A week or so had passed since Aaron finished his mission for the Lucas recruiter. Since then, Aaron had spent the past week in the mansion, meeting the family, and doing odd jobs around the place to help out. He was still on the very bottom of the ladder, which he understood, but when the real Tony Lucas told him that in the next few days he would meet with a family member who had been away during Aaron's time in the mansion, and when they arrived, he would undergo training with this individual in order to get stronger. It was unknown to Aaron how Tony had selected which family member to train him, however, it mattered not, as the whole Lucas family was strong enough in their own right that it really didn't matter which one trained him, as they where all more than capable. After being told this new's, Aaron was excited to learn how to better harness the wild power that dwelled deep within him. At the same time, however, Cautare was less enthusiastic.
Don't see why one of these gangsters has to train you, iv'e done enough for you as is, what will you really gain from them learning more about me? Seem's dangerous to me.
Cautare, my dear friend, what they know about us matters not. If they can help me with my goal, then us getting stronger as a team means everything. Not to mention, i know you can sense it too, the power radiating from this building. If i were to even set a toe out of line, we'd be obliterated before the dust hit the ground. Even with your powers, as we stand right now, we can't take down New York. If even these people have yet to succeed, we don't stand a chance...yet.
Aaron sat cross legged under a gazebo, around the edges, a small pond with wild flowers growing around it. It was his favorite place, most people avoided it for some reason, and over the week, Aaron had found this to be the best place to meditate, to commune with Cautare and discuss his many plans and ideals with the demon inside. However, today was the day he was supposed to meet up with his mentor, yet, in his deep meditation and talk with Cautare, he had unknowingly been late, quite late, and this was made very apparent by the hostile voice that broke his meditation.
Why is it, this little worm is late to MY training, and yet i have to come looking for HIM. Answer me, NOW!
Aaron's eyes snapped open from his meditation, to see a beautiful women standing in front of him, only a few feet, staring down at him with enough power to paralyze a man. Aaron wasn't overly afraid, but highly startled as he blinked rapidly. The women stood in silence, waiting for an answer as Aaron processed what was happening. As soon as it hit him, Aaron lurched forward, placing his hands and head on the ground in a low bow, as far down as he could muster.
My greatest apologies ma'am, i was meditating and completely lost track of time. Please forgive my insolence, i thought i had more time.
Aaron sat there in silence for what felt like an eternity, waiting for the women to respond.
You're the one my brother asked me to train? Pathetic, i guess that's why you need training. Head up, eyes on me. One simple question, why do you want to get stronger?
Aaron slowly brought his head up as the women still glared down at him. Staying on his knee's, as a form of respect, Aaron spoke.
I do not agree with how this world operates. No matter how hard people work, those above them will always benefit more. The short of it is, i want the work that people do to be properly paid, and to accomplish this, i wish to take down the large business companies, bury them deep, and start a new. To do this, i need to be stronger, far, far stronger than i am right now.
The women continued to stare down at Aaron. As he spoke, without his knowledge, the women scoured his mind with her abilities, listening to both his mind and his voice at the same time to ascertain his motives. As Aaron finished, she spoke as well.
What do you want to improve then?
I harbor a powerful demon. However, as in sync we are, we lack a lot of harmony. I wish to increase our bond, strengthen it, so that we as a team can become stronger, as without him, i have no power, and without me, he has no way to interact with our world. We rely on each other, yet at the same time he says i'm not using him to his fullest, and i do not understand why.
Still scouring his mind, the women spoke again.
Activate your quirk, show me it.
In agreeance, Aaron activated Rashoman, and Murakuma, creating the black tendrils from his body. A single tendril would make it's way to a table, where some fruit sat in a bowl, and proceed to absorb the fruit in the bowl leaving it empty. As this happened, the women looked deep inside Aaron's mind, and found out the source of this problem. He was afraid. Subconsciously, Aaron was putting up a mental wall to block Cautare, when it seemed this demon required full clarity to properly unleash it's full power, but Aaron was, unknown to himself, limiting the demon itself by being scared of it's abilities. This much was as obvious as day to the women and her abilities, yet Aaron knew not. With this information, she spoke.
From what i can tell, you've put up mental barriers to block your own quirk out of fear, fear it will devour you. I can help with this, but we need to train, and you need to be on time next time, otherwise i won't train you at all. For now, you can call me Ma'am. Let's go.
The women spun on her heel and walked towards the mansion, Aaron, in haste. scurried to his feet and followed as close behind as he could that would still be a respectable distance.
