< CRISIS SYSTEM ARRIVED! > The Crisis System has finally be constructed and release to the general public. We encourage people to test out the system and enjoy themselves in drafting grand stories capable of changing the dynamics of the Role-Play World. Understand that the system is new, thus there are some kinks to be worked out that we couldn't due to not having enough man power to test! Make sure to read the rules which are placed in the Rules and Checks section of the RP Boards.
< THE NEXT MAJOR EVENT! > The Next Major Event will arrive starting the first week of Decemeber! Why are we making this announcement so early? Because we want to provide ample amount of opportunity to warn the community to start preparing and testing out their move sets. It will be a faction event once more, which means Heroes vs Villains BUT remember that Vigilantes are now thrown into the fray. It would be utter chaos so stay tune!

"YUP! SORRY FOLK! TODAY’S EVENTS FOR THE SPORT FESTIVAL HAVE REACHED ITS END. THIS IS AN WEEKEND LONG EVENT! TAKE A BREAK, TOUR CALIFORNIA BUT WHATEVER YOU DO…”
Gogo's attention slowly drifted as the man spoke, steadily drowning the announcers voice out. The young hero would glance at the monitor displayed for all the world to see and clench her teeth. Apart of her resenting herself for not doing better; however another part of her understanding this just was not the challenge for her. The quirk she possessed was not a "battle" quirk, it was supplementary in it's nature. She would hope the other challenges would allow for her to flourish. With an audible sigh she went to collect her equipment.
I'll get em next challenge... she said as she started at her own reflection in the helmet she held. GoGo, Sliding on her skates, would begin to make her way out of the stadium as most of the audience and contestants have already. A look of melancholy unfurling across her face as she made her leave.
Despite the terrible performance in the challenge, there was a bright side. GoGo was finally back home after all this time. Unraveling a piece of gum and popping it in her mouth, she decided to go have a look around and see if anything had changed.
It was an amazing start out. Not only was she able to get into the event, she even placed 5th in the Playground event. Sure it had placed a bit of a beating on her, but she felt like her confidence had quite the boost. It was just what she needed to get her blood pumping. Now the true question was what would she do with the free time she had. Had she anticipated a break? Not at all. She had imagined the event would just be one after another. Though, it did give her enough time to explore California. She had never been, however, her parents had spoke very highly of it. Good food and good people. What more was there to ask for. After picking up her bag and helmet from the locker room, she began to head for her bike. Nothing like a little ride to take a load off the mind. The powerful roar of her motorbike was all too calming. Thoughts of the cheering crowd from the event began to fill her mind. Soon she began to smile. [break][break]
As she left the stadium, she began to approach someone skating before her. Was it perhaps one of the audience members? Or perhaps one of her fellow students. As she approached coming up beside the figure, she turned her head gleaming from within her bike helmet. Oh. Go Go. She gave a friendly salute to the student before moving ahead. Her bike revving loudly. She wondered where the woman was going.[break][break]

GoGo performed a two finger salute back to Marina as she passed by on her motorcycle. It's engine roaring back at Blitz. How exactly did she get her motorcycle here in California? GoGo couldn't remember seeing it on the bus, but then again she rarely paid any attention to matters not involving herself. Instead of pondering the great mystery of the Harley that appeared, she simply shrugged. There were other matters to attend to such as: Shopping! What better way to break out of a terrible mood than to get something brand new that you probably don't need? While not exactly rich, GoGo had ample money to throw away. Especially if it would cheer her up. Tossing all but her skates in a duffle bag, she left.
GoGo had forgotten how sunny and warm California is. New York is nice and all but Cali was her home. Beaches, celebrities, convertibles! Just a few things that come standard with a California visit. Unlike gloomy, gray New York. Hell even the heroes here were more grand! Each one possessed a certain flair that's nowhere to be found in New York. That's even counting shinoku and the staff. After a while of just skating through the city, the sadness that Plagued her was easily washed away. Tests, fighting, winning, losing. It was all behind her. The girl that doesn't normally smile was actually pretty happy. Life is great. It is what It should be.
Without fail a police cruiser would jet past Blitz with it's siren screaming. GoGo rolled her eyes in disgust. Why would this be a good day?

There was nothing like a relaxing ride to calm one's nerves. Her grip began to tighten as the sudden sound of sirens closing in. Of course, her first impression was that perhaps she was doing a bit of speeding here and there. However, when the cars began to speed past, she couldn't help but grow a bit curious. Maybe something was happening in the city? She didn't know California at all so she couldn't predict where it could be going. However, it was in her heroic nature to attempt to trail in hopes of being helpful. Anything she could put in would be placed on the table. [break][break]
She began to look over her shoulder to her fellow student. A small upnod was given before she began to trail after the cars. And here she thought she would have a quiet day off to do what she wanted. Hopefully whatever was causing trouble was worth the time. She began to lift the eye shield of her helmet and lean forward to get a better look. Soon she began to slow down driving beside her companion.[break][break]
"Seems like somethings going on. Not sure if we are allowed to take action but hey, can't hurt to go see. Maybe if they need the help we can put some hands in." [break][break]

GoGo watched as Marina slowed down. While not coming to a complete halt, she did however aim to math Gogo's current speed. Doing so would be easy as gogo was going at merely a fraction of her true speed.
"Seems like somethings going on. Not sure if we are allowed to take action but hey, can't hurt to go see. Maybe if they need the help we can put some hands in."
I'm down. Gogo hopped on the bike while simultaneously whipping her bag around. The thought of getting in trouble not once crossing her mind.
Follow that police car Marina.
The young hero began to pull out the upper half of her bright yellow costume before pulling it over her head. Chewing her gum all the while. She would wrap her legs around Marina's waist in preparation of her zooming off. With her hands busy equipping her costume, she could not quite hold on to the cyan hair colored girl. She would then Adjust her black and purple streaked hair with her hand before sliding into her helmet. It had been what felt like ages since she's had the chance to wear it. Her helmet and costume were banned in the early stages of the festival sadly. If she had her gear those bots wouldn't have stood a chance.

Once she had got her fellow students approval, she began to nod keeping her speed steady. She usually didn't have company on the road, however, she didn't mind at all. Once she was certain of her passengers safety, she lowered the eyeguard on her helmet and sped up trailing behind the squad cars. As they began to enter the depths of the city, she couldn't help but notice the masses beginning to grow a bit more rowdy. Many began to run and yell fearing for their safety. Eventually the squad cars began to come to a halt. Marina grit her teeth forcing her bike to come to a stop. This was probably as far as they could go by car without hurting any of the citizens.[break][break]
"Everyone is running around like crazy. What the hell is happening?...."[break][break]
She removed her helmet and began to stand looking around. Things seemed to grow a bit unsettling. Debris from fallen buildings as cars began to pile up dangerously. It had to be a villain. There was no doubt about it. As the law enforcements began to head forward in search of the culprit, she looked towards her fellow classmate unsure of what to do.[break][break]
"We should help get these people out of here safely. I'm sure the police can handle whoever is doing this but these people are causing too much chaos on their own. We handle them first and then we figure out who's behind this. What do you think?"[break][break]

The two girls would arrive to the scene. Their path blocked by a crowd formed around the perimeter set by the police to keep everyone out. After a quick glance around they would see destroyed cars and even broken buildings. GoGo immediately realized this was in fact no normal crime like a robbery, but instead a raging antagonist. Taking note of the wrecked cars and the buildings teetering over, this was the work of a strong, possibly destructive quirk.
"We should help get these people out of here safely. I'm sure the police can handle whoever is doing this but these people are causing too much chaos on their own. We handle them first and then we figure out who's behind this. What do you think?"
Before gogo could respond to her questions there was a loud scream which caused everyone's eyes to dart towards the source. Immediatly following this scream was the shattering of a building about 20 or so meters away from the perimeter. The destruction of the building echoed throughout the crowd spreading fright to each participating in the crowd. The fear quickly thinning the herd.
Stepping out of the whole of the broken building was a beast that scaled with it. GoGo quickly recognized this to be the source of the destruction. As the smoke thinned, a figure could be seen moving on the ground. A women. This women was no simple civilian but instead a pro hero who had showed up to combat the beast. Blood leaking from her mouth and a hand wrapped around her ribs. She was in trouble.
The first year Marina most likely had zero experience in situations like these, however GoGo did. Her battle along side Hiku would definitely be useful. With little time to react she would dash forward using her skates, while simultaneously taking the gum out of her mouth and placing it on her helmet. Being the upperclassmen she had to take charge.
We save her first then we'll figure it out. Try to slow him down.
GoGo would make her way towards the girl.

At the sight of a pro hero, Marina couldn't help but be relieved. Since she was here now, all they had to do was tend to the masses. However, it didn't take long for the hero to get into a difficult situation. Helping her out wouldn't be too difficult; could it. Before she could speak, the sound of her fellow classmates skates could be heard. It seemed the plan was already set. She was nowhere near experienced enough to know how to properly deal with the current situation. There were too many liabilities at once. However, getting that pro hero out from the villains grasp safely was their main priority. After that, they had a better chance of keeping everyone safe.[break][break]
"Slow him down? Right. I can do that. Yeah.."[break][break]
She took a deep breath letting her nerves settle before going into a small sprint. Her eyes looking around for any ideas to come into mind. There was more than enough material to work with. All she had to do was make him lose his balance. Seemed simple enough. She came to a stop as she saw the figure before her. Her body kneeling slightly placing her palm against the ground. Soon diamond spikes began to emerge engulfing the foes foot causing a small stumble to occuring. She soon shattered the structures to allow a second cluster to appear to it's other foot. Finally, a singular structure before both. With that, the villain began to stumble certain to collide with the ground below. Marina's eyes began to catch the slight flinching in his palm. Was he going to drop the hero?[break][break]
"Hey! He's gonna drop her!"[break][break]
They needed to think fast. Quickly, she began to deconstruct her diamonds before reemerging them into a clear ramp before GoGo. Something she should easily be able to move on with her skates. Nothing like swooping in and saving the day; literally.[break][break]

As GoGo skated circles around him she would throw her disks at the legs of the monster, recalling them back the second they made impact. As she fired off her disk she would witness Marina create spikes around his feet and cause him to stumble. The created a slight tremor to the surrounding areas as he struggled to gain his footing. At this time GoGo skated to distance herself from the beast to avoid him landing on her.
As the man began to fall his iron grip on the hero was released and she too would begin to fall.
"Hey! He's gonna drop her!"
GoGo immediately dashed forward towards the woman's landing, hoping to catch her in time. Speed was something GoGo was obsessed with and now was the perfect time to showcase her talents. As she neared closer, Marina would assist her by creating a ramp ahead of her. Skating up the ramp she would snag the girl out of the air.
Let's get outta here Marina! We got her.
