still rather teleport, but they cannot deal damage themselves. Teleportation happens instantly, but the range of which the user can teleport depends on the technique’s range.
Inner Workings
~ The user can only use this power on matter and energy, however it requires verbally stating the name of the target as well hand gestures to will it somewhere else. ~ During interactions with equipment owned by NPCs and RPers, you must know the name specifically.
