< CRISIS SYSTEM ARRIVED! > The Crisis System has finally be constructed and release to the general public. We encourage people to test out the system and enjoy themselves in drafting grand stories capable of changing the dynamics of the Role-Play World. Understand that the system is new, thus there are some kinks to be worked out that we couldn't due to not having enough man power to test! Make sure to read the rules which are placed in the Rules and Checks section of the RP Boards.
< THE NEXT MAJOR EVENT! > The Next Major Event will arrive starting the first week of Decemeber! Why are we making this announcement so early? Because we want to provide ample amount of opportunity to warn the community to start preparing and testing out their move sets. It will be a faction event once more, which means Heroes vs Villains BUT remember that Vigilantes are now thrown into the fray. It would be utter chaos so stay tune!

Arthur stood next to Roland, somewhat inflicted by the newly acquired information. That woman whom was in distress was in the video? Was she not a hostage of the Lucas Family? However, she was with others whom Arthur did not recognize. The only reason he looked was to see if he could spot Mistress X, but she was nowhere in sight. The prince’s train of thought would break when Roland began to talk.
“Do not fret friend. We should do our best. But without thy Holy Sword, I am naught more than a regular civilian. I’ll be right here with you.”
They said it would take a miracle. Some sort of divine intervention to get the student into the festival. That was the consequence of being tarty. The penalty she took for not hurrying herself. Not getting where she needed to be before it was time. It was natural to give up hope . The first half of the festival had already been underway but instead of lying about in despair, she had remained a silent observant. Carefully taking note of each and every move on the field. If she wasn't going to be a part of it, she sure as hell would at least enjoy the show.
And then, it happened.
It seemed the jungle area being set ablaze was just the sign she needed. Looks like hope wasn't lost after all. Immediately she began to hop out of her seat and rush to the nearest attendant. It was a shame that Firestorm and Asahi had been removed. However, maybe this was just the intervention she needed to make up for her tardiness. It was at least worth a try.
"Ah Ms. Czar. I was actually on my way to find you. As the announcer said, we've had two students removed from the festival. So, we can implement you into the race. We will get all your information filled out and we can get you started at Obstacle 1 and catch up with the others when you get there. What do you say?"
A small sigh of relief could be heard. Her fingers gripping at her bike helmet.
"Спасибо. Thank you. Just, please, lead the way."
As she was led to the locker room to place her things, her eyes began to trail from body to body. An odd bunch. She had witnessed a bit of what some of them could do but it all just raised the question. How would she be compared to them? She was still fairly new and, again, was only able to join by the skin of her teeth. But in truth, she wasn't here to make enemies. She was here to enjoy herself. A little competition couldn't hurt. Hell, who knows. Maybe she'd even get a few students to notice her.
As everyone began to gather at the new start line, she began to look ahead to the others. A small smile could be seen as she began to look ahead. Was she here to prove something? No, that was never her thing. She wanted to show what she could do and nothing more. She had much to learn but she intended to give it her all. That was all she ever had. With that she began to take her first steps. It was gonna be a long race. Might as well have some sort of inner monologue or crisis in the meantime.
"Were doing this again? Whatever im still gonna smoke em" I was a little annoyed that i had to restart the race at the starting line again no thanks to that bitch Firestorm but it doesnt matter running or fighting there all outmatched when it comes to me. as soon as i got the go ahead to run i sprinted fast as hell across the platform. "Try to catch up bitches"

The crowd as of the same nature, slowly revving up to the race.

The Gauntlet: The Mountain (Obstacle 3)
The mountain is this towering obstacle. Climbing is tough but descending is equally tough.
This obstacle immediately adds on one extra post required to complete it should the racer be forced to physically climb.
Should the racer have means of clearing this mountain, without touching, avoids the SPM Conversion to be STR base.
Any substantial force, excluding from climbing it, will result in boulders raining down.
Jiren would continue running through the forest at breakneck speed. His enhanced physiology would allow him to keep a pace not seen among normal humans with stellar energy enhancing his endurance he felt less burdened by the terrain though it may just be his imagination.
Powerplay: attempting to nullify the terrain debuff due to my parent technique and trait combination giving me above average willpower and physiology I should potentially be less impeded allowing me to move at my maximum spm which is 3.5. Posting the stuff for reference.

Shin emerged from the forest, compressing a segment of a nearby tree trunk before he managed to exit. Looking up, the Dusk student saw the towering mountain that signified the start of the third obstacle. The only way he'd be able to get over the structure is if he climbed, but Shin knew the limits of his strength and how far back he'd be set if he had to climb manually.
With his companions still behind him, Shin decided to begin his climb, hoping that his friends would provide some help when they caught up to him.
Alas, the shit storm was over and the one person from Dawn had been banned from the games. Aimi was thrilled, letting time pass as she removes the copied quirk from her reservoir. Once she continues back into the race, she ended up lagging behind as she continued to run now with Garou, as she touched him and ran as she copied his quirk. She simply runs at her top speed, heading out the obstacle.
It was time to get to obstacle 3 and Mob saw a huge mountain. He thought that his fellow Dawn students would need help scaling the mountain, so he looked at Blackmayne first.
“Professor Dupe taught me a lot in my training, understanding one's worth. After the incident with Firestorm but I will not allow anymore of us Dawn students to fall behind as heroes, especially my fellow black brothers. We gotta help each other out and work together as a team so we can prove our worth as heroes. Allow me to help you.”
Mob then turned to Blitz.
“Hey, Blitz! I know we never really talked but it’s nice to meet you! I gotta introduce you to my girlfriend Tatsumaki sometime. Allow me to help ya out!”
Before the start of the mountain Mob would start to continually create ascending floating steps made of earth in front of Mob and his two classmates to make a pathway up the mountain without having to physically climb or touch it. He would make sure that the steps crumbled after each of them stepped to the next step to make sure that no one would be able to use the steps.
Powerplay: Mob has created ascending elevating steps for him and his teammates to help create a pathway to scale up the mountain without having to touch or climb it. This would make it so that they will ignore the extra post and the SPM conversion to strength. Mob has also asked the permission of his two fellow students to help them as well.
STR: 15 STA: 20 SPD: 20 ACC: 15 SPD is 20+15+1 SPM Movement (4.5 spm movement)-minus 1 environment=3.5 SPM if environment is still there or affected by environment.
Name: Freeform Telekinetic Quirk: The Minds...Still Rank: D-B Experience Points: 80 Type: Offensive/ Defensive/ Supplementary Range: Self-Long Damage: Delta Ranks Require 5 PHY More in Strength to Break || Gamma Ranks Require 10 PHY More || Beta Ranks Require 15 PHY More Description: The user utilizes psionic energy to freely utilize their telekinetic powers freely: such as telekinetically pushing, lifting, binding, etc. Thus, the user is capable of utilizing his power to telekinetically manipulate the environment and beings around them (including themselves as well). Versatile in application, the user is capable of inducing certain outcomes when telekinetically assaulting targets. When launching invisible telekinetic projectile attacks through the air, there are air distortions that are present for the opponent to see if they are able to track the attack.
Drawbacks: The Drawbacks and Restrictions Expressed in the Parent Technique Follow Suit. Drawbacks: This technique drains the user 2% of mental reserves per freeform action.
Custom Fighting Style: Psionic Coherence Cost: 3 Description: Following the Spiritual Trials of the Mind and Body, the user engages within ancient disciplining tactics to rise the efficiency and strength of their own psionic techniques. These tactics concentrate the user's energy internally and focuses it in short bursts, which conserves and lessens the burden on their body. Inner workings: ~ Grants increased buffs by +5 PHY [Restricted to Buffs that Stem from the Brain] ~ Must have Acquired Spiritual Trials of the Mind and Body.
Name: Dupe’s Flower Missions: South America Cost: 6 Description: In attempt to gain favor from Professor Dupe, Mob traveled to South America to find a rare flower. While investigating the area, the student was ambushed by extremely venomous snakes. Studying the snakes’ movement and attack pattern, the student became adaptive in his own means of combat; growing to at least anticipate the strikes of aggressive snakes. After defeating the venomous snakes, the student found out that the flowers due to the snakes adapting to their environment were the reason for the snake’s venom properties, and that Mob needed to utilize the flower’s chemical properties in his equipment.
Perks of this Trait:
~ Adapting to the environment, Mob adopted the explosive nature of the snakes' strikes. This is represented by an +1 SPM increase in Movement Speed & Projectile Speed. [Does not Stack] ~ As a reaction to being to exposed small dilutes of the harmful chemicals in the flowers, the body’s immune system reacted and adapted, granting more vitality represented by +5 STA. ~ Equipment utilizing this trait become F-Grade, the F standing for Flower. The flowers deal an additional 5 PHY debuff.
Name: Mental Focus Quirk: The Minds...Still Rank: D-B Experience Points: 80 Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: N/A Description: Mob utilizes his mental capacity/telekinesis to augment/facilitate brain function. This done by telekinetically circulating/pumping more blood with oxygen in the brain, utilizing more mental energy towards techniques, and increasing the speed of electrical signals in the brain. This allows for greater reaction speeds, ability to track movements, and greater acuity/prowess. This is represented by an increase in ACC. This also has an interesting side effect of increasing the brainwaves regarding the prowess of certain supplementary techniques, adding specific minor effects. To reflect the power emotion, Mob's hair starts to float with a purple tinge surrounding it. Inner Workings: The minor effects that this technique helps provide must be submitted in the individual techniques themselves, and each technique must be purely supplementary in nature. ~ D rank grants +5 ACC or +5 SPD ~ G rank grants +10 ACC or +10 SPD ~ B rank grants +1 SPM in Tracking or +1 SPM in Movement Drawbacks: Once the technique is activated it remains passive, although it passively drains the user 3% of their mental reserves. 4% for G rank and 5% for B rank. Drawbacks: This cannot be activated multiple times unless it is upgrading/downgrading a rank or reactivating. This technique cannot stack itself. Follows activation limits in techniques and realism.
As they reached the mountain, Blackmayne hesitated seeing how it looked as he prepared to scale it. Luckily, Mob was nearby and told them to follow him as he made platforms to ascend over the mountain without difficulties. Following then, Blackmayne climbs the platforms as they ran with Blitz behind him.
Power Move:Blackmayne crosses the platforms made by Mob, removing the speed conversion to STR
Gogo looked at the mountain before her and sighed. This obstacle looked tedious, but luckily for her Mob offered another way over it. Without hesitation GoGo followed.
Powerplay:
Back to the speed stat cause of mobs platforms.
4.5 SPM - 1 SPM = 3.5 spm
1/2 way through the mountain

Skybox
The crowd began to roar for the Dusk Institute, cheering them on. The audience seemed to take a negative approach to Dawn University due to the behavior they displayed. Chants encouraging the Dusk Students to destroy the Dawn rang loud and clear. In the skybox, the representatives for Dusk could not help but gleam with pride. Dr. Dorian of all thought it be time to pester Professor Dupe.
“Your school, the world will see what you all are made of.”
“Excuse me Dr.?”
“We all know your background Irelia. You were eco-terrorist before that brute of human, Shinoku SAVED you.”
“Aye! Leave her alone.”
“What? Once a criminal, always a criminal. Makes sense you are only birthing criminals! HAHAHAH!”
“Enough Dr. Dorian. Your behavior is truly horrendous. If you cannot…”
“Sorry to interrupt Dr. Hyde, but it is okay. New York is filled with lonely, depressed individuals.”
Bowser and the rest of the proctors could not help but laugh. Dr. Dorian’s swiftly hushed up, annoying at the verbal defeat he taken. Professor Dupe had continued watching her students, personally wishing that they could change all the negative perspectives. Meanwhile the shout casters were trying to liven up the show.
