< CRISIS SYSTEM ARRIVED! > The Crisis System has finally be constructed and release to the general public. We encourage people to test out the system and enjoy themselves in drafting grand stories capable of changing the dynamics of the Role-Play World. Understand that the system is new, thus there are some kinks to be worked out that we couldn't due to not having enough man power to test! Make sure to read the rules which are placed in the Rules and Checks section of the RP Boards.
< THE NEXT MAJOR EVENT! > The Next Major Event will arrive starting the first week of Decemeber! Why are we making this announcement so early? Because we want to provide ample amount of opportunity to warn the community to start preparing and testing out their move sets. It will be a faction event once more, which means Heroes vs Villains BUT remember that Vigilantes are now thrown into the fray. It would be utter chaos so stay tune!

“I’ll buy you lunch,” laughed Roland, before quipping up. “Oh, this is Arthur. He’ll be joining us for a bit. Which reminds me – Arthur, what’s your Hero Name? I’m Bastion,” he asked, as the trio made their way into the second obstacle, Roland’s “Sanctuary” having proven its worth.
As flying was forbidden within the second obstacle, Roland formulated a plan, quickly, and dispelled Sanctuary once they had passed through the initial hazard, and the three men would find themselves standing upon a barrier that was five meters by five meters, which itself floated above the ground.
“We’ll have to long jump through, like a track and field event. I can make the barriers pretty big so don’t worry about missing; just go on the count of three, and I’ll make a landing platform while we’re in the air. Antares, you should probably give the signal, since you’re the fastest of us, it seems.
With that, Roland prepared to move forward.
Stat reference:
STR:15 STA: 25 SPD: 15 ACC: 15
Powerplay: Continuing to use “Adventure” , which was activated earlier in the thread, to create platforms for us to continuously long jump to, to traverse the obstacle.
"Fucking Hell" Once again the other heroes have become another nuisance to our plans, hell they even got aimi, it hurts to do this but we have no choice but to leave her here. Theres nothing for us to do for her unless the other guy has a trick up his sleeve, somehow i doubted that though well no use in waiting for someone to help out since it looks like its all up to me now. Wrapping an arm around Shin so he could carry me i quickly utilized the remaining black orbs at my disposal to arrange themselves in a "Step" formation going up-forward into the sky and off the ground, putting one foot forward we ran across the make shift steps towards obstacle 3.
Power Play: Making steps out of the black orbs to rise into the sky and bypass Brolys power play
Unable to continue his flight, Asahi descended and allowed his new companions to safely land on solid energy barrier made by Roland's quirk. “Hey man, I’m Antares. Pleased to meet you” Asahi listened to his friend's explanation and followed with the corresponding instructions. "Readyyy...GO!" Antares jumped into the next platfarm. With every jump he took, he felt the energy building up inside of him once again. Power play: Asahi remains in star form, continues along Roland and Arthur through the jungle by jumping from platform to platform, whilst recovering the missing energy. Moving at 2.5 SPM, 1.5 natural speed + 1 from quirk.
Quirk: Sunbloomer Rank: D Experience Points: 10 Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: 0 Description: The user enacts a photon-capturing zone around their body, allowing them to absorb raylight from the sun. Unlike most of Asahi’s techniques, this one does not consume energy but instead replenishes the energy. The user recovers as much energy as it would cost them to use a technique of Synthesis' rank.
✶ The zone isn’t sustained and as a result this technique must be used every time sunlight is absorbed.
Go Go would find herself running near Black Mayne, with firestorm set ablaze up ahead. Black Mayne had tried to spit game several times during the year, even insisting that she was black cause of the junk in her trunk. Go Go simply shrugged him off each advance.
As they ran, the sight of firestorm sending nuclear energy in the ground would immediatly trigger a reaction from Go Go. Without hesitation she would launch herself on to black Mayne's back, attempting to keep off the ground.
The quake would shake what felt like the entire stadium. While Go Go would be off of the ground, she would feel black Maynes body quake back and forth.
Once the quake was finally finished, she would hop down and help black Mayne by pulling him out. They would continue to run.
POWERPLAY:
Hopping on black Mayne back to avoid being on the ground when the quake hits. (If he let's me)
I will remain on his back for however long this quake remains, then I will hop off and continue with my actions. I WILL NOT HOP OFF UNTIL THE EFFECTS ARE DONE.
I will pull black Mayne out and me and him will continue to run if everything is successful.
If everything is successful, we out of the jungle.
However if the Aftershock lasts a turn, I will remain on his back the entire turn until we can move.

This makeshift caravan proved successful. It made Arthur feel quite bad. He was supposed to be proving his worth, yet he was being carried. Figuratively and literally, making it even worse than the typical feeling. When Roland decided to introduce himself and Asahi to follow, Arthur felt rather reluctant considering the lack of assistance he lent. However, he needed to be respectful of their gracious actions; thus, the prince began to speak.
"I am Arthur Pendragon. Hero name? Haha."
Arthur took the necessary steps when they took the steps, evading the destruction of the jungle that was ahead. It was bewildering to the prince. He thought this was a race, yet whomever was in the front was wreaking havoc. Probably Go Go. She was a rowdy one.
“My friend thought it was rather? How does America say it? Lame? Haha. Its Golden Knight.”
STR: 25 STA: 25 SPD: 25 - 1 SPM = 1.5 SPM ACC: 25
Power Move: Following the stepping plates created by Roland.
As Nova, came near the second zone he could see what seemed to be the earth shaking from afar, as he approached he would leap onto what seemed to be a barrier created by Roland (Bastion) he had seen the two from time to time... Arthur (Golden Knight) was someone he was familiar with, also being captured by the Lucas Family.. Nova wasn't proud of his actions in the past but he was determined to be better this go around. The other man, Asashi (Antares) was the son of Leona and also Wakandian, despite this Derek wasn't very close to the man... Derek would jump onto the platform as Arthur introduced himself to the two from Class 1B. "I'm Derek! Hero Name: SuperNova! Hope you guys don't mind but considering we're pretty much at the back of the pack I think it'd be cool to work together!" Derek would say looking Asashi and the rest in the eye. "Man.. is it hot here... wonder what it is.." Derek would say, hopping from platform to platform alongside Roland and the gang.
Powerplay: Jumping onto the platform created by Roland, considering we entered Obstacle 2 at the same time we're pretty much neck and neck (with his permission)
Mob was super excited and the race was getting heated! Even though he wasn't chosen he loved how everyone was working together. Mob felt that no one should experience the mayhem or potential dangers to their lives on the field below so Mob would leave whatever earth steps he had made remaining in hopes that others would be able to continue on a safer path through the forest as he continued running on his steps to the next obstacle!

Versatile in application, the user is capable of inducing certain outcomes when telekinetically assaulting targets. When launching invisible telekinetic projectile attacks through the air, there are air distortions that are present for the opponent to see if they are able to track the attack.
Drawbacks: The Drawbacks and Restrictions Expressed in the Parent Technique Follow Suit. Drawbacks: This technique drains the user 2% of mental reserves per freeform action.
Custom Fighting Style: Psionic Coherence Cost: 3 Description: Following the Spiritual Trials of the Mind and Body, the user engages within ancient disciplining tactics to rise the efficiency and strength of their own psionic techniques. These tactics concentrate the user's energy internally and focuses it in short bursts, which conserves and lessens the burden on their body. Inner workings: ~ Grants increased buffs by +5 PHY [Restricted to Buffs that Stem from the Brain] ~ Must have Acquired Spiritual Trials of the Mind and Body.
Name: Dupe’s Flower Missions: South America Cost: 6 Description: In attempt to gain favor from Professor Dupe, Mob traveled to South America to find a rare flower. While investigating the area, the student was ambushed by extremely venomous snakes. Studying the snakes’ movement and attack pattern, the student became adaptive in his own means of combat; growing to at least anticipate the strikes of aggressive snakes. After defeating the venomous snakes, the student found out that the flowers due to the snakes adapting to their environment were the reason for the snake’s venom properties, and that Mob needed to utilize the flower’s chemical properties in his equipment.
Perks of this Trait:
~ Adapting to the environment, Mob adopted the explosive nature of the snakes' strikes. This is represented by an +1 SPM increase in Movement Speed & Projectile Speed. [Does not Stack] ~ As a reaction to being to exposed small dilutes of the harmful chemicals in the flowers, the body’s immune system reacted and adapted, granting more vitality represented by +5 STA. ~ Equipment utilizing this trait become F-Grade, the F standing for Flower. The flowers deal an additional 5 PHY debuff.
Name: Mental Focus Quirk: The Minds...Still Rank: D-B Experience Points: 80 Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: N/A Description: Mob utilizes his mental capacity/telekinesis to augment/facilitate brain function. This done by telekinetically circulating/pumping more blood with oxygen in the brain, utilizing more mental energy towards techniques, and increasing the speed of electrical signals in the brain. This allows for greater reaction speeds, ability to track movements, and greater acuity/prowess. This is represented by an increase in ACC. This also has an interesting side effect of increasing the brainwaves regarding the prowess of certain supplementary techniques, adding specific minor effects. To reflect the power emotion, Mob's hair starts to float with a purple tinge surrounding it. Inner Workings: The minor effects that this technique helps provide must be submitted in the individual techniques themselves, and each technique must be purely supplementary in nature. ~ D rank grants +5 ACC or +5 SPD ~ G rank grants +10 ACC or +10 SPD ~ B rank grants +1 SPM in Tracking or +1 SPM in Movement Drawbacks: Once the technique is activated it remains passive, although it passively drains the user 3% of their mental reserves. 4% for G rank and 5% for B rank. Drawbacks: This cannot be activated multiple times unless it is upgrading/downgrading a rank or reactivating. This technique cannot stack itself. Follows activation limits in techniques and realism.
Blackmayne had barely had time to enter the jungle before he ran into his other classmates, Firestorm and Blitz with the other Dusk members behind them. As they moved together, Blackmayne saw Firestorm surging energy into the ground, before warning the group to follow him. Having trained the last year with him, Blackmayne knew was coming next; with Blitz jumping on his back to get higher, Blackmayne lifts her as he felt the quakes surging. He knew that there was little chance for all of them to move quickly and would try to ensure at the least, Blitz would be able to proceed without being hindered as she could launch herself from his body and keep moving.
"Firestorm, wait!" Blackmayne yelled as the ground quakes and Blitz was on his back, extending out to grab Firestorm's shoulder. Because of his speed and strength, Firestorm simply grabbed Blackmayne's arm and pulled forward, pulling him towards his shoulder to keep his off the ground as he chose to not form the armor as he continued running, never stopping in his pace. Elbowing Firestorm twice on his arms as they move, he yells at him to speed up.
Power Move: Blackmayne lets Blitz jump on his back from the earth, and grabs Firestorm who pulls us onto his shoulder and runs with one hand free, the other grabbing Blackmayne by the arm/upper body as Blackmayne hits gim twice. Firestorm chooses to not use his armor as he grabs the team and moves forward.
It was true, controlling the power of nuclear energy took a precise amount of tuning and experience. Sadly, despite getting better at controlling his quirk indeed (his earthquake had worked to near perfection) Firestorm had not yet gained the full amount of skills necessary. Having wanted to merely immobilize the competition he had released a bit too much power and caught his teammates in the tremors
Shit! Sorry you guys. Gotta make up for this
Removing the nuclear energy from his forearms chest and hands and shoulders, Firestorm releases the energy from the shield from excursion and receives the elbows from Blackmayne toa ctivate nerd rage

Name: Nagasaki
Quirk: Meltdown
Rank: G
Experience Points: 20
Type: Offensive
Range: Close - Mid
Damage: None
Description: Firestorm will create dozens of unstable nuclear ions around his body, causing further used Meltdown techniques to crash into them whilst directing their energy outwards past it. This creates dozens of mini-nuclear explosions that will push the techniques, in effect raising its movement speed by 0.5(+0.5 "Conversion") SPM.
Note: Can be used 4 Times Per Battle
Note: Lasts 3 Turns each
Name: Conversion
Quirk: Meltdown
Rank: G
Experience Points: 20
Type: Supplementary
Range: Self
Damage: None
Description: This technique, once activated, remains passive for the duration of the battle. Utilizing the increase in energy and power that comes as a result of the build of Meltdown, Firestorm utilizes this technique to enhance non-damaging techniques. When this technique is activated, can only be activated when there is bonus damage to convert, all non-damaging Meltdown related techniques utilize the buildup of energy (the bonus damage) to receive an increase in effectiveness. This effectiveness is represented by increased PHY or SPM to an attribute. To illustrate, a technique that boosts PHY would receive an additional. For example, a technique that boosts +PHY/SPM would receive an additional +10 PHY/0.5 SPM, a technique requiring a certain amount of PHY/SPM to break or defeat would require an additional +10 PHY/0.5 SPM in the stat related, and a technique that decreases an opponents PHY/SPM would decrease it an additional +10 PHY/0.5 SPM when this technique is in use. Naturally, as the DMG from the Parent technique falls under Bonus Damage, this boost falls under Bonus PHY/SPM
Drawbacks: Naturally, as the DMG from the Parent technique falls under Bonus Damage, this boost falls under Bonus PHY/SPM.
Drawbacks: This Technique Does Trigger the Drawback of Meltdown.
Drawbacks: Can only be activated 4 times per battle
Firestorm raises the speed given to him through the full body armor of Excursion by creating Nagasaki around it. He would also outstretch both of his arms to grab Blackmayne's oustretched arm to pull him forward but still raised in the air. In addition he would use his other arm to grab Blitz, so that he carries her as well with his immense strength. With this done, the group absquatulates via Firestorm lifting them both off the ground (one in each arm) and carrying them with him as he exited.
POWERMOVE: Grabbed Blitz and Blackmayne, raised speed via nagasaki, to have all 3 of us run out of the forest Uhhhh , sorry. I still don't have the *best* control over my ability. Especially when I start to build up energy. But hey, on the bright side, I kinda look like Lebron from this angle don't I?

Announcer's Post
This year’s competition was extremely…..Well extreme. All sorts of quirks were revealing themselves. All sorts of interactions were sparking left and right. This year’s rookies were ambition, driven, determined, the whole shebang.
“THIS EARTHQUAKE WAS A DOUSY! I CAN FEEL IT ALL THE WAY FROM HERE!!”
“CAN YOU IMAGINE, AN ACTUAL EARTHQUAKE HITTING THE STAPLE CENTER BIFF?”
“SHEESH LETS HOPE THIS THE ONLY QUAKE…QUALKING US TODAY, HUH KIKYO? HAHAHAAH!
“OHHHH BIFF. STOP.
During this exchange of commentary, students began to pour into the second obstacle. The rest of the pack was catching up, this meant the competition was far from over. That would be the case if it wasn’t for the actions of Firestorm. As the camera cycled all through the stadium, catching various angles of the racers, some could project on the jumbo tron, Firestorm performing a maneuver.
“LOOK! THERE GOES FIRESTORM! HE GRABBED ONTO HIS TEAM MATES?”
“WAIT BIFF, DID ONE OF THEM HIT FIRESTORM?”
“YEAH BUT IT SEEMD PLAN! LOOK HE GRABBED THEM.”
“WHAT IS HE PLANNING? OH NO, IS THAT…”
Firestorm set up miniature nuclear explosions of unstable nuclear ions, this bound to set the jungle ablaze. As each explosion triggered, sports would ignite the man-made jungle. The crowd quickly went from cheering to a state of confusion to then absolute concern. Those in the jungle were entrapped while everyone on the outside looked in terror.
“THE JUNGLE IS ON FIRE! CU.CUT….”
Immediately the safety commission raised to action, using their abilities to tame the wildfire that began to spread. As they began to extinguish the monster, another broke out towards the beginning of the jungle.
“OH! THERE SEEMES TO BE A FIRE SPREADING FROM THERE.”
“BIFF! IT SEEMS THE EVER SO DREAMY ANTARES WAS A LITTLE TOO HOT…”
The commission began to attend to those wild flames as the proctors of this test began to speak through a monotone intercom.
“STUDENTS! Please return to your perspective locker rooms. Today’s events have come to an abrupt halt.”
Power Move Log
Everyone is to have their Next Post Take Place in the Locker Room. You May Only Interact with Each Other.
Jiren returns to the locker room having saw the flames erupt. It brought a premature end to the race seemingly. Someone must've got over zealous, Jiren surmised.
Roland quickly realized his folly - when he relinquished "Sanctuary" he hadn't accounted for Asahi's Quirk; the incredible heat that had been pounding Arthur and Roland was suddenly no longer contained by Roland's Quirk, and the foliage around them began to smoulder and ignite, tendrils of flame beginning to creep out.
The Commission quickly called off the relay, as apparently yet another fire leapt into existence at the other end of the forest; Roland ceased using "Adventure" and used "Sanctuary" to safely escort Arthur, Asahi, and Derek out unscathed, collecting a few others as they had passed by as well, including one individual from Dusk Academy, whom Roland acknowledged simply with a kind nod.
It was not but a few moments later that they found themselves in their respective locker rooms, though not before Roland had apologized to Derek and Arthur, for his mistake.
"Sorry, Asahi. I didn't even think about what I was releasing when I dropped the barrier. Roland was alternating his barrier about, restoring people within the locker room back to peak performance; the commission staff would pop in every so often, and Roland would drop the barrier for a moment before reconstructing it, simply following the orders he had; he had been drafted as temporary medical personnel.
"It's nice to see you again, but it seems I keep bringing you bad luck," said Roland, rubbing the back of his head with a pained smile, cursing his thoughtlessness.
Name: Sanctuary Quirk: Repairrier Quirk Level: Basic Rank: D Experience Points: 10 Type: Supplementary | Defensive Range: Close Damage: 2 Description: Sanctuary is Roland's principle technique utilizing his Quirk, Repairrier. This allows Roland to create a single barrier up to close-range away, with a close-range radius in size. The barrier itself is variable in shape, but retains the healing properties appropriate for its rank. The barrier is immobile once it is created. In the event the barrier is damaged (but not broken), this technique can be recast at the cost of a moveslot to reinforce the barrier back up to its maximum integrity.
Asahi was bummed out, his face showing embarrassment and regret as he entered the locker room. He had gotten so accustomed to Roland’s quirk keeping his own quirk at bay that he had failed to realise the moment his friend dropped the barrier, his powers would manifest again. Antares closed his fist in anger, his mind circling the last moments of the race as his quirk emanated heat that ignited some vines, a fire that would spread out too quickly for him to put out.
Roland tried to apologise, but Asahi dismissed his attempt with a wave of his hand. “I’m the one who needs to apologise, I should have called my quirk off in time.”
Asahi seemed to be a on a bad streak that had no perceivable end in the near future; both of his parents got attacked, his mother was actually captured and now he had just gone and inadvertently destroyed the festival’s property in an event that tried to showcase the next generation of heroes. Sulking, he awaited the conclusion of the rescue mission impatiently.

Arthur could not help but feel bad for Asahi. Things were going moderately well. They were not the last of the pack, but they weren’t in the lead. Things could have changed for the better, they possibly placing quite high. The prince saw Asahi bummed out and figured he was blaming himself for everything, rather too harshly. Learning to control one’s power required great discipline. He did not want him doubting his worth over a mistake.
“Aye! Asahi!”
Arthur increased his pace to catch up to him. He placed his hand on his shoulder.
“I see your walk, I know what you are thinking. You cannot begin to doubt yourself.”
Arthur would smile, whether Asahi looked or not.
“I passed out during my entrance exam using my quirk. I passed out during last year’s test when I was trying to protect people.”
Arthur stopped, still haunted by his failures.
“Only those with a quirk understand the difficulties. Do not abandon the time spent maturing that power and yourself. Embrace this event and grow from it.”
Mob ended up in the locker room with the others. “Is everyone alright?“
"Boy it seems someone might've caused a fire, you must always make sure to stay calm and heroic even in the times of danger.", his inner voice told him.
Mob looked at Anatares.
"Aye bro it was a careless mistake, but at least we had other heroes to help make the situation safe. This just goes to show that to make the world safe we need to always work together!"
