Activating his layer ability twice at G rank as he noticed people moving to surround his team. Jiren would increase his defense further preparing for the battle. His absorbition deactivating as he did.

Name: Layer Quirk: Stellar Battery Rank: D-B Experience Points: 80 Type: Defensive Range: Self Damage: 2-4 +2 =5 Description: The user begins releasing the stellar energy within their body. This ability can be used multiple times in one turn, (however, each usage consumes a stock) – representing a focus to add an additional layer to the ward. These layers can be stacked atop each other and serve as a defensive enhancement, behaving as a technique version of the basic ward. Any technique usable on the ward can apply to the layers formed.
Note: G-Ranks can be used four times per battle. Note: B-Ranks can be used three times per battle.
The trio of heroes would make their way to the middle block, after quickly ascertaining that the stage was crumbling away. The three would enter the block without the intention of launching any attack. They would use this time to survey the field and look for opportunities to make their move. Considering they had already captured a president there was no need to rush. With Blackmayne positioned in the middle between Joker and Supernova he would make a snide remark, "I'll play a little defense this time.."

Watching the stage collapse, Team Four began to realize it was only promoting for a chaotic battlefield. It was designed to push all the teams together into some massive free for all. Asahi would fly to his group when a crazy plan popped into his head.
“We need to take this battle to the air!”
“Are you forgetting? You the only one that can fly?”
“Nope!”
“His star form, can you not feel it? We are trapped in his grasp”
Asahi would move to demonstrate how both Yu and Arthur were subjected to his general location, regardless if he moved.
“Did you not hear the announcer? Touching the ground other than the stage got Team Three eliminated.”
“So you think eliminating the other teams is the best route?”
“Why not? Being the last team standing is a part of this challenge’s objective. Whether we have the presidencies or not!”
“I am not confident of this plan, I should admit.”
The team continued to converse, understanding there was not much left to attempt. Team Four would settle for the craze thoughts of Asahi, especially since worse case meant their defeat – which was inevitable at this point if they tried nothing. Team Four would move further to the center of the stage (more like we are on the center block but we are on edge region).
Once there, Electrolyte would pierce the ground with Excalibur. This was accomplished with the help of Arthur and Asahi. The former hands on top of Asahi’s to avoid triggering the Quirk. After both Asahi and Arthur stepped away, Yu began to summoning electricity which was being conducted through the blade.
“Alright! NOW!”
Asahi would begin to fly as Electrolyte released three strong surges of electricity. The lightning would travel through the sword and crackle through the stage’s infrastructure. Asahi would begin to fly as then as the ground began to be destroyed, forcing Arthur and Yu upwards into the air with him. Excalibur was left in the ground as the lighting used it as a medium to destroy the entire platform in the middle of the stage.
Power Play: The Lighting Surges Through the Middle Platform, Destroying it from the Inside. For those that cannot stay airborne will fall onto the ground and suffer elimination.

This technique allows the user to Free-Form release lighting bolts after activating it one time.

1. Electrolyte currently has used 25%. This means he cannot used A-Ranks 2. The first Lightning Bolt Technique is B-Rank which is worth 30%. Since its a B-Rank, the first attack is 5.5 Damage. 3. Electrolyte currently has used 55%. This means he cannot used B-Ranks 4. The second Lightning Bolt Technique is G-Rank which is worth 20%. Since its a G-Rank, the second attack is 4 Damage. 5. Electrolyte currently has used 75%. This means he cannot used G-Ranks 6. The only Lightning Shock Technique is D-Rank which is worth 10%. Since its a D-Rank, this attack deals 2 Damage. 7. Electrolyte currently has used 85%. This means he cannot used G-Ranks
Roland, Gogo, and Skull, watched as with a bright flash, action erupted across the arena, and the platforms began disintegrating under the force of whatever blow had occurred. This prompted each of the trio into action.
Roland used "Adventure" to create a large platform, five meters by five meters, upon which the trio would find themselves standing, preventing them from falling and being disqualified. SIMULTANEOUSLY GoGo would quickly release a smoke bomb from her mouth, rapidly expanding and covering the entire area with smoke. This smoke expanded not just horizontally, but vertically as well so simply flying about it would be alot harder. Micro seconds would pass as skull would use his binging balls to essentially carve out an area in the smoke so that he, Roland, and GoGo would not be in it, but simply surrounded by it. This would also save the two from experiencing the debuffs as well as prevent them from seeing any other team. In fact this would prevent all other participates from seeing anything other than darkness.
Skull would have one the canablistic orbs eat the other, resulting in one massive orb while also spawning another wave of them. While, Gogo, handing off her thermal visor to Skull, rapidly, who would don it. This would allow skull to see the heat signatures of all participants and NOTHING else that lacked a heat signature of its own. These actions would happen in rapid succession.
The three would maintain their formation of GoGo being in the front with Skull and Roland closely behind.
Name: Canabalize Quirk: Emitter Quirk Level: Basic Rank:B Experience Points: 50 Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: 4 Description: A Binging Ball will consume another Binging Ball, granting the remaining Ball additional HP and eating capability equal to the values contained by the ball it consumed.
Name: Chain Of hunger Quirk: Emitter Quirk Level: Basic Rank:D-B (B) Experience Points: 80 Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage:2-4 Description: With but a thought the user spawns up to 8 1 meter black orbs with the ability to eat an individual amount of 3 meter Diameter worth of an item/Technique. Each black orb can consume 2 damage worth of a substance/Technique while the health of the Black orbs always starts at 2 HP (Parent technique ability). When successfully eating a material/Technique the orbs gain +1 to their individual health, The user retains the ability to telekinetically control the orbs whenever he sees fit.
Name: Rotation Quirk: Hotbox Rank: D-B Experience Points: 80 Type: Supplementary Range: Close-Mid Damage: N/A Description: Similar to a technique Go Go already has, she creates a ball of smoke by holding her breath an extra second longer when exhaling. The ball of smoke is then fired from her mouth at a target. When the ball reaches the Destination, or the ball comes in contact with something it will expand rapidly, thus covering the area in smoke. This smoke is extremely thick and hard to see through.

"That's a dirty trick Arthur" Jiren would say as he noticed the electricity releasing through the ground. He was too fatigued to fly anymore after the last portion of the challenge and Arthur probably knew this. Since they were working together. In a final act of defiance jiren would hurl a power impact followed by another dead centre of the arena as hive mind and haseo stood behind him to use his body as a shield as the massive explosions of B rank energy rocked the remaining area covering it entirely in a large scale aoe combo. Jiren hoped because he wasn't technically standing on the floor thanks to his barrier he wouldn't be dqed but it was a gambit nonetheless.

Name: Power Impact [Signature Technique] Quirk: Stellar Battery Rank: E-B Experience Points: 85 Type: Offensive / Defensive Range: Close-Long Damage: 2-4 +2 = 6 Description: The user pulls their hand back, charging a red energy blast, and then pushes their hand forward to release the energy. Once the blast hits and “grabs” the target, it will travel with a trajectory based on the user’s pitch. Once it reaches a certain range, the blast will naturally explode dealing heavy damage and reduce the target's speed attribute accordingly. The speed of the projectile is based on the strength attribute.
Drawbacks:

Power play attempted: Jiren would attack the entire platform with an area of effect attack forcing everyone to defend against the large explosion. Due to its explosion range it will hit everyone at once meaning everyone will have to counter the full damage. Which is six twice, along with the debuffing effect. Since the moves used at B rank.

The smoke began to rush the area, which alarmed Team Four. Their concerns would change when Jiren performed his signature technique. Arthur was the only one aware of this technique having witnessed it before. The prince understood the power behind its blast, especially when it seemed to be bigger than the previous times he experienced it.
“I can’t defend against something like that!”
“I am too weakened from our last ploy!”
“Well. Gentleman, this is going to hurt."
Team Four would be hit as they were flying north of Jiren. They were not too high off the ground due to the timing at which Jiren responded. Team Four would hit the ground and be eliminated.
Explanation: We cannot defend against the damage. We do not have enough damage to defend and its against the rules to "attack" to defend.

Due to happening at one time, this allows him to grab them in marble form as he flies up, pocketing them before rehabbing his gun. He knew that he could survive the attack - barely, but he could. This allowed him to worry less about the others as he moved.
Equipment (Weapon): These Hands Rank: D - G (G) Experience Points: 30 Type: Offensive Range: Close - Mid Damage: 2 - 3 Description: After first absorbing ultraviolet radiation and solar energy, the user expels this in the form of heated plasma beams from his gauntlets or his boots, allowing him to create a streaming attack that he can move in different directions to reach the max of close range distance. When released from both gauntlets or boots, the total DMG dealt is divided evenly between each one. He is also able to achieve sustained flight by directing said plasma beams towards the earth or a solid object he's standing on to push himself into the air, the height he's able to reach being the same range limitations for that respective rank used.
Note: These beams expel energy at three SPM. Note: The flight can be sustained for up to two turns per use, Increasing by 1 turn for every rank above D to a max of 5 turns Note: Only requires the initial charge for it's respective rank to sustain. However, when sustained, the user cannot use that limb to attack as it is utilizing the energy beams. Note: G Rank can only be used 4 times.
Quirk: Compress Rank: D Experience Points: 10 Type: Offensive / Defensive Range: Close-Long Damage: N/A Description: The user places his hand on a person or object and compresses it into small marbles. To use on multiple targets, the user must be in contact with them at the same time, using both hands at one time.
With Skull the only one that can see the heat source rapidly moving towards them, he acted swiftly.
Skull: Shrink the barrier roland.
The mega ball that had been eating up was nearby so he effortlessly placed it in between them for it to devour the two explosions. Or at least 3 meters in diameter of it. Roland would simultaneously thin the barrier by 3 meters making their platform 2 wide and 5 meters long. The team would move inwards to adjust to the smaller area. This was done so that the barrier takes no damage and the team remained safe behind the ball.
The ball would easily eat a hole Through the two waves ofcthe explosion, saving the team from taking any damage. The smoke within the area would have been dispersed by such a grand attack. The ball would slightly increase in size.
[Orb 5 - 56 HP / 32 DMG + 4 HP/2 DMG =60 HP / 34 DMG]
Roland would move his barrier platform over to Blackmayne and his team at a high speed. The smoke now gone, and the explosions over with. The platform would have been expanded back to its 5x5 dimensions as they moved. The giant Orb would be spearheading the assault.
Skull: GoGo you need a ride?
Skull would spawn 16 more orbs and position them next to each other, creating a makeshift ride for GoGo to board, moving her off the barrier. Another 8 would circle around her body. Orbs 1-4 would circle her slightly above her head, in close proximity ready for any attack. Roland would head directly towards Blackmaynes location, while the orbs gogo rode would approach in a Arc to their side. When in range GoGo would attempt to stun Blackmayne.

Damage: 3 Description: A telescopic baton made of steel with a grip coated in vulcanized rubber, with an electrical cell installed in the grip. Not dissimilar to a police baton, the electrical cell in this baton allows it cause a small shock inducing momentary paralysis in an individual, not unlike a taser. The internal cell holds enough charge to be active for three (3) turns before it needs replacing.

With Skull the only one that can see the heat source rapidly moving towards them, he acted swiftly.

The mega ball that had been eating up was nearby so he effortlessly placed it in between them for it to devour the two explosions. Or at least 3 meters in diameter of it. Roland would simultaneously thin the barrier by 3 meters making their platform 2 wide and 5 meters long. The team would move inwards to adjust to the smaller area. This was done so that the barrier takes no damage and the team remained safe behind the ball.
The ball would easily eat a hole Through the two waves ofcthe explosion, saving the team from taking any damage. The smoke within the area would have been dispersed by such a grand attack. The ball would slightly increase in size.

Roland would move his barrier platform over to Blackmayne and his team at a high speed. The smoke now gone, and the explosions over with. The platform would have been expanded back to its 5x5 dimensions as they moved. The giant Orb would be spearheading the assault.
Skull: GoGo you need a ride?
Skull would spawn 16 more orbs and position them next to each other, creating a makeshift ride for GoGo to board, moving her off the barrier. Another 8 would circle around her body. Orbs 1-4 would circle her slightly above her head, in close proximity ready for any attack. Roland would head directly towards Blackmaynes location, while the orbs gogo rode would approach in a Arc to their side. When in range GoGo would attempt to stun Blackmayne.

Damage: 3 Description: A telescopic baton made of steel with a grip coated in vulcanized rubber, with an electrical cell installed in the grip. Alright so as a mod ive been deemed to check these quotes and i here by decree Ravage has unsuccessfully dodged The attack on the fact that
1.The time it would take for you to grab your friends and dip as the explosion is happening would be too slow to actually dodge the explosion
2.You never tried to move to a different square in your dodge nor did you try to block it so by the rules of the event your are automatically hit by this AoE attack as the AoE reaches the whole stage. If you have more questions please come talk to me.

Announcer's Booth
An eerier shift in scene, the crowd went from extremely hyped and excited to this silent pause of suspense. The competition was intense but the audience was not in store for the power plays performed by the students. In the accumulation of destructive blasts of energy and devastating field hazards, the entire battlefield became shrouded in debris.
“WHOA! SUCH AN EXTREME CLIMAX! WHO WILL EMERGE THE LAST TEAM STANDING?!”
The only sound produced was the concrete of the stage grinding against itself, as slabs of earth crumbled. In happened in such frequency that it can drown out the worrisome cries of the crowd. It felt like the audience was watching the result of a movie explosion. The debris would continue to thin out, but in the time Biff figured he inform the crowd about a hidden rule.
“GUYS! THE STAGE WAS SHATTERED! THAT MUCH CAN BE TOLD BY THE CAMERAS! IF ANY OF THE TEAM’S PRESIDENTS FAILED TO STAY ON THE STAGE, IT WILL BE RULED AS A COUNT OUT!”
The crowd began to boo in response to such a rule. It was expected, considering that it was always bad entertainment for sports to end in a draw. They were soon about to learn that the outcome of the challenge was what they feared the most. The debris would clear, revealing each team to be slumped over on the dirt. The scene revealing that the stage had been destroyed.
“IT SEEMS THAT EVERYONE KNOCKED EACH OTHER OUT!?!?!?”
Biff would drop his headset and allow the mic to dangle away from him. He was truly shocked by the outcome of this challenge. He had hosted the Sports Festival for five years. He had never witnessed the President Challenge ending in no declared winner. Truly shocked, he began to head to the proctors to determine the outcome. In the meanwhile, the healers and doctors began to attend to the injured students.

President Movement Rules
Each Team Can Only Move Up, Down, Left, and Right.

You can Only Attack or Block If Your Team is on the Same Box of Another Team
You CANNOT Dodge Any Attacks Unless a Technique is Used
Retroactive Posting: There is a Posting Order. After each Update, you are allowed counter any and all (if possible) attacks aimed at you (this goes at the beginning of the post)
Technique's Scaling and Realism have been NERFED. You All Understand this is a Game of Tag, not a Death Match.
Because the Scaling and Realism has been nerfed, Each participate's attacks all do superficial damage.
If your Health Pool reaches Zero, you are able to move BUT you CANNOT use any Techniques, Equipment, or Quirks.
Team Rules
Each Team has Three Students.
Each Team must Choose who will be the President, Blocker(s), or Attacker(s).
Each Team must have a President, but Each Team can Choose to have 2 Blockers or 2 Attackers.
You Will Contact RAF (Pretty Flacko On Discord) of Your Choices.
Only the Attackers can Tag People. Attackers Can Only use Offensive & Supplementary Techniques.
Only the Blockers can Tag People. Blockers Can Only use Defensive & Supplementary Techniques.
The President Can use Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Techniques. Be Careful, You Can Reveal Who the President is On Your Team.
The Team has to Stick Together at All Times. Willingly Separating Equals Immediate Forfeit.
There is no posting order.
One Post will be Made for the Team Each Round, Anyone of the Team can Make that Post.
The Objective is to Tag the Enemy Teams' Presidents.
Should You Tag an Enemy President, You Will Gain Their Presidency
A Team Can Have Multiple Presidencies.
Your Team can earn back Presidency if you Tag an Enemy President.
If Your Team Tags an Enemy Team with Multiple Presidencies, they Just Lose One Presidency.
After Every Two Updates, a Team without a Presidency will be Eliminated.
Special Rules:
The Contestant known as Derek is unable to use his Quirk without his costume: He is allowed to use his costume from here on out.
The Contestants May Pick Three Equipment to Use for this Challenge in their Opening Post. (The Challenge will Not Start Until the Next Update)
Each Team has a NPC on it. You are allowed to control that Team. You May Make Custom Quirk Techniques for the NPC. Send Them to Me for Approval Before Using.
Each Team has Bonus Points for Capturing (and being the last team standing) the Presidency of Others:
Team One: 50 Points | Team Two: 40 Points | Team Three: 30 Points | Team Four: 20 Points | Team Five: 10 Points.
