Excerpt: Xuebei X
Amid chaos, the adversaries had obtained the advantage. An underhand tactic at best, the Fang Organization had seemed to discern the weakness to Jamilia. Evident by the light caste to rid her of the darkness around. The blinding light forced the trio of girls to cover their eyes, leaving them subjected to harm. Death would have been curtained if not for Xuebei’s quick thinking. Although blinded, her value was created through her mind. She would invade the mind of Naomi and forcefully control her to activate her quirk, as if it belonged to Xuebei.
With her vast mental prowess, it only served to drastically strengthen the power of the Universe One quirk. Such increase resulted in Naomi opening a wormhole, which normally would be a door. Such a drastic, alteration of the power. It violently began absorbing the environment around, as if the mirror dimension began to forcefully merge with the real world. The wormhole would suck in the three females and once in, Xuebei would release her grasp on Naomi. The hole would instantly shut, separating them from the real world.
“….I Can’t….I CAN”T SEE!”
“Sister? Naomi, shee….”
“I CAN”T SEE!!!!”
“It will wear off Jamilia. Naomi, she is unconscio….”
Naomi was unconscious due to the abrasive invasion of Xuebei. Seizing control of her mind and abortively enhancing her faculties caused a tremendous drain. Her body was remained lifeless as if she was placed into an induce coma. Although she kept a collected head, Xuebei rushed establishing a healthy connection with her psyche. Overhauling the woman’s brain caused it to shut down, bringing it to mental-psychosis that depended on Xuebei to function. Such condition was not curable by Xuebei alone, she needed the Dread Brothers. As Xuebei shifted through her brain, Jamilia continued to scream.
“NO! XUEBEI YOU TWIT! I AM BLIND?”
Jamilia too close to the blinding light had successfully stolen her sense of sight. She was on the floor, collapsed to her knees in state of frustration and desperation. How would she continue to serve the Lucas Family? What would her father say? Think? She refused to be broken like this. If she was of no use to her father, then he would bound to dispatch of her. Her entire life’s work, reason for living down the drain. All due to the wretched Fang Organization. So much hatred brewed inside her heart as it slowly became blackened with the deepest coldness.
“Jamilia! Jamilia!”
Xuebei was clawing at her shoulders but to no avail, Jamilia refused to answer. She only sobbed at the realization of her tragic condition. Xuebei soon realized it would be pointless to beg Jamilia for help. She was a broken individual and as much as she detested her sister, Xuebei understood the feeling of being useless. She too was blinded a year prior and thought her life was over.
“Your life isn’t over sister…. Once we are out of this situation. I'll see to it....”
The cloud of debris, it was finally clearing. Not that the weather became horrendous, but it seemed like an omen had suddenly rushed the entire Ground Zero complex. Ghost continued to twist the dagger as he watched the blood trickle down his wrist, dripping onto the ground beneath him. The Symbol on the verge of death just wanted answers. This betrayal was one he never thought possible, not by the hands of his most trusted member. Ironically, the Symbol never felt emotions for anyone but Izanagi until he met Ghost. He possessed this natural compassion for Ghost’s wellbeing, as if they were family.
“Yo…you…Wh..Why?”
“I was born to kill you, Kugo Shimada….”
Why had Ghost attempt assassination of his caretaker? The Symbol of Chaos had found the boy stranded in the world, alone and at despair. He saw potential in Ghost and helped him reconnect to the world of the living, an important fact since the boy felt more akin to the thought of dying. Unbeknownst to Ghost, it was he would return the favor to Kugo.
“….bor…born?! NO! You…”
At that moment, M’Sondaa and Deathpierce would arrive. The woman instantly snapped, withdrawing her whip with the intention to drain the soul from Ghost’s body; figuratively of course. Ghost would raise his hand as if he was some educator. He began to shake his head in disappointment, as if he wanted to witness Kugo’s death in private. Completely enraged, Deathpierce intended to engage in conflict however was stopped by M’Sondaa. He kept a cool level head and understood that if there was any chance to retrieving the Symbol, it would not be through force.
“Understand…the both of you. You cannot stop me before I deal the finishing blow…”
“doo..Don’t…Don’t you dare..hurt…”
“Don’t worry hun! He won’t do a damn…”
“NO!....Don’t….don’t hurt Ghost.”
“Huh?”
The Symbol of Chaos could have been killed. In fact, this wound inflicted by Ghost was incapable of killing him. It only served to prevent any movement or retaliation. Death would only arrive should Ghost remove the blade and immediate treatment was not delivered. The fact that Ghost had not killed him yet, it alarmed him. The Symbol wondered what Ghost’s true motives were. The two individuals were intertwined in mind and heart, as if they were reading each other’s thoughts. Ghost would begin to speak, once he believed that the other two accepted the circumstances.
“You must be wondering who sent me?”
“…..”
“You remember Kaguya…Kaguya Sh…”
“Don’t you dare say that name!”
At that moment, Kugo regained enough strength to exert his dominance. Despite his connection with Ghost, he was not allowed utter that name. Only Kugo and… then the symbol halted in his thoughts. The Symbol of Chaos eyes widen with fear and confusion. At that moment, he understood the origin of Ghost was nothing but fabricated. Everything the two of them went through, it happened but with ulterior motives. Ghost had been plotting to kill Kugo for years, and the Symbol finally became aware of that. As he began to speak, Ghost would cut him off and continue his own speech.
“Yes. I do know of Izanagi…the former love of your life.”
“She put you up to….”
“She hired me? No, Kugo Shimada. She is not twisted like you. Nothing but fear and evil exists in your heart. You are a monster of darkness incarnate, you do not deserve to walk amongst the living.”
“Al…All thes..these years…You been lying…”
“Quite the opposite Kugo. I very much loved you. My life would be lost and most likely over if I never met you. However, fate failed to warn me that you would be the cause of my death.”
At that moment, Ghost removed his mask. At the removal of his mask, his body began to fizzle in place. It began to rapidly dissipate in the air as it reformed into a slender body. Deathpierce tightened her grip on the whip, hoping that M’Sondaa was awaiting the time to strike. The appearance of Ghost soon changed to match the appearance of Izanagi, a woman with rushing streams of tears rolling down her face. Kugo’s eyes emptied of emotion, perhaps due to his failure to comprehend the situation.
“You are incapable of love, feelings, emotion, etc.”
“But, I love…”
“SHUT IT! DON’T YOU DARE!”
“….”
“You stole what was precious to me. Imprisoned in Riker’s Island, I could not right the wrongs you performed. I created the Ghost existence to wake my time, established trust so that I can watch you breathe your last breath.”
“What the hell is happening here? Boss man, THIS BITCH…..”
At that moment, the Crazed Giant had gathered his senses enough to begin looking for its targeted. It began to roar ferociously as it stampeded towards Kugo. The ground quaked, shifting the destroyed terrain around. Izanagi’s balance was ruin, requiring her to reclaim her footing but that was the moment Deathpierce was waiting for. She would snap her whip at Izanagi, forcing her to break free from Kugo but not before withdrawing the dagger; allowing him to fall over.
“Urgh! I WILL KILL YOU KUGO!”
Izanagi on her kneeled over like a ninja began to prep herself for the walking giant. She understood that fighting the giant would end in her death, how could any individual defeat it? Her intuition proved correct when it kneeled over performed in a sweeping palm strike. The force behind it carried winds strong enough to level buildings. The force of impact shattered the bones of the target (Alien X) and sent him flying several kilometers from Ground Zero.
Now that the distraction had been silenced, the Crazed Giant could not help but point its attention in the direction the scent of blood was coming from. Despite being an insane, walking behemoth – the Crazed Giant retained its sense of smell which was attributed to him due to his own quirk. Its next action? It extended its arm, attempting to grab Kugo.

Well than it was unexpected, but maybe Alien should have expected it. His words fell in death's door. Claw cared for nothing, but rescuing the symbol. He didn’t care for cooperation and killing the enemy...everyone was his enemy. Alien being the first to feel his wrath and he would take every piece of it. The feeling of violence echoed through Claws eyes. He was irate and lacked comprehension, a beast of godly destruction. Anything and everything in his way would be destroyed with one fell swoop. Alien was actually shocked to see that this large beast was even that fast, the way it maneuvered it’s body created hurricanes of force.
The gust enough to paralyze those who stood close and even at a far. Claw lowered his posture, dragging his hand along the jagged surface of ground zero, the wind that followed devastated the surrounding structures. A solid palm connected with the entire frame of Alien. The action resembled that of one swatting a fly. Alien body took flight, grinding along the surface than oddly curving through the air skyward. His body much like a wrecking ball, he smashed through cars, highways, gas stations and finally a few dozen buildings. A trail of blood, tentacles and destruction would be left behind.
Buried beneath the rubble he laughed, the beast was far more powerful than he thought. If only there was some way to tame it and make it obedient. Much like rising from the dead he broke free to the surface. Although his surroundings were different. Just where the hell was he..he noticed the odd writing and quickly picked up on surrounding landscapes.
“I’m impressed, the beast knocked me all the way to Chinatown.”
Alien neck dislocated as it sat on an horizontal axis. The sound of his bones cracking and reshaping sounded like that of pop rocks, his healing ability and his prior defenses was the only thing keeping him alive. A broken neck was nothing if he wasn’t dead. The blunt trauma was mainly absorbed by his tentacles but beyond that he could not stop the kinetic momentum that carries him to another city block. He dusted of his clothing as his neck had fixed itself, stepping down from the rubble nonchalantly as if none of it affected him. The only thing that has been truly broken was his pride. Humans were truly spectacular.
M'sondaa cautiously blitzed through the annihilated grounds. Awed by the magnitude of destruction rendered by the respective gang leaders. As such madness was but a taste of their capabilities. Had they not been fettered by duty of protecting their underlings, he shuddered at the thought of what'd happened. It was in the midst of his appreciation of their talents, that Rumble had contacted him. The African assured the raccoon of his safety and more importantly his desire to rescue Kugo. To which the fiend had vehemently agreed to. Yet, there'd been a tinge of disappointment in his tone played off as disinterest.
To help ease his mind, the African had instead extended concern to Rumble and Terminator. Requesting they leave and nudging Deathpierce to reinforce his desire. As he dropped in onto Kugo he hoped they'd followed his direction. Yet, their escape would soon be reduced to a triviality. Awaiting them at their terminus had been an violation of the grand order. One of their own had turned their fang towards their leader. What would follow were grand revelation drizzled in quips that bound Kugo, Kaguya, Ghost and Izanagi. The harbinger of Kisomaa absorbed the names, formulated theories and withheld his constraint as best he could. In the end he devised this was but a lover's squabble.
Tensions ran abound, when a chance presented itself through the re-emergence of a gigantic being. Towering over the grounds and possessing a roar steeped in malice, the new contender boasted immense physical power. However, M'sondaa cared little for it. Instead he unleashed two successive, opaque electromagnetic blasts to counter the giant's whirlwind and provide a brilliant flash that'd blind the entire region. Thereafter molding three protective force-fields about Kugo and Deathpierce. Telekinetic-ly catching the symbol mid-fall and attracting both superiors towards himself to commence their escape. Whilst, repelling Izanagi away from harms way. "Deathpierce I've set up a magnetic field about Kugo. All it's going to do stop his bleeding. However, you need to heal his wounds." he declared as he executed more blasts to clear their path. The African would gaze ahead and speak once more. "I did what I could for her....."
ACTION: M'sondaa has opted to rescue Kugo and Deathpierce.

Excerpt: Hero Association Part I
The Sheriff was moments away from engaging Ground Zero with the attempt to seize two of the most powerful villains of this century. The pressure was extremely high, one easily leaving the atmosphere of earth. He stood at the helm of the jet, the cockpit, and glared out the windshield with his lit cigar. He could witness the Crazed Giant in amidst a rampage, the sound of its roars rushing the approaching legion of justice workers. He had been recruited for the task of capturing both the Symbol and Kugo, who were rumored to be within this area. They were only late to the entire ordeal was to first acquire confirmation, to not waste valuable time of the Sheriff.
The Sheriff had endured a life of leadership. The beginning steps took place in New York City where he earned the moniker “The Sheriff”, due to his years on the Police Force. Due to his overwhelming, extremely crippling quirk – he was eventually recruited into the country’s militia and soon acquired its highest rank. The Sheriff had become the Chief in Command of the country’s entire army fleet, which meant his time was usually spent prepping and combating against international warfare. To be on this jet, currently heading for Ground Zero in Little Italy of New York, it only spoke volumes for the threat level of both Symbol and Chaos.
“Sir! There seems to be some giant…”
“I have eyes cadet..”
“What shall we do, sir?”
“Shoot it down.”
“But sir! We haven’t got confirmation if it’s a hum…”
“I said shoot it down cadet. Are you disobeying an order?”
“N..No Sir!”
“Then SHOOT…IT…DOWN!”
“Yes, Sir Yes!”
The Sheriff was not a heartless individual, however he was extremely cold in the department of emotions. Quite the absolutist, he believed that justice was very black and white. Whatever the law permitted meant justice was being upheld, unless one would violate or disregard those standards. Anyone to find themselves on the wrong side of the fence, regarding justice, did not deserve freedom. In fact, the Sheriff found it easy to accept that those did not deserve life. Despite these beliefs, he had never committed murder because the law forbids it for the most part. Besides, his quirk made it easy for him to subdue those that opposed him.
“Remember cadets! We have the green light to kill! Do not kill unless in self-defense. Cut the head of the snake and 3 more shall grow! Remember interrogation is more valuable than death, this time around.”
As he uttered that speech, the jet began to fly in formation. They were lined up to commence suppressive fire on the Crazed Giant, whose rampage threatened the destruction of Little Italy. The formation was designed to not only hold the giant down, but possibly separate the giant from any possible allies. Divide and conquer was the best tactic to employ. It served to weaken the opposite, make it easier to secure victory.
“FIRE!”
The jets began to release massive gunfire, bullets striking the tough hide of the Crazed Giant. It roared in response as the bullets individually failed to do any significant damage.
“FOCUS YOUR FIRE!”
The jets began to swirl around the giant, performing aerial leaps to evade the Giant’s hands. It seemed to pivot, instead of extending its reach to swat some of the jets. Its behavior alarmed the Sheriff. The massive monster was kneeling to grasp at something, but only stopped once the fleet began to fire at it. This pivoting indicated something of importance was down there.
“Continue the assault. YOU! Fly this jet towards Ground Zero. Under the giant is something if importance. Possibly the Symbol of Chaos or Frank Lucas, our primary targets of interest!”
The cadets would follow the orders of the Sheriff. The jets continued to soar through the sky, taking turns shooting the giant to cause disarray. Its actions revealed that it was unable to think, rather instinctually respond. Despite this glaring weakness, the overall size and speed of the giant still proved troublesome. It eventually would succeed in striking the jets, causing explosions airborne while knocking others into nearby structures, which would still cause explosions.
“SIR! The Giant’s hide, its…”
“Cadet! CADET!”
“Dammit! Put this beast in the dirt!”
The jet continued to maneuver through the air, barrel rolling through the giant’s tactics. Through repetition of trial and error, the giant’s movements slowed but the resources of the planes were drastically lowering. In another attempt to slay the beast, the plane would be swatted out the air. Although drastically weakened, it was enough to fatally damage the plane. As it began falling, the Sheriff would jump from the place with the fellow cadets that survived the initial impact. Free falling, it seemed the end was near for the Sheriff until suddenly he was floating. Behind him was The Savage, whom was giggling as if the situation was completely lighthearted.
“Hehe! You would have died if it wasn’t for me!”
“I had a plan…”
“HA! Sure!”
The Savage had been recruited for the seize due to her overwhelming quirk abilities. Quite the rare individual, hailed once in a lifetime prodigy, she was of young age yet with decades of mastery under her belt. She was native to the lands of California, but her agency had signed on due to the huge publicity that would surface if she was a part of this take down. The heroes began to make their move.....

Excerpt: Hero Association Part II
The Savage had been recruited to the mission due to her availability and but more significantly her power. She was praised as a genius beyond her time, a once in millennium degree of hero. The only problem was her childish behavior and inexperience in actual life threatening combat. The Savage had never engaged in life threatening battlefields, granted she has engaged villains before. Just that they were not nearly strong enough to pose a challenge to her, hence the situation not being life threatening. As for her childish behavior, she was still a young teen. Her inexperienced only worsen her young perspective, she took this mission almost comically.
This inability to assess the situation correctly, allowed for her to charge in with her people almost carefree. As they began to crowd what used to be Ground Zero, the Brigade were assigned to locate the King of Wakanda. The agency possessed knowledge of his presence because of the message sent earlier. This alert was key information for the arrival of the Hero Association, whom were being directed to the opposite side of the city. It explained why they were only showing up now, after the devastation had taken place. As for The Savage? She began to deviate from the rescue search.
She began to soar through the sky, circling through the Crazed Giant. She began to use her quirk abilities to influence the gravitational field around it. She wanted to cause small, concentrated points that when released it would result in explosions of pressurized air. The Savage would induce a series of explosions, striking the Crazed Giant in multiple regions of its body. The onslaught was strong enough to move the enormous creature, causing its steps to shake the ground below. Through her intercom came the voice of The Charmer.
“Savage! You must be careful! You can negatively impact your team.”
“Yeah yeah! Are you a Top Ten Hero?! NOPE! I got this!”
The Savage had signed onto the missions for two reasons. The objective of the mission was to seize both the Symbol of Chaos and Frank Lucas, two individuals that possessed the power and resources to destroyed the very fabric of America. The significance to capturing these two titans could not be stressed enough, thus being a part of the team to do so meant the Savage would raise up on the ladder in the Hero Association. The number priority was to acquire the fame to be considered the best. The second reason, which was the second priority, was to protect and serve. Despite her selfish desires, the Savage was still a hero and wanted protect people.
The Charmer had signed onto the mission because of the predicted outcome. He felt that this seize mission was going to conclude with horrendous death count. The Union was an agency that reinforced the concept that all life was precious, regardless of the actions they performed during their stay on earth. Hastening anyone’s death was immorally wrong, considering that any soul could be saved. The Charmer had taken this mission to ensure that the deadly powers possessed by Frank and Kugo were not allowed to take any life. Aside from caring for the well beings of even his heroic peers, the Charmer understood missions this tremendous was a part of his heroic duty.
The strategist of the team, the Charmer was orchestrating the field operatives among the different leagues. He possessed a great head on his shoulders, having partaken in many covet missions. His knowledge and tactical planning was superior to many of the Hero Association. In fact, he was the individual responsible for summoning the help of the Sheriff and the Savage. The Charmer understood both their powers and picked them to potentially hard counter the oppositions. Despite this planning, the course of action unraveled due to the unexpected giant.
“Change of plans! The Savage is combating against the giant. The Sheriff already set his eyes on the Symbol of Chaos! I am going after Frank Lucas!”
The Charmer would parkour through the devastated field, searching for the target. He would fail to locate the person of interest until he heard the agonizing screams of his companions. The Charmer began to scream into the earpiece, hoping to learn the location of the trouble.
“ARHHHH!”
“AHHHHHH!”
“Si…SIR….SIR…”
“Where are!?!?!?!?!”
The Charmer would rip off his earpiece due to the technology interring with his abilities. The Charmer’s quirk mutated his physiology, granting his abnormal levels of hearing and sight. The technology only seemed to muffle the outside noise, which preventing the hero from reading the currents of the voices. The gear was proposed by the Sheriff, whose background had the government supplementing them however they were not built to factor in his sensitivity. Free from his shackles, so to speak, the Charmer sprinted over to witness a gruesome sight. The area was littered with blood and dismembered body parts. Those alive screaming until a soft silence, where only the sound of war continued. In the middle of the scene was Tony, eyes still glowing a bright blue color.
“You monster!”
“Heh! Another sheep runs into the wolf’s den. HA! I’ll end your life quick…do not worry.”

Excerpt: Hero Association Part III
The Symbol of Chaos laid on the floor, critically injured and bleeding profusely. The only reason he remained with the slightest of conscious was due to his uncanny quirk. He signaled for Duma and Death Pierce to come assist him as Swain rampaged throughout Ground Zero. Of course, Death Pierce rushed over, grabbing hold of his cold body. She would let out cries of concern, vowing to seek revenge upon the witched bitch Izanagi. Too weak to scold his right hand, Kugo coughed angrily in response. As for Duma? He was appropriately responding to the rushing assault of the Hero Association.
He urged that they had been left alone with no means of escaping the vicinity. Death Pierce would respond with venom, frustrated that he could not fly them out of the war zone. The Crazed Giants unpredictable behavior coupled with the approaching heroes made it impossible to flee via airborne. While defeating the members of the Brigade, Duma began to pick up signatures coming from west of them. He would notify the two that soon they would be pinched, which only caused Death Pierce to worsen in her frenzy of concern. Kugo would finally muster enough strength to speak
“My tru..my trumpppp car….”
Coughing up more blood, Death Pierce would scream for the Symbol to cease any efforts of talking. The dead weight that was becoming of Kugo caused both to topple over, alerting Duma of how critical the situation had become. At that moment, the Sheriff would approach the scene with a troop of government officials behind him. They all were dressed in Black Op attire, holding SMGs completely customized with government tier technology. The Sheriff had simply lit a cigar as he began to mock the scene laid out before him.
“Pathetic. Usually villains are low lives with no morals. To see two of you here, attending to the dying…”
He would withdraw his gun, which was a customized firearm designed to look like the Tommy Gun. The Sheriff’s attentions were not to kill any of the villains, simply strike enough fear in their hearts. He wanted to break any spirit they possessed for resisting the seize and capture. More of the reason why he aimed the gun at the Symbol of Chaos.
“Any sudden moves will end horrendously for you.”
Duma froze in place, understanding that the foolish assailant believed to have the upper hand. There was no need to perform much of any movement to attack with deadly force. The villain would flick his wrist, intending to mutilate the opposition. When he witnessed, nothing happening, his facial expression gave away his thoughts.
“You are wondering why it did not work. Huh? It is simple. I am the law and before me, no Quirk shall be used unless I allow it.”
At that moment, Death Pierce attempted to boost her capabilities by lowering the negative toxins in her body. When she failed to feel any relief, she began to curse at the Sheriff.
“URGH! Fuck your law and fuck you! We must leave to save…”
The Sheriff laughed at the possibility that villains could feel for one another. Perhaps an extremist, the Sheriff find it incredibly difficult if not impossible to see villains as actual humans. Only senseless animals acted on their selfish desires, causing destructive and chaos in civilized environments. A villain was nothing more than that senseless animal, which meant they needed to be caged. The Sheriff saw an advantage point to capture the Symbol without conflict. Despite his nasty view on villains, he followed orders which demanded the return of the Symbol and any ally alive.
“If you want your precious boss to live, then turn yourselves in without trouble…”
The Sheriff would make sure to look at the Symbol, forcefully shutting of all usage of his Quirk. This act worsens the situation, essentially shutting off the life support of Kugo. Death Pierce afraid for the boss man, pleaded with the Sheriff to stop. He would simply shrug as his men began to slowly approach the villains. Understanding that defeat seemed inevitable, both members of Fang Organization stopped resisting. Although Death Pierce was willing to throw away her life and freedom, she had to convince Duma that she still retained his presence. Failure to cooperate would result in his death, this all gained from a stern look she passed his way.
“Secure the targets and his accomplices. This capture mission was a success.”
The men would place all three in handcuffs, special military grade capable of suppressing the Quirk Factor of an individual. Such technology exists due to the Sheriff’s willingness to be experimented. The Sheriff would turn his back, watching the Savage engage combat with the Crazed Giant.
“Come in, Savage…come in.”
“static…”
“Dammit. What did that brat do to the intercom. Charmer…Charmer come in.”
“silence…”
“CHARMER! Dammit! Gamma and Epsilon! Move towards the east of the parimeter! Charmer is unresponsive!”
“Sir…Sir this is Epsilon Squad. Sir Sheriff SIR! We cannot seem to approach.”
“What do you mean?!?! Why the hell has Gamma Squad not respond!”
“Sir! We had eyes on the Charmer. He was engaged by the enemy. Gamma Squad proceeded to provide aerial support but then this blast mist began envelop the scene.”
“Mist? So, fucking what!”
“Sir! They flew through it, the jet….Sir Sheriff. There is no signature, no trace of them sir…-abrupt chaotic noise-“
“Epsilon! Epsilon…….”
The Sheriff would cut the line of communication, ready to turn around and order squadron of men to split. One half would traverse through the battlefield, back to the west of Ground Zero at the recoup location. The other half would assist him in securing Frank Lucas. The only problem is when the Sheriff turned around, he was exposed to unfortunate turn of events. A slender woman whom hand was up, close tightly. They stood with the Fang Organization members, while the entire squadron seems to be crippled and laying upon the floor. Their attire keeping them hostage……

The Charmer stood with an intense glare aimed at Tony. He was trying to keep his emotions in check. Although his belief system required him to employ peace, avoid conflict – that did not mean he was some being incapable of anger. Quite the contrary, the Charmer was prong to anger and rage easily whenever life was not being regarded as something invaluable. To witness his agency members all, die such a gruesome death, under his lead. It pained the hero. He could not help but think of the love ones they were selfishly just ripped from, because some monster held no regards.
The Charmer continued to stare at Tony, waiting for the slightest of movement. A Quirk dubbed as Language, the mutation had grossly overpowered his sense of sight and hearing. Not only could he see the very fine hairs protruding from someone’s body, he was well capable of distinguishing the smallest of muscle twitch. Even more troublesome, for his adversaries, the Charmer can hear the blood course through the veins if he chooses. The only downside is that his senses were very sensitive and focusing on that level of perception seemed to drown out sound and tunnel vision him. A power at its best when Charmer was engaged in solo combat.
“I assume that man on the floor, dying. That is Frank Lucas?”
“What’s it to you?”
“You and I both know. I am here to take Frank Lucas in. He is a heinous criminal responsible for many tragedies.”
“That isn’t….”
At that moment, Tony snapped his arm forward with an attempt to warp the Charmer’s throat from out the body. The attempt failed due to the superior perception of the Charmer, whom blitzed to another location the moment the muscle in his arm twitched. He possessed great speed, but even more explosive power. It allowed him quickly to vanish due to the burst of velocity. Tony however was no slouched. Despite this speed, his eyes could locate the Charmer but only in faint remarks. The hero would only increase his speed or abruptly change trajectory, escaping the grasp of Tony.
“Dammit! I do not have time for this!”
Tony began to charge his energy, wanting to perform a massive warp of the terrain to slow down the Charmer. More importantly, his random surge of power was coming to an end shortly and Tony understood this. He already extended himself far too much. The remaining energy was needed to carve a pathway out of this warzone and back to the estate. The normal one priority was escaping with his and Frank’s life intact. The only problem is that the Charmer was beyond an opponent Tony was capable of defeating in his desperate state. Such strain on his body and mind, taxing on the stress of the situation – Tony’s warps were weakened and slower.
The Charmer would notice that Tony muscles began to tighten and correspondently the series of attacks ceased. The hero thought that his opponent was preparing something big, thus he blitzed into close quarter combat and began to perform a series of jabs. The jabs varied between striking Tony’s face, body, and back yet everyone can trigger the pain withdrawal effect. This effect was the body responding to pain, even if the brain decided to ignore it or resist it. The Charmer’s attack patterns so random to be predicted, it allows him to essentially juggle Tony in a succession of punches. Unable to concentrate, Tony just let out screams of pain as his power boost began to diffuse and he was losing consciousness. The Charmer would only stop once Tony fell to his knees, grasping for air.
“I have shown you mercy, showing restraint in not killing you. Even something as low as you is precious, all life is...”
“….h….he…heh…You Heroes…view yourselves as Gods…”
“Not at all! We are simply justice workers, aiming to protect the world from tyrants like you and Frank…”
“I…told you…”
“Quit it already. I can hear your heart rate pick up when you lie. That’s Frank and if you cared enough to kill for him, let me take him in. He’ll live if we waste no more time.”
The Charmer began to walk towards Frank, ignoring the threats if he were to touch him by Tony. The Charmer could hear the jets in the air, although it began to bother him greatly. It seemed one was approaching, which began to screw with his ability to hear. That unfortunately was the fatal mistake for capturing Frank, because at that moment a hulking individual performed a haymaker on the Charmer’s ribcage. The amount of force was capable of not only breaking that side of it, but it sent him flying several meters.
“Brother Tony. Mother has sent me…”
“ye..yeah yeah…I ow..I owe…”
“Enough Big Brother. Retain your strength to speak. Let Yorick and I handle the rest.”
Yorick X and Siyanne X had arrived on the warzone. They were sent by the matriarch of the family, Mistress X. The matriarch feared that Frank’s pride could potentially inflict the state of the family. She had requested the W.A.R Division assemble and be led by Yorick and Siyanne because the original leader was still recuperating in an induced coma. The effects of Leona’s flames burned her down to the bones.
“Big Brother Yorick, commence Plan Graveyard.”
“Hmfm.”
Yorick, who had already picked up Frank and Tony due to his monstrous physique and strength, began to release this murky black mist. The simplest exhale of the mist began to breakdown and diffuse into the air, plaguing it from his point onward. The same jets that hindered the Charmer began to circle around, trying to develop a plan of tactics. One jet would fly straight through, believing it to be just mist used to hide the enemy’s presence. A fatal mistake because the jet began to instantly disintegrate at a rapid pace. The entire vessel stripped of its composition, the only things that remained were the bare-naked pilots that plummeted to their death.
“Where do you think you all are going?”
The Charmer would appear swiftly and gut checked the woman, quickly disabling her. He would then blitz Yorick and began a series of punches on his massively chest, however the punches proved futile. The Charmer possessed great speed but lacked stellar strength, especially with broken ribs. Yorick simply stood there, tanking the punches. With a simple scoff, he kneed the hero. The Charmer would collapse to one knee, using his hands to keep him from completely toppling over. Siyanne would resume her upright position and simply dust herself off. “This one here should die.”
“N….No!...His pre…all..life…is precious!”
Everyone confused, Tony would begin to laugh although very painfully.
“heh.hehehe…Dear Sister! Just…Just scream…make sure to deafen. That’s a worse state than death….all life…is precious huh?”
Siyanne would open her mouth and scream, releasing a torrential wave of sound so destructive that it destroyed the entire ear sanctum. If that pain was not unbelievably torturing, the Charmer’s own sensitivity served to worsen that. The amount of damage and pain caused knocked the hero unconscious, his body laid out waiting to be consumed by the mist.
“Now we must go.”
At that moment, a couple of arrows pierce the ground before the villain’s feet. Off in the distance at an elevated height was the hero known as Passion. Although he was not assigned to such mission, when he caught wind of the operation – he took it upon himself to come. Passion would begin to shout so he could be heard.

Excerpt: Hero Association Part V
The Sheriff was suffocating due to his attire wrapping around his throat. The government official figured this circumstance was because of a quirk, thus he activated his ability once more to shut down the woman’s ability. Freed from her grasp, the woman show signs of concern but those were minimum due to the rather strange, blank expression she seemed to normally have. The Sheriff would raise his gun only for it to be ripped from him by an enormous hawk, about the size of a bull. On the hawk was another unidentified assailant. By instinct he would look away, trying to discern what exactly happened due to the speed of its occurrence.
At that moment, the strange woman would activate her quirk once more, causing lacerations, although very cheap and a gradual process, via causing the fabric to cut into the Sheriff’s body. Experiencing a great deal of pain at once, he would look once more back at her to shut down her Quirk, although damage had already been taken. The Sheriff was shocked but not confused at the newly acquired information.
“You know of my ability?”
“Of course, Commander in Chief. Erasure. The ability to cancel the quirk factor of whomever you look at.”
“Attacking in succession yet in separate times, a nice ploy.”
“Tripwire! How did you know…”
Coughing could be heard. The Symbol of Chaos was dying at an alarming rate, however the strange woman (now known as Tripwire) used her own clothing to lock pick the handcuffs. She freed the Symbol of his constraints which allowed him to use his quirk to prolong his death, hopefully enough to receive actual medical attention.
“Ahh. Yo…You have…have my gratitude...”
“Save your strength boss. We will have you out in…”
“You have some nerve calling him boss! When you abandon us the moment he…”
“If I am not overstepping my boundaries, free us from these shackles. I can be quite useful…”
Duma would speak, trying to keep the conversation and mindset on escaping this ordeal. That is when the giant hawk would land, showing what appeared to be a kid on top of it.
“EVEN BIG FOOT!?”
“OHHH SHUT IT. Scream at us later when we got the coppers off our backs.”
“Provide a screening for us Big Foot.”
At that moment, hundreds of hundreds of insects began to populate the west side of Ground Zero. It also became clear that the rest of the troops that came on this mission were either dead, defeating, or being mauled by ferocious creatures unleashed by Big Foot. Every animal on the Ground Zero was currently working on his behalf. Soon three more monstrous hawks would appear with Big Foot instruct them to get on. Tripwire would then ask about Swain, only for the symbol to reply very weakly that fate will decide the outcome. The insects were called to shroud any possible visible of the Sheriff, whom remained hostage until the hawks flew out of Tripwire’s vicinity of control. As for the Fang Organization? They had made their escape.
Meanwhile on the east side of Ground Zero, Passion engaged in confrontation against Yorick and Siyanne. The hero made sure to shoot his arrows at non-vital regions on the bodies of his opponents. In this specifically case, he made sure to shoot in specific patterns to not force the enemies to split. They seemed organized, which frighten Passion of the situation if he was possibly pinched. The fighting style he employed mandated that all his enemies be in the line of sight, plus being pinched limited his mobility which was already hampered due to the mist that polluted the air and continued to spread as time went on.
Siyanne would direct Yorick to leave the battlefield, claiming her lift or freedom was not as important as Frank’s and Tony’s. He would obey the direction despite the Tony’s opposition to the plan. The young man cared for everyone in his family greatly. As Yorick began to make his exit, Passion would fire arrows all capable of piercing steel, which meant it pierced straight through into the ground right in front of his pathway. Siyanne would scream once more at Passion, whom simply dodged due to his incredible gear. His costume high powered with engineering equipment, it enhanced his physicality capabilities. Growing tiresome of the battle, Yorick began to roar for the assistance of the W.A.R Division. Despite the deliberate delay, the troops had not shown. Passion would laugh with a retort.
“Buddy ole pal! My agency is currently on a play date with them!”
Yorick opened his mouth and was ready to fire another attack of mist, but was fortunately stopped by Siyanne. She understood with frustration and anger, he would want to remove his source of discomfort but now that meant enveloping the entire area in his deadly mist. The room they had left to properly breath and not be inflicted by it was rapidly shortening, which prompted a rather unlikely solution.
“Look. This mist you see hero? My brother’s quirk allow his to rust iron at tremendously high rates. It’s so concentrated that it can rust the iron in your blood, which leads to unfortunate results. You seem tactical, you understand the situation?”
“Indeed, my madam! We are running out of time; however I cannot just let you go.”
“I understand, but even if I threaten to kill your peer here.”
The Charmer was still on still on the ground unconscious, heavily wounded. With the stampeding mist, death was on his doorstep. Passion figured he would have handled these two and saved the Charmer, more importantly he figured his agency would have defeated the platoon of villains. His calculations were off and unfortunately there wasn’t enough time to accomplish his objective.
“I see you are thinking about it. Save your peer. I can save my father and brother, we both can leave.”
“And do this dance again? Although it is strange that you seem to be able to resist my Qui....."
At that moment of thought, Siyanne released a sound wave directly out the ground. The impact would cause a forcefully out push of air capable of moving the debris that laid around. She had done this to shroud their presence but more importantly stall for time. Properly countering this ploy and continuing the fight, with Passion’s arsenal, seemed impossible to do if he also wanted to finish the fight and save Charmer. A gamble on her part, she wanted to abuse the morals of the hero.
Fortunately she would win that gamble since Passion chose to save the Charmer. He would leap from his elevation and proceed to grab Charmer. Once he secured him, Passion would use his gauntlet’s grappling hook to ascend back to evaluation. Both would go through the smoke, unfortunately being caught within it, however with the haste that Passion possessed – they survived without major damage. Just their equipment and costumes suffered heavily. As for the Lucas Family? They had made their escape.
