< CRISIS SYSTEM ARRIVED! > The Crisis System has finally be constructed and release to the general public. We encourage people to test out the system and enjoy themselves in drafting grand stories capable of changing the dynamics of the Role-Play World. Understand that the system is new, thus there are some kinks to be worked out that we couldn't due to not having enough man power to test! Make sure to read the rules which are placed in the Rules and Checks section of the RP Boards.
< THE NEXT MAJOR EVENT! > The Next Major Event will arrive starting the first week of Decemeber! Why are we making this announcement so early? Because we want to provide ample amount of opportunity to warn the community to start preparing and testing out their move sets. It will be a faction event once more, which means Heroes vs Villains BUT remember that Vigilantes are now thrown into the fray. It would be utter chaos so stay tune!
< To Be Announced > TBA
The tremendous tidal wave would lift jiren ever closer to the finish line. His own ward defending him from the battering waves he was launched across the pool at increased speed heading for the finish line.
Movement: 4.5 spm
Powerplay: being propelled by the waves of my creation at 1 increased spm. Defending from them with my ward component of my parent tech that was enhanced earlier in the event.
Marina lifted her head to look towards her next obstacle. A mountain climbing section. How interesting. From the feel of it too, the slightest disturbance could cause rocks to plumet her way. She needed to be careful. From the sound of it, people were beginning to cross the finish line. That's good. She wondered who had ended up taking the lead. Well, in the meantime, she decided to at least giving the climbing section a try.

The Gauntlet: The Mountain (Obstacle 3)
The mountain is this towering obstacle. Climbing is tough but descending is equally tough.
This obstacle immediately adds on one extra post required to complete it should the racer be forced to physically climb.
Should the racer have means of clearing this mountain, without touching, avoids the SPM Conversion to be STR base.
Any substantial force, excluding from climbing it, will result in boulders raining down.
The Gauntlet: The Ocean (Obstacle 4)
The ocean has a roof, which does not allow any evolution that avoid the sharks. They are robotic and will leap out the water to grasp at anyone above the water. If you are within the water swimming, they will simply grasp at you. Either situation results in adding one post to the travel time.
Avoiding the Water Removes the Strength Attribute Conversion for Movement Speed. It also Removes the -1 SPM Reduction to Movement Speed
Avoiding the Water via Airborne Results in Sharks Prioritizing you. There are an limitless amounts of sharks, with 40 PHY in each Attribute.
The Sharks do not harm, rather they simply capture and occupy you safely above water to not drown you.
They possess 3 HP. You may attack them, but you can only do 3 Techniques or 6 Free-Forms. No Mixing.
You have 1 Free Turn of Swimming before they attack. Should you go airborne in any fashion, you forfeit that free turn.
Traversing, via swimming, as a group will notify the sharks of your presence. This forfeits the free turn.
Trying to manipulate the entire obstacle in any manner requires techniques to be used. A total amount of three techniques dedicated to inflicting the water.
Mob kept on running. Sweat dribbling down his brow. He saw the other students make it and he wanted to be there too. His determination kept him pushing forwards.
Roland continued running, unsure of how he managed to get separated from his running mates, but did not curse his good fortune, having somehow made it to the last obstacle with only the large man Jiren in front of him now. Though he doubted anything fishy would happen now, especially when Jiren was so much faster than he was, but Roland still took the precaution of coating himself in a barrier, and aiming for the last place before the race was called.
Name: Fortitude Quirk: Repairrier Quirk Level: Basic Rank: D Experience Points: 10 Type: Supplementary | Defensive Range: Self Damage: 2 Description: Utilizing his Quirk, Roland will coat his body in a barrier which is mobile, so that it forms over his body and garb like a suit of armor; this grants Roland the obvious protection of his barriers, while also restoring his person to optimal condition, as well as any restoring any equipment on his person to its optimal condition at the rates appropriate for the barrier's rank. Due to the nature of this barrier, it remains mobile and fluid once created. In the event the barrier is damaged (but not broken), this technique can be recast at the cost of a moveslot to reinforce the barrier back up to its maximum integrity.
Note: Maintaining this technique occupies a move slot each turn until deactivated; if the barrier is still present upon the new turn, it refreshes to its maximum durability, still only consuming a single moveslot.
Jiren ran as fast as he could pushing across the final stretch heading for the finish line with all the energy he could muster. Drowning out the sounds of other runners around him as best as possible.

Skybox
The proctors began yapping at each other, trying to discern who would grasp second place in the rest. The announcer Kikyo had entered the skybox shouting with excitement. She had truly gotten immersed into the action, she couldn’t wait to learn the outcome of this predicament. Meanwhile the professors of their schools began to converse about the students’ performance during challenge one.
“Well Dr. Hyde. That sure was an interesting outcome.”
“I would say. Dawn University managed to grab the victory over this challenge. You two should be proud.”
Dr. Hyde would gesture at both Professor Dupe and Bowser. The latter would laugh an old man, jolly type of laugh while rubbing his belly. Professor Dupe gasped as if she was holding her breath during the last few minutes of the race. She began to talk after recollecting herself.
“All of the students did wonderful.”
“HA! All of them? I wouldn’t say that. Your savage is currently in a tribunal with the Hero Association.”
“We will not ruin this celebration. Professor Dorian, this is not a grudge match between schools. We all are working towards the same objective.”
“Whatever! My school shall emerge victorious in the challenges to come.”
Professor Dorian would storm out. His vindictive behavior surely did not go unnoticed; however, it was perplexing. What could have possibly set him off, the rest of the professors did not know. But, the skybox would continue in their joyous festivities – even Professor Dupe began to socially warm up to the rest of her peers. However, there was no one livelier than Professor Bowser.
“WOOOOOO! WE SMOKED THEM! YEAHHHH!”
“Excuse my colleague, Dr. Hyde.”
“No no! Ha ha! He can be excited for your students. Our time will come…”
Dr. Hyde would say such with conviction yet a gleaming smile. Throughout more chit chats and parading around in the skybox, the students belong were finishing up the race. The announcer Kikyo had finally learned about the method of determining second place and began moving to her usual booth, back with Biff.
Announcer's Booth
“WHELP THERE IT GO FOLKS! THE FIRST CHALLENGE HAS FINALLY REACHED ITS END!”
The crowd began to roar, consuming the time space of the stadium with cheers and boos. A crazy variation of noise, one third of the crowd were cheering just from the excitement. They were shouting out the letters that spelled “The Playground”, indicating they were anticipating the challenge. Perhaps it was the crowd favorite. Another third of the crowd was cheering for the Dawn University students. It seemed like some never left the wagon and others were roped back in. The last third simply detested the victors of the race, wishing that anyone else won.
“I CAN HEAR AND FEEL YOUR EMOTIONNNNNNNNN! I AM RIGHT THERE WITH YA!”
“ME TOOOO! HEHE!”
Kikyo had returned with a gleam on her face.
“BIFF! I KNOW HOW WE GOING TO BREAK THE TIE?”
“HMM, REALLY KIKYO? HOW?”
“MAYBE I SHOULDN’T REVEAL IT!”
The crowd boo’ed in response. They wanted to know! They even began to chant “Tell Us!”
“WHELP! BLITZ AND JOKER ARE GOING TO ENTER A GRUELING DEATHMATCH…. NAW SIKE! AN ARM-WRESTLING MATCH WILL DETERMINE THE WINNER!”
