Name: Beyond the Boundary – World Reconstruct Quirk: Portal Jump & Universe 1 Quirk Level: Basic Rank: D Experience Points: Free Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: None Description: Portal Jump is an Emitter Type Quirk that allows the user to create “Doors” within a vicinity near them [at this current level, the door can appear three meter of the user] on any surface whether its air, ground, or water. Passing through the door allows them to travel to and from an alternate dimension that completely mimics how the entire area is designed (thus moving in the dimension is identical to moving in the real world). While in said dimension, anybody is still aware of the real dimension as if they are peering through a one-side window, however to leave the dimension the user needs to make another door. None of the doors disappear until Naomi exits the dimension. Keep in mind that the dimension functions the same as the real world does, thus flames will continue to burn if placed inside the dimension. The speed of which the doors are formed is equal to Naomi’s SPD Attribute. (Applies to all her Quirk Related Moves). Meanwhile Universe 1 is an Emitter based quirk that works in tandem with the Portal Jump Quirk, in which it allows the user to manipulate anything within the dimension. This ranges from the mimicked liquids, solids and even gases. The user may also summon them from doors into the real dimension, though they can no longer manipulate whatever has exited the dimension. The door opens based on the users SPD, due to utilizing Universe 1 and Portal Jump at once.
Drawbacks: Naomi when she utilizes either of her quirks, this causes her body to begin to feel sick due to constant overuse, suffering from mass headache, fevers and even disorientation till eventually she passes out. She suffers draw backs based on the rank of the techniques she uses.
Drawbacks: Naomi begins to suffer adverse effects from traveling through the dimension/manipulating it. Aside from travel, Naomi is only capable of creating two doors at once: One to Enter and One to Exit

In this case, it was tailored towards Naomi. In this case, it was tailored towards Naomi, whom had the material made into a beautiful dress that compliments her physical attributes. The secret technology used within the dress are microscopic needle like syringes that induce a medicine and supplement into her body. This enhances her STA, SPD and STR while also acting as a treatment to her quirks weakness reducing the percentage by %15 per turn.

"I remember you from the fang incident, I heard some interesting things about you on the battle field, lets see if their true" Not wasting anytime on pleasantries I raised my left hand towards the opponents head, channeling electricity through my palm to create an electric blast headed straight for the opponents I held off in using my full power in order to gauge the opponents response.

Damage: ATP Heat Expel Results in 5 PHY Reduction to Stamina Attribute | +1 Damage Bonus and -1 Damage Bonus for Each 20 PHY in the Strength Attribute
Description: Bump Up allows the user to have minute control over his muscle fibers, enlarging them and shrinking them as he pleases giving the user an increased damage and strength out put more than normal. The users muscles are so refined that there akin to rock in hardness making for an excellent defense as well as an offensive capability if used as such, because of his fluctuating muscle increase the users natural ATP heat increases exponentially with his strength showing itself as a blue aura that covers every inch of his body and increases both the users out put damage and the damage shaving to incoming opponent attacks. For every 20 PHY in the Strength Attribute, the body develops a natural increase in the damage output and damage shaving capabilities. For every 20 PHY in the Strength Attribute, the ATP Heat Expel (1 Meter Diameter of the Body) increases which results in raising the temperature of the body significantly. The heat however is detrimental to the user himself, too much exposure results in consequences. The drawbacks work on a consecutive turn clause:

Quirk Perk:
Whenever the user is utilizing the power of the quirk, they become resistance towards knock back type effects. This resistance is due to the increase in weight and power the user gains, thus any forceful or explosive impacts that do not exceed the D-Rank fail to interrupt the user's momentum. Any structure that from the environment that collide into the user, regardless of the damage, will knock them back if it doubles the user in space. Description: With the use of his inherent knowledge from his Wakanda upbringing the user replaces the skin on All of his upper body including his head in a metal sheen using the ore "Mythril". With his new metal skin for his arms his muscles are pushed harder to move his arms, acclimating to the new strain resulting in an overall increase in strength. The user has replaced his eyeballs with cybernetics, these come equipped with thermal vision and a thin black layer of film that protects the user from bright flashes
. Now at the final stage of the suits progression the user has replaced the entirety of his bodys skin with metal nano technology, specifically designing it to feed off of the users increased body temperature for energy that allows it to alter the density of the users skin at the users will via a brain implant in the users brain.(altered skin will be explained in seperate moves)
Programming his nanotech to consume the heat radiating from his body and then convert it to energy that circulates through specific pathways in his skin that are specifically insulated to better handle electricity, the user has gained the ability to expel electricity on his body through mental commands. The users hands, shoulders, torso lower body have specific spikes sticking from those sections of his body that channel his electricity until it expels from those points. (Will be made into a move later on)
[POWER CORE] SHIKON NO TAMA: A small marble sized purple power core has been in bedded in the chest area of the costume, through various means of science and chemical alteration using the air, this marble contains the power to continously create electricity through which the suit is specifically tailored to absorb and use for its own gain. By now the suit is completely insulated from head to toe, absorbing electricity through the marble to continually charge its self and the effects | techniques of the suit. Due to the rank of the Power Core, any opponent who touches the item or technique that incorporates this power core receives an +0.5 Damage to Equipment & Costume | -5 SPD To Opponent.
NANOHEALING: The user has programmed the nanotechnology in his suit to assimilate the iron in the air to rebuild itself should it ever suffer damage, this response is automatic and only triggers when the suit is damaged in anyway. +1.5 to Suit health per turn.
NANO Creation: Using nanotech from the suit itself the user can mentally command them to make simple objects such as swords, spears, bullets, and in higher levels doppelgangers of the user. Taking nanobots from his costume damages it correlating with the damage of the technique used I.E (if i Create a D rank spear worth 2 damage my suit takes 2 damage to its health, These will be made into techniques)
The power core supplys the suit with a limited amount of power that the user can utilize for a percentage of its total energy. Each turn the user does not utilize his power core in a move it regains 10% of its total energy pool.
Description: The user expels electricity through points on the palms of his hands, these blasts shoot out in short bursts and measure 1 meter in diameter. -5 PHY to SPD for anyone that gets hit
Naomi stood within the battle field; her eyes scanned the emptied streets as possible rumors of this clash had reached the ears of the others who dwelled in these slums. Nonchalant about the situation, she noticed the enemy in the distance whom seemed to be quite the gent. She crooked her head to the side as she eerily smiled at him, wonder thus what is it does he plan to do against her. His arm began to raise as he took aim towards her, something she wondered what was coming as a sudden burst of electricity was released from his palm. Almost out of pure instinct, Naomi would open a door two meters in front herself with a five meters wide – while a second one opens two meters above her location angled diagonally and directly towards the enemy.
The electricity would travel through the first door and almost immediately come back out through the second door – with it hurdling right back towards it’s point of origin, its own creator. Naomi simply closed the doors to her realm right afterwards, simply curious of her enemies’ power. An electric type Emitter quirk? This can be interesting… she said to herself as she walks towards her right side, simply observing what is going on though he might have mistaken her for someone else. Fang? She heard of this sister Organization of the Lucas Family but recently the blood between the two has gotten cold and unforgiving – leaving to suspect he was with them. "And if your with Fang…then naturally you are my enemy. That’s a bad thing, and you wouldn’t like bad things happening to you now, would you?” she asked him.
Phantom Doorway Quirk: Portal Jump Rank: D Experience Points: 10 Type: Defense Range: Close Damage: 2 Description: Phantom Doorway allows Naomi to open a door, most commonly the air in order to create a linked passage way enter the other dimension. This allows her to potentially utilize an enemy's own technique against them, essentially countering the enemy technique. The door is created relative to the size of the technique used, though it can't be used on something later than five meters in size. Even then, she also runs the risk of the attack hitting depending on the angle of the door created. This technique can only maintain D-Rank and Below techniques, regardless of damage, entering. Thus, anything higher rank will break the door and continue forward with all of its damage magnitude.
Drawbacks: Contributes to the overuse outlined in Beyond the Boundary.
I felt no surprise that the opponent could deal with my simple attack, i never expected it to hit anyways its just a tool to see my opponents capabilities and it did its mark regardless if the attack is now hurdling towards me. "Dont kid yourself, you have no real power, simple redirection will do nothing for you this battle" I spoke at the same time as i moved to the left(your right) 2 meters away from the redirected electric blast, safely dodging it at my own leisure. "Its time to get serious, lets see if you can handle it", instead of stopping at the 2 meter mark i continued to arch around the opponent until i appear behind him, at the time of movement i control my muscle fibres to wrap around my body in a tight armor from head to toe while simultaneously enlarging its mass by 10%. Should i successfully get behind the opponent i, without stopping my momentum, will attempt to punch the oponents legs out from under them.
Name: Fully Muscled Quirk: Muscular Rank: D, G, B Experience Points: 80 (Pay 70 for difference) Type: Defensive/Supplementary Range: Self Damage: 2,3,4 Damage Shaving Description: The user controls his muscles to expand outside of his body and wrap around his entire frame to make a makeshift armor. This not only defends the user from incoming attacks but can be maintained for the whole battle after the first post.
Note: Shaves 2-4 Damage Every Turn. Note: G rank can only be used 4 times per battle, B RANK CAN BE USED 3 TIMES Drawbacks: This counts towards the users drawback if maintained for consecutive turns. Name: 10%-20% Increase Quirk: Muscular Rank: D,B Experience Points: 60 (pay 50 for deference) Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: +5 -+10 STR Description: The user Conciously increases his muscle mass by 10-20% of its original, this forces the users body to grow 3-6 inches above its normal. As the users muscle mass grows it solidifys even more than usual, becoming akin to armor underneath the skin
NOTE: B RANK CAN BE USED 3 TIMES Name: Reckless Fighting Custom Fighting Style: Show time Rank: D,G,B Experience Points: 80(gotta pay 70 for difference) Type: Offensive Range: Close Damage: 2,3,4 Description: This technique encompasses punches and kicks that the user puts his full force through to produce something stronger than average. The user can throw up to 8 punches or kicks (or any mixture of the both).
Drawbacks: The more punches and kicks performed, the damage splits evenly. NOTE:G rank can only be used 4 times per battle, B RANK CAN BE USED 3 TIMES

“ Oh you think so? Sigh, muscle bound freaks always have the loudest bark…but Ill admire you might have the bite of a Chihuahua!” she mocked him even more as she never took her eye off of him, paying close attention towards his movement as it was not faster than Naomi, at least not from what she has seen so far at least. The opponent dodged his own attack, which didn’t come off as a surprise to her but she was more than aware of the potential of him simply hiding his true power, which would come to be true as his body tissue suddenly began to twist and morph around his person. Fascinating quirk, she hated to admit but right now wasn’t the time nor place to commend her enemy. He moved towards her left side as she walked over to her right, as she stopped as well in order to gain a clearer view of him.
His movement was too linear, but she didn’t hesitate – as he stared to move in order to get behind her flank, Naomi would span a door yet again to her left side, but it was it was small than before as she now would utilize her second quirk in conjunction with the first in order to manipulate the air, namely the oxygen that was in the dimension and morph it into a thin, meter long lance that would be manipulated to grow out from within the door as it rushed to the targets position – the gas that was mold would aim to strike the enemy in the eye, his right one to be exact which if it successfully lands would leave him blinded by it, with another afterwards splitting off from it to strike his second eye afterwards.
She would simultaneously grip her spar from her back, as she twirled it as she took a traditional stance learnted within the Portal Fist martial arts, as she took a leap forward now in this instance to rush her opponent with her attack.
Name: World Reconstruct – Ventus Quirk: Universe 1 Quirk Level: Basic Rank: D – G (D) Experience Points: 30 Type: Offensive, Defensive Range: Close - Mid Damage: 2 – 3 (2) Description: This technique acts as Naomi’s basis of Universe 1’s ability to manipulate anything within the dimension, in this case gases. The user may bend, twist, morph etc into any shape of form she desires. The damage is largely based on the rank of the technique. The user may also create doors (through the Portal Jump Quirk) in order to bring the solids into the real dimension in order to attack the enemy. While the door creation is governed by Portal Jump, thus can only spawn three meters away – Naomi can manipulate the construct up to the rank used. She may also manipulate more than one construct at once though the power is divided by each construct with a limit of four per control.
Drawback: Outlined in Parent Technique, Usage Limit/Range Applies based on rank used.
Door Opens Relative to my SPD Stat so it has a 3.5 SPM in opening and also in travel due to being a projectile I believe.
Due to my inability to track his movement Id take the the hit of his strike, taking seven damage but Naomi simply submits and takes her loss as she simply wasnt up to the challenge.
