< THE NEXT MAJOR EVENT! > The Next Major Event will arrive starting the first week of Decemeber! Why are we making this announcement so early? Because we want to provide ample amount of opportunity to warn the community to start preparing and testing out their move sets. It will be a faction event once more, which means Heroes vs Villains BUT remember that Vigilantes are now thrown into the fray. It would be utter chaos so stay tune!

A wave of nervousness could be felt as she approached the stage. It felt so weird being up here by herself. It was only her and her opponent. She still couldn't believe she had got this far and hoped there were no negative feelings between her and her previous competitors. A thumbs up was given as she saw Jiren approach as well.
"Good to see you again. Hey, let's get out there and do our best."
As the gun sounded, she quickly began to activate her armor. Her fist gripping tightly as the diamonds gleam could be seen on her skin. She ran forward keeping her eyes on her opponent as she approached the five meter mark. Her hands began to lower to the ground as carbon beneath them began to tighten with pressure. Her diamond rupture began to burrow upward three meters below Jiren.

drawbacks: - the user can only manipulate carbon within a five [5] meter radius from their body. the constructs' length and width cannot exceed five [5] meters worth of space.
- the user can only manipulate carbon when they are in contact with substances that contain inorganic carbon. (ex: the ground)
- at the current level of mastery, the user can only create - manipulate - alter - spawn - etc four constructs at once.
- at the current level of mastery, when diamond is created - based on the technique rank's default damage - it shaves half that amount.

Jiren stepped on to the stage in a relaxed fashion. It had been a long haul to reach this point but finally the tournament had arrived. It wouldn't be long now till Jiren could put this event behind him. But he still desired victory. As the starting pistol sounded he saw his opponent form a gleaming second skin over her own. Acting quickly as this happened Jiren would activate his gatherer ability and enhance his ward with a B rank layer enhancing his defense considerably.
Name: Stellar Battery Quirk: Mutant Quirk Level: Basic [Ascend] Rank: G Experience Points: Free Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: +1 Bonus DMG to Techniques & Freeform | +5 PHY to Each Attribute Description: The user’s physique experienced a mutation that causes it to become a battery for Stellar Energy, essentially the radiation found emanating all stars like the sun – primarily red and orange energy. Becoming stellar battery, the energy surrounds or permeates from the flesh to serve as supplementary and defensive facets. Due to the abundance of Stellar Energy being absorbed, there exist a barrier of glowing energy dense enough to defend against incoming damage; however, it has its limit thus can be destroyed. Due to the stockpiling of energy, the physique is incredibly enhance compared to the average human. These enhancements consist of superior physical conditioning. Due to the prolong exposure to Stellar Energy, it has drastically altered the skin to become gray – similar to alien depiction.
Drawback: Utilizing the Stellar Energy consequently drains the body of its storage, this results in periods where the physique becomes invulnerable due to being empty of Stellar Energy [This is Represented by All Passive Boosts Becoming Null Until Energy is Stored Once more.]
Drawback: There are Three [3] Stocks that Represents the Amount of Stellar Energy Stored. Utilizing a Technique Consumes 0.5 Stock, regardless of rank. Utilizing a Free-Form Action (Quirk Related) Consumes 0.5 Stock. Each Turn, 1 Stock is Replenished.
Drawback: Abusing the Stored Stellar Energy, enough to run empty, results in a cool down period where the body is passively fueling itself with lingering Stellar Energy. The duration of this period is two turns. After two turns, the ward is immediately formed.
Drawback: The Protective Ward shrouds the body, shrouding the body. Its damage magnitude is worth one, thus is capable of blocking one damage per turn. If clashed with higher damage, it will break - however the ward forms passively after two turns unless a technique is used to recreate it.
Name: Gatherer Quirk: Stellar Battery Rank: D Experience Points: 20 Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: N/A Description: The user sacrifices one of their move slots, per turn, after activation to regain one charge of stellar energy each turn. The ability to recharge can extend the normal cap, becoming overcharged - but the maximum is three additional charges. This move does not consume timeframe, considering it is passive.
Drawbacks: Once activated this ability continues on until deactivated and can be used thrice per battle in regards to activations. However, the move slot will continue to be used every turn it's activated limiting the user to 2/3 moves per turn.
Name: Layer Quirk: Stellar Battery Rank: D-B Experience Points: 80 Type: Defensive Range: Self Damage: 2-4+2=6 Description: The user begins releasing the stellar energy within their body. This ability can be used multiple times in one turn, (however, each usage consumes a stock) – representing a focus to add an additional layer to the ward. These layers can be stacked atop each other and serve as a defensive enhancement, behaving as a technique version of the basic ward. Any technique usable on the ward can apply to the layers formed.
Note: G-Ranks can be used four times per battle. Note: B-Ranks can be used three times per battle.

With his shield enhanced Jiren would walk through the emerging spikes unhindered using them as platforms to continue his advance before leaping towards his adversary.
She watched as he began to activate his barrier. A minor set back. It seemed as though her previous attempt at rupture had failed. The E rank ability had been ineffective what so ever. She just needed to take time to think. She tried not to appear fearful but, could anyone blame her. Her move had done absolutely nothing to him. She needed to think of something quick. She knew what he was capable of and, in all honesty, she wasn't looking forward to what was to come.
"Shit shit shit..."
She puffed her chest. Now was not the time for fear. Maybe later, but now was the time for action. She knelt down and felt the ground below before taking step back spawning a smaller gathering of spikes below the surface. Time. She just needed time to think. She began to run giving herself distance as she hid a small trail of spikes below prepared to erupt upon contact with the ground.

Jiren would continue moving forwards without stopping. Advancing on his adversary relentlessly. Her attacks glanced off his ward with little effect, allowing him to simply continue forwards with his gatherer ability still active. The gray warrior would enhance his ward once more with a B rank usage of his layer technique. Adding an additional six dmg to the ability as he leapt towards the retreating opponent.
Upon reaching her Jiren would lean down wrapping his right forearm around her left leg and spinning on the spot lifting her off the ground and releasing the leg at the culmination of the spin attempting to send her flying from the ring if she didn't stop herself.

Name: Power Throw Custom Fighting Style: True Power Style Rank: B Experience Points: 40 Type: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Close Damage: 4+2=6 Description: The power throw is a considerably useful tool for creating openings in an opponents guard by grabbing and physically hurling the opponent they will be launched up to 5 meters backwards. The true use of the move is that the opponents momentum will be based on the users strength meaning they may experience tunnel vision [if they can't track their own movement speed] and should be unable to stop themselves crashing in to objects. Should they just be thrown this move will do no damage. The damage is caused by whatever they are thrown in to. This move can only be used thrice and benefits from all perks of the CFS
Things were looking pretty grim. He was much faster and there was no time to do anything but keep moving. However, she couldn't think of anything! She had no tricks up her sleeve or ideas that could assist her. With a glance over her shoulder, she stumbled seeing Jiren leaping towards her and take a hold of her leg.
"Woah woah! Hey!"
In an instant, she was thrown and sent tumbling out of the stage ring. Well, defeat seemed to be inevitable.
