< CRISIS SYSTEM ARRIVED! > The Crisis System has finally be constructed and release to the general public. We encourage people to test out the system and enjoy themselves in drafting grand stories capable of changing the dynamics of the Role-Play World. Understand that the system is new, thus there are some kinks to be worked out that we couldn't due to not having enough man power to test! Make sure to read the rules which are placed in the Rules and Checks section of the RP Boards.
< THE NEXT MAJOR EVENT! > The Next Major Event will arrive starting the first week of Decemeber! Why are we making this announcement so early? Because we want to provide ample amount of opportunity to warn the community to start preparing and testing out their move sets. It will be a faction event once more, which means Heroes vs Villains BUT remember that Vigilantes are now thrown into the fray. It would be utter chaos so stay tune!

Following a serpentine pattern, Eli dashed from car to car to avoid the strikes of a mad woman. Miu certainly wasn't human, but something driven by irrationality and emotion; a creature of pure destructive chaos. Eli wasn't even sure what happened to the sack of money that she had secured earlier, if that was even relevant now. He noticed a small gap form between himself and Miu and a smile crooked it's way onto his face. Okay, it's working, I'm gaining groun-
A heavy chain snaked it's way onto Eli mid-push and stopped his vaulting cold. The asphalt beneath him shattered his nose as blood smeared across it like a broken can of spray paint. Eli attempted to upright himself after the impact, the adrenaline preventing him from feeling the pain of his now broken nose, flipping his torso around. The folly of this move was immediately realized as Eli's already fractured ribs completely snapped under the weight of a hammer blow. This time, no amount of adrenaline could conceal the cry of pain Eli released from his inner most being. "Ghaaarh!" Tears welled up in his eyes as he could begin to feel the blood and mucus from his nose mix, creating a foul taste in his mouth. He was pinned, and in a tight spot.
Eli couldn't help but think of death at this moment. It was almost assured, and Eli had hardly lived much of a life. After enrolling into Horizon, Eli had assumed he would receive training to become a top notch Hero, but instead it was destined he would die on Wall Street to a bank thief. He couldn't help but feel a little sorry for himself, but something else within him rose to the surface to reclaim his hope. Images of his parents, valiantly defending their fields and property from thieves and raiders, flooded Eli's senses. He could recall these memories as clear as day, despite him being very young at the time. These were his core, his very foundation, and he would fight and die for the right to defend people like his parents.
Eli coughed up blood, laughing in the process and in the face of danger, Miu. "You ain't won yet," Eli stammered, remembering his last point of contact was a car that was directly behind where Miu had stopped him. He noticed that Miu was conjuring another weapon into her hands; It's now or never, Eli noted, putting his plan into motion. He mentally prepared himself for impact, spitting a mouthful of fluid to the ground to address his adversary. "We've only just started!"
In times of great peril, it has been said that Heroes can call upon unimaginable strength and resilience. Eli would later describe his encounter with Miu as one example of this ability. Eli had missed every opportunity to attack Miu thus far, but Eli had an advantage now: Miu was blinded with emotion. With every ounce of his power, Eli closed both of his fists and PULLED, tugging at the car behind Miu and planting his fists into her stomach. The gravity he controlled over the car would actually pull the both of them into it at extreme speed, as its mass exceeded both of them combined, essentially using Eli's body as a makeshift battering ram against Miu's body. "Haaaaah!" Eli couldn't help but exhale a scream of focus during this attack.
If he failed now, nothing short of a miracle could save the boy.
Time seemingly slowed down; the world around the girl grew numb. All the pain she’s caused, all the anguish and turmoil stirred up from a sole spark – it was a dark feeling looming in her subconscious, one that allowed her to be aware of the damage she caused. Miu would come to terms as who she was as a person, a bitter and cold hearted woman with nothing but a lust for chaos…but deep down there was more to it than meets the eye. The girl heard the car moving from behind but also noticed the kid making his way towards her – she smiled as she gripped her katana’s handle and aimed the blade at the kid. One for one… she said, as the moment the kid’s fist hits her stomach, the blade of katana was rammed into shoulder, this being worsened by the fact that the car pushed both of them into each other.
The immense pain, struck her as she is sent flying several feet away with the boy in tow. The two landed onto the ground, as she felt an immense amount of pain but having avoided most of any damage during the events that occurred, she managed to get up, though she was limping in pain due to also overuse of her quirk for the duration of the day. She was almost at her limit, but alas she walked towards the end of the street where she last left the bag of money she stole while she winced in pain. The boy was dealt with, but she didn’t kill him. She didn’t care anymore, as she continued to walk – until a voice can be heard, a woman with goggles on came to her aid. Miu? MIU?! the voice shouted at her but Miu passed out, with nothing left in her.
The ally was a fellow grunt in training for Fang Organization who was sent to assist the girl, but too lately considering Miu was now out of commission – she took her by the shoulder and retreated from the crime scene alongside the money. It was a successful mission.

"I finally... got you..." Eli grunted with ragged breathe, barely able to stand after his last attack. He slumped to the ground when Miu had pierced her own flesh with the sword meant for him, unable to move from the spot. Miu had no words, however, no witty comeback to deliver Eli in his moment of 'triumph'. Instead she slumped away, grabbing her stolen goods and retreating the scene slowly. Eli thought he should address her, to keep her from fleeing the scene of the crime, but truthfully he had nothing to say. Anger flooded his senses, blotting out any heroic banter he could come up with, but he kept it to himself.
Eli willed his legs to move, but found no energy to lift himself up. He tried to push back at the car he had used as an impromptu weapon, but he didn't move an inch. It was as if his internal fuel tank had run completely empty today. Able to do nothing else, Eli slowly drifted away from consciousness...
Minutes later, the rest of the Provisional Heroes arrived on the scene, along with a new squad of policemen. Several different Heroes sent out a search party for the criminal, but none of them really turned up any leads. One Provisional Hero was able to stabilize and recover Eli, allowing him to witness the wanton destruction Miu Blackthorn had caused on this day. Half a dozen police cars had been torn to ribbons by her gunfire, historic buildings partially turned to rubble, and worst of all there were several civilian casualties and deaths. "All of this for a bag of money..." Eli shook his fist in anger, fading back into a deep sleep.
It had been a few hours after the massive attack Miu had done within Time Square, the young villain was fast asleep in her bed; unknown to her that was rescued by one her allies who is also currently training with Fang in order to gain membership into the gang. Miu was tossing and turn, whimpering a she suffered more from the nightmare of her own family – haunting her psyche until she was forced awake. In a cold sweat, she ran to the bathroom and vomited out the contents in her gullet. She was sick, a mix of overuse of her quirk, fatigue and mental instability. She barely managed to get back onto her feet, but standing at the door was the same person; a woman clad in a maid costume – her hand on her hips as she walked into the room as she held onto Miu.
She guided her to the bed once again but Miu was refusing to move at some points causing the ally to be frustrated with her. I didn’t ask you to come for me…id have rather died or be captured she said as she plops down onto the bed finally but the maid wasted no time and mounted onto Miu. Her face became flushed instantly; as the girl leaned in and kissed her on the lips. Miu couldn’t fight back – but it was someone she was infatuated with after all. Oh please darling, you cant resist me. This is a gift for a job well done
And so ended the first mission Miu carried out as she laid in bed, after a quite intense hour, lamenting on the boy she meet. She hoped to one day see him again and be much stronger so that maybe, he just might become a villain along side her.

Eli awoke to the sounds of sharp beeps and soft intercom announcements. His eyes were blurry as he struggled to open them; the smell of whatever room he was in was very flat and uninteresting, almost sterile. His senses worked to capacity to manufacture a clear image of his environment, slowly focusing each bit of information together to form one idea. "I'm in..." Eli blinked rapidly to refresh his eyes, peering about his bedside- that's right, he was laying down in a clean bed with cream-colored sheets- to inspect the uniform curtains circling him. It was a strange mix of protection and seclusion, making Eli feel both safe and uncomfortable simultaneously. He was beginning to draw the connections together about where it was he had ended up...
Before he could finish his sentence, one of the curtains was drawn back from the outside, revealing none other than a bandaged up Princess Plasma. "You're in the hospital, dear. It was quite lucky that you arrived here at all, really, given the state of your..." Princess Plasma paused briefly to consider her word choice. "...recklessness." Although she was smiling, Eli could tell there was a combination of concern and chagrin. Eli frowned at her comment, but his face swiftly shifted to a pleasant grin. "Princess Plasma! You're okay!" Eli wanted to hug her, as he felt guilty for her injuries earlier, but found that his strength had not recovered yet. Princess Plasma lightly giggled at this gesture, patting his hands down onto the bedside. "Get your rest, young Eli. You did well to hold off Miss Blackthorn from causing further damage." She smiled sweetly at Eli, who was dumbfounded that she somehow had learned his name without him introducing himself. Picking up on this, her polite smirk would become a more serious face. "I'm afraid I have some worse news, however. Let me explain..."
Eli could hardly believe what he was hearing. After Miu had escaped and several civilians complained to the local Hero Authorities, it came to light that a Horizon student was involved in the accident. Horizon released an official statement that they would take responsibility for their student's breach of Hero Law, and would discipline accordingly. This meant that Eli was currently suspended from Horizon College until he completed a reasonable amount of public service, as yet to be determined by the New York court district. Eli's shoulders slumped to his sides and his face became downtrodden. He had only just became a student, and now he was already a failure. "Some hero I turned out to be," Eli moped, his eyes cast aside, looking away from Princess Plasma.
Princess Plasma, however, kept a cheerful attitude. "Cheer up Eli! There's plenty to be excited about. In fact, there's a silver lining about all of this!" She retrieved an official looking document from her side clutch to show to Eli. He blinked intermittently while scanning the pages. "This says..." Princess Plasma, being one to cut him short as earlier, jumped in excitedly. "This means we get to do our community service together in the Agency that Twister and I work for! You'll get to work alongside 'real' Heroes, like us!"
The news perked Eli's attention, and brought his mood up significantly. Still, in the back of his mind, he wondered what happened to Miu, and what sort of trauma she must have endured to become what she was now. Eli didn't think he could ever forget the dead look in her eyes as she muttered "Pride... Pride..." to herself. Could someone like her change, or was she destined to a life of torture and resentment...? Though the questions would be left unanswered, Eli knew one thing for certain: he would need to become much stronger to secure a future where no one would suffer like Miu Blackthorn once did. And perhaps, one day, even Miu herself would find peace in that new world.
