The user possesses a set of gills lined on their neck, allowing them to breath under water. The user also developed a row of razor sharp teeth, like that of a shark – giving the user incredible biting strength. Drawbacks: The extent of the water control is an underwater style that revolves around manipulating the water around them as if it were a tangible material. How the fishmen are able to do this is through the webbed-hands
Drawbacks: When underwater, the human cap is established at 60 PHY for Each Attribute. Thus, any additional PHY triggers the respective benchmark's perk and the appropriate perks gained from going over the human cap.
Drawbacks: Being Aquatic in Physiology, should the user go without any source of water they will begin to suffer deliberating effects that hinder their physical prowesses. Every eight turns, the user loses Ten [10] PHY in each attribute.

Damage: Unbreakable Description: The signature weapon of Kusanagi Tsurugi. Made from the toughest material on earth along with Kusanagi's actual teeth, a blade worthy and only capable of inducing death has been made. The linch-pin to Kusanagi, you will never see him without this sword.

Assassin Armory seems to be filled with an unlimited amount of shrunken, kunai, smoke bombs.
The smoke bombs cover an diameter of 15 meters and is designed to completely hide his presence.
Assassin Armory is equipped with two long blades protruding from the wrist guards. These blades ignore damage shaving.
Damage: Unbreakable Description: The signature attire of Zed X, Assassin Armory is built for the assassin to be completely sneaky and valiant on performing the stealth kill - regardless if its come a range or close. Should the user's position be compromised, it features tools to help them escape to attack from another angle.
"Another nuisance" I spoke in utter annoyance as the events of the meeting just seemed to keep spiraling out of control, in a matter of moments 2 unfamiliar people instantly teleported infront of me withought ny warning whatsoever and that not all this day had to offer it seems Zed X had caught up with me making this little shindig a 2 on 2 granted X didnt betray me and yada yada. From a first glance the black kid didnt look that impressive (Maybe a demonstration of his quirk could change that) However this.... fish guy looked far more menacing and there fore deserved my full attention alas i have never been one to leave open loose ends and im not going to kick that habit today, the kid needed to die.
With but a thought i activated the power core atop my ECHO equipment allowing it to immediately spew mist into the atmosphere covering a 15 meter radius around myself, Engulfing both myself and the opponent in a thick mist. With the mist successfully blocking everyone's vision my bionic eyes were still able to pick up the heat signatures of my opponents, specifically the black kids. Wasting no time i ran straight for the kid at full speed, as i passed the one meter mark i mentally commanded apart of my nanite costume to create 4 Shurikens between the knuckles of my left hand (While my right hand tightly holds on to the handle of EAST Heaven) and throwing two of them towards the black kid(Mellow) and two towards the fishman(NPC) all four shurikens have been electrically charged. After the shuriken is thrown I would immediately cut off from my straight path and move in an ark around the black kid to position myself behind him, making sure to keep myself inside the smoke.
[The Shurikens are thrown in such a way that one shuriken is aimed for your head while the other is aimed for your left thigh this goes for the shuriken aimed at the opponent aswell]

With his new metal skin for his arms his muscles are pushed harder to move his arms, acclimating to the new strain resulting in an overall increase in strength. The user has replaced his eyeballs with cybernetics, these come equipped with thermal vision and a thin black layer of film that protects the user from bright flashes. Now at the final stage of the suits progression the user has replaced the entirety of his bodys skin with metal nano technology, specifically designing it to feed off of the users increased body temperature for energy that allows it to alter the density of the users skin at the users will via a brain implant in the users brain. (altered skin will be explained in seperate moves). Programming his nanotech to consume the heat radiating from his body and then convert it to energy that circulates through specific pathways in his skin that are specifically insulated to better handle electricity, the user has gained the ability to expel electricity on his body through mental commands. By now the suit is completely insulated from head to toe, absorbing electricity through the marble to continually charge its self and the effects | techniques of the suit. Due to the rank of the Power Core, any opponent who touches the item or technique that incorporates this power core receives an +2 Damage to Equipment & Costume | -20 SPD To Opponent.
The power core supplys the suit with a limited amount of power that the user can utilize for a percentage of its total energy [Utilizing 50% of Energy Reserves causes Short Circuits the Power Core]. Each turn the user does not utilize his power core in a move it regains 10% of its total energy pool.

This is possible due to the equipment actually replacing the cortex responsible for visual perception with nano-tech. Considering the vast speed of sound, the brain is capable of perceiving things faster than normal human beings.

Upon landing before the two Lucas Family members, Kusanagi would be directly facing both of his targets, analyzing their costumes and equipment. Marrow would be to his right side, just a few steps back behind the Fishman , strategizing a way to be remotely useful in comparison to the other Talon warriors. Before the fishman could even jump to conclusions about the functions of his opponents costumes, the black samurai looking villain clad in seemingly energized attire proved to harness an apparent power source somewhere within the fabrics of his attire. As he activates a function in which allows him to emit a thick mist that would spread radially in an attempt to envelope the battleground and sever their field of vision, The fishman simultaneously succumbs to his predatory instincts while charging directly towards the black samurai with his own weapon being held within his right hand. Using his shark traits, the fishman is still able to detect everyone's prescense, as positions his right arm across his body, elbow bent at around neck level, allowing him to deliver a powerful , downward diagonal slash to the samurai before using the torque and momentum of his first attack to continuously rotate and swing his body past the black man and forward in a clockwise fashion as he closes he gap between both threats by moving in at a spinning leftward arc around his first opponent and directly into the face of the second one. His blade would be acting as an extension of his body, slicing both opponents (Zed across the front and Ozy across the back), due to the rotating attack.
Name: Evolutionarily Instinct Equipment: N/A Rank: A Experience Points: 70 Type: Offensive Range: Close Damage: + 10 ACC | +10 Speed Description: Sharks have evolved to being one of the most predatory beings on the planet due to their anatomy and traits being honed throughout countless millenia of dominating the food chain. Due to the user being a combination of both a human and a shark, two of the highest evolved species within their respective domains, this evolutionarily cocktail of a user can be considered an Apex predator in almost every situation wether it be on land or sea. Sharks posses a sixth sense that humans don’t have called electroreception. Electroreception is the ability to receive electrical impulses, meaning it lets sharks detect the electrical waves that all living creatures give off, making them aware of every living thing in their path as well as other electrically charged objects. Due to the quirk users physiology , they created a technique that would harness the very primal properties that make a shark what it is to it's seemingly fullest potential. This allows them to activate and enhance their predatory instincts to aid them in attacking. The average shark can smell a single drop of blood from as far as half a mile of way. Indulging within their sense of smell even more, their tracking is increased, allowing them to percieve their targets and surroundings more vividly. Last but not least, their hearing is also amplified to a degree, allowing them to hear and differentiate sound frequencies up to long range.

Zed would watch as the man next to him proceeded to drop a large amount of smoke in the vicinity blanketing them. Even now he was being a trouble maker, the blocked vision would prove irritating though mostly negligible as Zed had plenty of options available to him. From the distance of twelve meters at which the battle ensued Zed would choose to rely on his long range shuriken. Instead of his blades. He couldn't make the targets out perfectly however he knew their general locations and more importantly his allies. As he had to be careful not to hit him. Reaching both hands in to his armory before the opponents would have had time to cover the distance entirely, Zed would unleash a tremendous maelstrom of shuriken at a blistering pace all around him taking care to not throw any in a way that they would hit his ally but blanketing the entirety of the field of battle apart from a small less than a meter space in which his ally stood.
The tremendous onslaught of the shuriken would tear in to the flesh of his enemies more than likely unless they took defensive actions. Especially the weaker of the two should he not act or have his ally help him. While he threw the shuriken he let out a guttural growl of annoyance at his ally. Telling him to stop interfering with his prey.

Name: Whirling Dervish Equipment: Shadow Armory Rank: G Experience Points: 50 Type: Offensive Range: Close -Long Damage: 3+2=5 Description: The user will continuously reach in to his shadow armory for shuriken which he will use to rotate at fiercely high speeds while he unleashes a barrage of weapons all around. Producing an omnidirectional attack if he so chooses though he is capable of leaving blank spots. The shuriken move based on his speed stat and can cause considerable damage.
i was correct in my assumption that the fishman is the stronger of the two because as sonn as i released my mist from my equipment the fishman seemed to disappear completely from my vision.
"Not this again"
i said as previous battles had already conditioned me to disappearing enemies yet even with previous encounters with things of this nature it did not mean i could do much to actually stop it. I had mentally checked off the possiblity of this being the worst thing to happen as of right now yet i had been pleasantly surprised when the whole battlefield (as far as i could see) turned into nothing but blurs itself, a quick sentence from Zed proved this too be his doing. I was thank full for the save yet i instinctively new this wasnt going to stop the opponent just slow him down for the time being so knowing my own limits of this fight i Mentally commanded bits and pieces of my suit to form a 2 meter radius 360 degree, loose forming net around myself to slow down anyone coming within range, i took careful notice of when the blurs in the air ceased their movement and, at that time, i would mentally command the orbs to spread out in a 5 meter radius. With my own accuracy and link with my technology i was able to keep track of all my orbs out in the air, and (Should they move for any reason beyond what i just stated) i would know if anything was to move towards me.
"Zed keep an eye on the Opponent for me, tell me which side hes coming from and ill deal with it somehow, you just look for the opportunity to end this as fast as possible"

Description
Tsunagi and Marrow has suffered defeat, of course damaging to the former’s ego. The fishman did not allow for it to spell out his death, nor the downfall of the recently formed Talon Organization. He would not be able to live without shame, or even exist in the afterlife without, should he meet death before Amaterasu. When the missiles were coming, the fishman would use his last remaining strength to grab hold of Marrow as he tanks the explosion’s blast zone. Marrow needed medical attention but he would live without, however Tsunagi needed it immediately. Fortunately, Kamui located his locate and warped him out of Ground Zero.
