Drayce would again be confronted by a hero [C5]. This one admittedly didn't seem to be as pathetic as the other one. As unlike the other without so much a word he would plunge towards Drayce his arms fully extended as if he were trying to use them as a battering ram. A cliche hero pose that would easily be dispatched as Drayce in one motion ducked and leaped into an uppercut that would knock the hero down on his back. Drayce would then inflict a series of punches at the hero beating him up badly (5 punches after the uppercut). This one however was far more resilient then the other. As after the beating he still had the energy and will to ask about the previous hero. " Where is .. he". Placing his hand on the heros chest Drayce internally deconstructed his heart in an instant "The same place you're going" Standing up and walking away from the dead body he noticed a hero right infront oh him calling for backup. Now on block D6 both heros rushed him 1 [D6] from his right and one [C6] from his left. Drayce would remain still and counter them in an instant by grabbing their necks with hid respective hand and deconstructing them effectively decapitating both of them. "I'm starting to get tired, This job needs to end soon"
Name: Dragons Wrath x2 D x1 E Quirk: Dragons Will Rank:E - D Experience Points: 15 Type: Offensive | Supplementary | Defensive Range: Close Damage: 1 - 2 Description: Dragon's Wrath is the universal technique for Dragon's Will that deals with the disassembling and reassembling of objects and entities within the user's vicinity. The disassembling property of this quirk enables the user to completely deconstruct any physical/solid based target, however, because the user must come in physical contact with said entity this deconstruction is only capable of being used on D rank and lower techniques. If used as an attack against an enemy, the user is capable of causing some damage but is incapable of completely destroying their physical form. With this technique the user is capable of altering structures within their vicinity to their will, examples being altering a steel beam into a spear for close ranged combat, altering the ground at the user's feet in order to extend spikes towards the enemy. At this level, the size of the constructs created through reformation are at maximum 5 meters in diameter.
Drawbacks: This uses up 10% of Drayce's endurance at D rank, and 5% at E rank. Drawbacks: This technique can restore 2 DMG worth of piercing, slashing, blunt damage. Drawbacks: This technique can distort an opponent's limb enough to cause immediately breakage.
Name: Dragon's Will Quirk: Dragon's Will/ Overhaul Quirk Level: Basic Rank: Delta Experience Points: Free Type: Offensive | Defensive | Supplementary Range: Close Damage: N/A Description: Dragon’s Will is the ability to disassemble and reassemble anything the user physically encounters, regarding their hands. Through the disassembling quality of the quirk, the user can control the level of deconstruction to a certain degree – this represented at this level being only able to effect physical/solid based objects. The range of control regarding this ability is five meters in diameter. Likewise through the reassembling quality of the quirk, the user can control the level of reconstruction to a certain degree – this represented at this level by only being able to effect physical solid based objects. The users range of control When reconstructing is the same as his deconstructive abilities. Additionally reconstruction grants the user a means of healing – this is possible due to restoring/reconstructing injured bodies. The level of healing possible at this mastery is restoring piercing/cutting/blunt base damage. In the case of this quirk, the more the user utilizes Dragon’s Will the more physical exhausted he becomes. This is translated into a percentage system with each rank taking a certain percentage of the user’s overall energy reserves. The two-henchman proved to be very skilled for the jobs. Clearing a pathway for Deathpierce to comfortable orchestrate the entire heist. She looked at her watch, seeing the hands tick tock. It was almost noon, the perfect time to strike due to shifts changing. The cops would be slow in responding, in terms of numbers. Keeping that in mind, she would look up and fire one more shot at a nearby officer causing him to drop. And then looked at the two henchmen inside.
“Finish this people off. DO IT QUICKLY PLEASE.”
She would walk up and put her foot on the officer.
“We need a hostage to slow down squat time. Lucky for you, you do not die…just yet. Hahaha!”

Name: Multiplication Of Force Quirk: Multiplication Rank: D Experience Points: 10 Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: +1 DMG Description: The user envelops his body or his weapon in the blue of aura of multiplication, specifically multiplying any force used from the body or from the weapon.
Drawbacks: Can only have one augmentation on at the same time, (One each for body and for weapon using the "Multiplication" Power). Drawbacks: After activation, the Aura's amount is drained 3% each turn as long as the technique remains active. Drawbacks: Separation from the Aura, immediately removes the augmentation.

However, he gains extra force since the user follows through via turning his upper body with the swing to generate more force than usual.

"Look at you, barking orders like you're Sergeant Slaughter! Don't worry, Princess; we'll have the vault open in a minute."
To acquiesce Deathpierce, Nike proceeded to assault the officer in front of him at [F7]. He would being by sheathing his swords before activating Lightning Step once more. With this, he would partially permeate his feet into the ground and deactivate his Quirk immediately afterwards. This would lead him to eject from the ground and rush forward to deal 3 simultaneous attacks. He would lift his right leg to drive his right knee into the mans abdomen, all while unsheathing both of his swords and slashing across the mans chest in the form of an "x." However, as he drew them, he would pull the trigger on one of his swords in order to activate the air injection system and increase its power further. Thanks to his use of Lightning Step, all three of these attacks would enjoy a nice damage boost, leaving the officer on the brink of death. To finish things off here, Nike would unleash a flurry of [3] swift attacks, using his swords to carve the man up.
Name: Lightning Step Quirk: Permeation Rank: D Experience Points: 10 Type: Offensive | Supplementary Range: Self (Close) Damage: N/A (+1 to Freeform if used as an Attack) Description: This is a very basic, yet versatile walking technique that briefly allows the user to mimic high speed movement by taking advantage of their ability to “eject” from solid matter. The user will begin by very briefly phasing their entire body in order to allow their feet to partially permeate into the ground. Ideally, this would be done while walking or running. Upon phasing their feet into the ground, the user will immediately deactivate their Quirk. By doing this, their feet will be ejected from the ground at high speeds while they move. This allows the user to jolt off the ground and briefly move faster than they normally do. The user could even use the “propulsion” to increase the height of their jumps. That being said, this technique doesn’t work on the principles of increasing the users base running speed. Because the user is using their Quirk to permeate their entire body and eject it from the ground, their body acts as a projectile. In cases like these, the user’s accuracy determines how fast the user moves. This technique allows the user to move up to 5 meters in any direction before returning to their normal running speed. Depending on the speed and relative size of the technique, this ability can be used to avoid certain enemy attacks (within reason). Rather than using it to run, this technique can also be used as an attack. When in point-blank range, the user can use this ability to transition straight into a powerful kick as one of their feet is ejected from the ground.
Drawback: Though it’s only for a split second, in that brief moment that the user permeates, they cannot see or hear anything around them. Drawback: With this technique, the user can only move in a linear fashion.
Name: Vorpal Swords – Kartas & Grandia Equipment Type: Weapon Equipment Grade: C Type: Offensive | Defensive Range: 20 inches Damage: Each Sword has 1.5 HP, Totaling to 3 HP | Propulsion does +1 Damage to Freeform/Techniques | Internal Damage does One Damage Description: Kartas & Grandia are “married” twin swords specifically made for Nike. The swords take on the form of two identical scimitar-like weapons that Nike prefers to rely on when his Quirk isn’t enough. Their blades are sturdy and broad, but light, allowing for easy parries, precision counters, and a frenzy of swift attacks. The swords appear to have a relatively simple design, with both blades displaying a matte-black finish; however, installed in the hilt of each blade are compressed gas cartridges and an air injection system, similar to the American Wasp Knife. Within the blade of each sword, there is a thin, hollow tube that extends from the compressed air tanks in the handle to the blade tip. The air in each tank can be released through the swords by pressing on a specially made trigger built into each handle – as with the real Wasp Knife, the air is expelled at around 850psi. The air injection system allows for two-different offensive uses; the first involves pulling the trigger and ejecting the air while simultaneously drawing the blades from their sheath. This propels the blades out of their scabbard at incredible speeds in such a way that the first slash would cause far more damage than if the swords were used in free-form. However, this speed only applies to the very first slash as the user unsheathes their sword. The second offensive usage can only be applied if the user manages to stab one of their swords into the opponent. Upon doing so, the user may pull the trigger to release the compressed air into their opponent’s body. The air almost immediately balloons to the size of a softball upon expulsion and is capable of causing one instance of internal damage (minor organ). Each sword can only hold a single cartridge at any given time; however, the hilt of each sword is designed in such a way that they can be reloaded with additional cartridges for repeated use. Besides this, the blades are uniquely made in such a way that they are completely crafted from Nike’s DNA. The swords, their scabbards, and all of their internal mechanisms were made from the iron in his blood. Likewise, certain cosmetic aspects of the hilts were made from his hair. The swords are therefore capable of phasing and permeating along with the rest of his body upon the activation of his Quirk.
Note: Each use of the cartridges counts as one of the 3 allotted moves per turn. Note: Reloading is passive, but requires that the user wait at least one turn in between the use of each individual swords injection system. Payment: 3,000 Gold | 1,500 Gold Each Sword
As the man fell, deceased, Nike turned to the officer on his right at [G7]. Without wasting a second, he dealt two swift and deadly swords slashes, killing the man where he stood. Afterwards, Nike reloaded his sword and moved back to his previous position at [F5] in order to open the vault at [E5]. This was what he came here for; without hesitation, Nike proceeded to repeatedly permeate his body and turn himself into a human-weapon. He phased his hands into the fault wall in order to rupture and destroy it. However, Nike wouldn't be able to do it alone.
"Oi, Drayce! Finish things up on your end and help me out! I need your power open this thing."
Name: Full-Body Jigen-Tou Quirk: Permeation Rank: D Experience Points: 10 Type: Offensive Range: Very Close Damage: 2 Description: The user will begin this technique by repeatedly phasing their entire body back and forth between a solid and intangible state. This turns the user’s entire body into a rudimentary weapon in that they can now phase into and destroy any solid object, as stated within the base Quirk technique. However, with only a basic level of mastery, the technique is more aggressive than it is precise. Rather than becoming a “saw that can cut without resistance,” the user’s body acts more like a violent jackhammer. By partially permeating into the ground and re-solidifying, the surrounding earth is “pushed” away from the user. This is due to the fact that two things cannot occupy the same space at the same time. As a result, simply being in contact with the ground will cause it to break and rupture. By repeatedly permeating the body, the destruction becomes violent enough that the earth within a 2 meter radius of the user would become fractured and displaced. The technique isn’t limited to rupturing the ground; it can be used to destroy walls, solid obstacles, etc. It can also be used to injure a person, though the effect this technique has on a human body is slightly different. Due to the fact that humans are not completely “solid,” their bodies wouldn’t rupture and crumble the way a brick wall would. Instead, the damage is isolated merely to the point of contact. Additionally, due to the user’s inability to cut like a saw, they cannot “slash” through the body. Instead, the user is limited to thrusting and “stabbing” attacks to destroy small, isolated parts of the body.
Note: Due to phasing back and forth, the user can walk on the ground normally without “falling” in. Drawback: To use this technique, the user must be wearing special gear to prevent damage to their body upon phasing into another solid object.
Name: Air Cartridges Equipment Type: Accessory Equipment Grade: C Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: N/A Description: These are pressurized air cartridges, specially made to be reloaded into the hilt of Nike’s twin swords, Kartas & Grandia. The cartridges are carried in a small pouch worn around the waist so that Nike has easy access to them at all times. The cartridges can be passively reloaded into each sword, however doing so takes place through the course of a turn. Nike always starts with 2 pre-loaded into the handle of each sword and carries the extra 4 around with him in the pouch. Like every other part of the sword, the pouch is woven from his hair and the cartridges are made from the iron in his blood. Therefore, the extra air cartridges can phase and permeate as he does.

Prometheus would move to a nearby spot and quickly dispatch of two more opponents, both through consecutive freeform strikes empowered by The Blackening. The policeman in A1 needed one simple strike, whereas the hero in C1 needed two more strikes. Prometheus would set his sights on his next opponent.
Name: The Blackening Equipment Type: Costume Equipment Grade: B Stats: +5 SPD || +5 STA || +5 ACC Damage: 5 HP | +2 DMG to Physical and Freeform Attacks (E.X.O.N) Description: The Blackening is a full body and face suit designed with extra light, durable fabric that is further improved by equally light weight technology, in addition to E.X.O.N. The material being blended and interconnected so perfectly, and made on design for Ninja allowed the suit to fully complement ninjas movements, translating to a +5 SPD, whereas the durability translating to a +5 STA. The suit’s technology comes into effect in the form of a dynamic cloaking ability that allowed Ninja (and equipment/weapons on his body) to blend into the background whenever not moving, allowing for him to be unseen by opponents. Under the same premise of the technology that allowed the suit's cloaking ability, the mask portion of the suit allowed for enhanced forms of vision, specifically that of infrared and nightvision that allowed the wearer of the suit enhanced tracking capabilities. (+5 ACC) The nightvision aspect has a built in safeguard that prevented blindness when under the effect of bright light or simply out in the sun. The fact that the suit is made with E.X.O.N means the suit causes additional DMG per E.X.O.N's function. The suit’s composition of technology also allows for more abilities that would be further submitted as different customs.
Gajeel soared through the air around the bank until he saw a woman with a cape running forwards towards its entrance, she was a hero[G1] and a very unlucky one at that. Diving down towards the ground taking on a lowered aerial position Gajeel swiftly gains on her from the back and performs a powerful deep slash to the back of her torso taking out the weak hero with ease. Covered in blood splatter from head to toe Gejeel continues his flight on, looking for more victims to stack up.
{Moving from [G2] to H2}
Upon gaining more distance from his previous location Gajeel sees the space man dressed in all black from before a distance away triggering him to menacingly smirk as a foul thoughts crossed his mind. It'd be so unfortunate if we lost some of the team during these operations, .....until its time to split the goods that is! Laughing aloud as he talks within his head Gajeel then conjures up a mystic fireball from the depths of his stomach that he fires downwards towards the back of the man{H3} claiming to manipulate gravity. The fireball would explode on contact and engulf everything within 2ms of range in flame. It was nothing personal against the man himself, he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Name: Hell Flame Quirk: Mystic Dragon Anatomy Rank: D Experience Points: 10 Type: Offensive Range: Close Damage: 2 Description: Utilizing the Mystic Flame energy within, Gajeel summons the dark flame from his bowels and spits up a destructive fireball forwards on a linear path. The fireball carries special physical properties within its structure and upon impact detonates outwards releasing a spread of intangible black flame within a 2 meter in diameter area spread. The size of the fireball depends on its rank.
Dragon Veins Quirk: Mystic Dragon Anatomy Quirk Level: Basic Rank: D Experience Points: Free Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Range: Self - Close Damage: +1 SPM Tracking | 0.5 Damage Increase | 0.5 SPM Increase Description: Dragon's Vein is the quirk activation for Mystic Dragon Anatomy, a rare mutation quirk that bestows Gajeel the anaotmy of a mystical dragon. The dragon like characteristics granted to Gajeel at base are; the tough scales, heightened eyes, sharp teeth, and the sharp, retractable claw like nails of a dragon. Being part dragon grants the user heightened animilistic sense through the use of their eyes, ears, and nose allowing Gajeel to track +1 spm higher than base. These same animilistic mutation further boosts the body's physical performance, a dragon being a swift and mighty creature, and so grants Gajeel +.5 dmg when performing freeform as well as +.5 spm when traversing.

With a starting cap of 100%, Gajeel depletes his mystical energy when using moves harnessing the Mystic Flame based on Rank, and when depleted can no longer be utilized.

{Drawback | Hunger Pains} When depleted of mystic energy from their unique organ Gajeel goes under a body hampering hunger that strips him of all passive boosts given by Dragon's Veins.
Drayce dispatches of the final hero quickly through physical prowess alone [D7]. This one equipped with a sword hanging from a hilt on his waist. Drayce would run up and steal the sword and through it preform a basic but fast 6 hit combo, using the sword to swiftly slash at the heros collar, shoulder, and finally head, culminating in the heros decapitation. Going back 1 block towards the vault[D5] He would be met by Nike clearly a bit fatigued as well maybe to a greater extent as he needed drayce to finish the opening of the vault himself. "Figured you would still be alive but you look alittle more fatigued then you should" motioning Nike to get away from the vault Drayce did his thing placing his hand on the vault door he would quickly deconstruct it into mere fragments of dust.["Vault opened"] turning to his squad members"So what now Pierce, Nike" Basically telling them he knew that more was about happen

Rumble on the floor, gasping for air. The despicable human dared to use his power to issue an ultimatum. Coughing due to the strain, the raccoon would get up on his hind legs and brush himself off. While doing so, he let out a derange laugh. A walking fur ball of spontaneity, the fur ball looked at the human – eyes zoomed in on him. This kid was playing tough guy, when he was just a fame whore. Rumble saw straight through this man. He too was on this mission completing a secret objective, just he was horrible at hiding such information.
“Aye kid, you don’t care much for the money, do you?”
Rumble would begin to slowly circle the man, his arms raised up in a suggestive manner that he was completely harmless. He surveyed the human, simply creating a rather stern atmosphere. There were times the insane raccoon could play serious, key word play.
“Why would the option of blowing things up even be entertained by someone like you? HUH? HUH? HAHAHA”
As quickly and abruptly Rumble started laughing, he stopped – gritting his teeth, even snarling with his animalistic tone.
“LOOK! This “CHOICE” you gave me reveals your time hand. You speak to me like I am some dumb rodent, you look down upon me because of my species…when in fact I am smarter than you.”
Rumble would quickly rush the human from behind and climb upon his shoulders. He now speaking in his eye, very snarky like. His movements unseen due to the raccoon’s actual, natural speed.
“You thought appealing to my love for fireworks would push me to do it? You are as stupid as you look if you think I can be outwitted by you. There are bigger plans at hand here. No matter what you say or do, you fear me none.”
Rumble ears twitched as he heard sirens. Instantly after hearing them, his monitor began to pick up traces of multiple squad cars pulling closer to the bank. He would jump off the shoulders of the human and began typing rapidly at the keyboard.
“HAAHAHA FIREWORKS WILL HAPPEN! YOU ARE IN FOR A TREAT”
As Rumble said his final words, he pushed the button. A nearby building would wall would explode, a remote controlled life-size helicopter could be see firing at the cars. Exploding two cars, setting the western side of the bank ablaze.
“Deathpierce, we got company. Hurry the hell up!!!”
He would go to a case, flips its top open to reveal a rocket launcher. Assembling the pieces, he would go to the edge of the rooftop and shot a rocket towards another approaching vehicle.
“Kid! Be useful. Monitor the helicopter. Oh! You get anymore funny ideas like your previous one, just be sure to know that if killing me results in a massive display of fireworks. A death benefiting for a genius like me and the bastard that puts me out my misery!”
OOC: Of course you have free will, but its best in your interest to do as Rumble says.
Passion had arrived on the scene with a zealous attitude. He had recently garnered recognition to be considered a professional hero. That title brought upon responsibilities, none of them the hero was willing to abandon. He perched on a nearby rooftop as he watched the destruction unfold by two assailants on the bank's rooftop. It took everything in his will to not rush the rooftop, but he was tasked with regaining control of the parameter. Backup from the Hero Association was on its way, once they arrived - they would derive a plan to attack, especially since the helicopter seemed to be guarding the criminals. Passion would zip line down to the street with top priority of subduing the villains. Any of those he managed to capture would be on a one-way trip to Riker’s Island.

Name: The Blackening Equipment Type: Costume Equipment Grade: B Stats: +5 SPD || +5 STA || +5 ACC Damage: 5 HP | +2 DMG to Physical and Freeform Attacks (E.X.O.N) Description: The Blackening is a full body and face suit designed with extra light, durable fabric that is further improved by equally light weight technology, in addition to E.X.O.N. The material being blended and interconnected so perfectly, and made on design for Ninja allowed the suit to fully complement ninjas movements, translating to a +5 SPD, whereas the durability translating to a +5 STA. The suit’s technology comes into effect in the form of a dynamic cloaking ability that allowed Ninja (and equipment/weapons on his body) to blend into the background whenever not moving, allowing for him to be unseen by opponents. Under the same premise of the technology that allowed the suit's cloaking ability, the mask portion of the suit allowed for enhanced forms of vision, specifically that of infrared and nightvision that allowed the wearer of the suit enhanced tracking capabilities. (+5 ACC) The nightvision aspect has a built in safeguard that prevented blindness when under the effect of bright light or simply out in the sun. The fact that the suit is made with E.X.O.N means the suit causes additional DMG per E.X.O.N's function. The suit’s composition of technology also allows for more abilities that would be further submitted as different customs.
