Marina didn't expect to find herself into some trouble on a study night. Well, at least this would be enough to get her mind off their test for the meantime. As they moved closer, her eyes began to squint hearing the source of the noises getting closer.[break][break]
"From the sound of it there may be one or two... That shouldn't be too bad right? We just capture them, scoop them up, and head back to keep studying. Done, done and done."[break][break]
She said before placing her hands against the ground below. Her fabricated carbon beginning to wrap around her wrists leaving a small hole below her feet. A fight. Though, neither sides seemed to be a hero; or at least a hero she had known. She wondered what had caused this little conflict. Regardless, they needed to act before being caught. Marina began to rub her chin thinking of a plan. [break][break]
"Ok, if we sneak up on them-"[break][break]
Before she knew it, Gogo had already smoked the alley. She lowered the guard of her helmet grumbling as the outer glass began to be be blocked by smoke. She grumbled whispering towards her companion.[break][break]
"Лошадь дерьмо! I can't see.... I hope you have a plan or something!"[break][break]
Sure, Gogo would be able to move with no worries, but she could barely see in the alley. All she could see was smoke, smoke and more smoke. There was no time to waste. All she needed was to remember where she last saw them. Soon, she began to mend her diamond mesh sending a net in the direction of the noise. [break]

Haoquin was reluctant enough to be able to get some distance between the two of them. It seems as if this fight was getting more action-packed by the second. He bites his lip as he watches Cumber envelop himself in an aura. -Man...I wonder if this is how my favorite anime characters growing up felt going up against a badass villain?- he thought to himself. Now out on the street, it was only a matter of time before someone stumbled upon them. Even if it was late at night, the explosion surely had to have caught someones attention or make at least someones head turn. The crimson-haired male hood came off as his hair began to become soaked with water. The rain had intensified and a streak of lighting, followed by a clap of thunder entered the fray. Though his eyes never left Cumber or his approach.
Haoquin lowers himself toward the ground, in a manner that resembled taking an American football stance. Judging by the trajectory of the blast unless they curved they weren't going to hit him, but instead around him. A smart maneuver but one that Haoquin could deal with. See the beauty of his quirk allows him to crumble anything he touches, allowing him to create passages in entrances for himself just by touching something. With a slam from his right hand, the ground below him crumbled and he slipt through, nearly dodging the area of effect move. If successful Haoquin would land within the sewers. The surroundings were dark and only slightly lit by a lantern. Haoquin had no doubt in his mind that Cumber would follow, so because of that the male leaped back and made room for him.
Strangely enough, a bit of smoke would begin to pour through the hole of the sewer. Now not only was it dark down here, it was raining heavily but now there is a thick veil of fog. Just where could it had come from? Haoquin remains on his toes, waiting for anything. He flexing his cal muscles as he begins to store pent up energy within them. WC:352
Cumber's grin grew as he launched himself out from the alleyway, closing on his opponent as his vision narrowed in tandem with his movement. His ki blasts swept to either side of the man, the light from their explosions illuminating the man's now-dampened crimson hair for a heartbeat before smoke filled the area and Cumber barreled into his crouching form. The smoke must have provided a much better cover than he'd anticipated though, the blow utterly failed to connect and the large man sailed back out of the wafting smoke and found himself tumbling onto the pavement.
"What in -" he turned back to see the smoke clearing away enough for the hole in the ground to be visible, and the look of confusion on Cumber's face quickly took on a note of grudging respect. He looked about, and caught sight of two individuals not too far away from them, clearly interested in his fight. Pointing a finger at the duo, Cumber walked to the edge of the hole and looked down into the waiting darkness - though his nose twitched at the unpleasantness of the smell. He turned to look at the pair, squinting through the still-dispersing smoke, "You're not off the hook, minnows!" With that, a ball of light manifested on the end of his finger, and Cumber flung the ki straight down into the sewers below to explode, dropping down immediately afterwards.
Cumber had no doubt his quarry was expecting him, and made sure to push off of the edge of the tunnel as he fell through, landing in a backwards somersault through the grimy waters below. He popped up quickly, happy to see his opponent on the opposite side of the sewer's new opening, arms raising to block any incoming blows. The area just below the opening had been annihilated by his ki blast, though, creating a perfectly spherical gap between the two.
Using her thermal vision, Gogo would see the movement and actions that went on in within the smoke she created. She would also see the hole created by one of the men. Seconds later the smoke would begin to thin out, allowing for marina to see as well. Some of the smoke would leak into the sewers before it too thinned out.
"They went down here Marina! We gotta trail em or they'll get away!
Gogo walked to the entrance to the underground before coming to a stop. The pungent smell smacked her right in her pale face. While she desperately wanted to avoid going down, there was no other choice. The misfits would escape if they hesitated any longer. Gogo would take one last breath of fresh air before leaping down into the sewers. The girl would land and cause a splash in a liquid she prayed would be water --- It was not.
H-Hold it right there! You two are under arrest for illegal use of quirks. I'm gonna need you two to come easy with us.
Gogo would hold her arms up as she stood between the two men. Her arms acting as a means to prevent any further fighting.

As the smoke began to clear, Marina began to love the guard of her helmet. Her eyes squinting slightly. She couldn't make out where the figures had gone. It seemed that they vanished. Soon, her attention was drawn to the sewer passage that seemed to have been the perfect getaway for them. Her eyes began to move to her partner in confusion. She wasn't actually thinking about going down there, was she?[break][break]
"Ok we gotta think this out.... The sewer system is too large and confusing to go in blindly. Were gonna have to think of a new plan. Maybe we can keep track of them over head and find any possible locations they could be heading to.-"[break][break]
She watched as Gogo began to jump down regardless of her words. God she really hated how this was turning out. Before Marina could jump down and join her, her hands began to lift listening to the stern voice of authority. Great. Just what they needed. And every second they spent with the cops, the villains were getting away. She settled herself and lifted her hands higher to show she meant no harm. Her eyes darting towards Gogo as if asking what their next plan was. [break][break]
"Pardon us officer. We noticed high criminal activity in the area and were simply executing the proper protocol. There is no need for a formal arrest..."[break][break]

OH shit. Haoquin couldn't help but sigh. The smoke wasn't just a coincident so it seems. Observing his surroundings the male bit his lip a bit trying to think of what to do. There was no way he could fight off three people at once. Hell, even a two on would prove to be difficult. The longer he stayed here the more he risked being caught. When authorities decided to come along, it would be a wrap. Luckily the two new intruders haven't made any aggressive moves. With them being in between the two of them, Cumber would have to get through them before getting to Haoquin. The stench of the area began to fill his nostrils and it wasn't a pleasant smell. With the area around them now being wider than usual, thanks to Cumber, Hao was sure that the authorities were well on their way. -Well this is just great, isn't it? The sewer system is massive, I'm sure I could lose them in here..but I don't know the way around it myself. Hmmm.-
Haoquin held his hands up indicating that he meant no harm. "Listen..this guy just killed someone before my eyes so I just tried to rough him up. Not really any ill intentions on my part if you ask me. Now if you'll excuse me i'll take my leave." Haoquin said before turning on his heal and breaking for it. The male wasn't sure where he was going but he knew that it was away from there. He places his hand on a near wall causing it to partially collapse and cause rumble to pile up behind him. Attempting to block off his route. One might also notice a constant stream of sewer coming from where the wall was. Soon to build up and be sent toward them.
Cumber studied the newcomer intensely, shaking off his momentary bewilderment at their having disturbed his fight not just once, but twice. Across the gap, Cumber spied his quarry raising his hands defensively, "Listen... this guy just killed someone before my eyes so I just tried to rough him up. Not really any ill intentions on my part if you ask me. Now if you'll excuse me I'll take my leave," before he rushed off. Snapping his attention back to the interloper, rage flashed across his features as Cumber's body became enveloped in light once more.
"Minnow!" He roared at her, "You're disturbing my hunt!" He ran a few steps before leaping forward, aiming to land and kick sewer water into the eyes of the girl before he spun on his heel, trying to slam his outstretched arm against the girl's throat and knock her to the ground. With her pinned down, Cumber pointed the flat of his palm directly at her, charging up a ball of ki and grinning as it grew in size and volatility. Then, Cumber heard the telltale sound of crumbling stonework from the direction that his prey had gone. Cumber turned back to realize he'd lost his concentration on the ki blast and snarled as he opted to simply aim a punch to the girl's gut before he stood up to pursue his initial quarry.
"Listen..this guy just killed someone before my eyes so I just tried to rough him up. Not really any ill intentions on my part if you ask me. Now if you'll excuse me I'll take my leave." Gogo watched as the man turned to the sewer wall. The wall coated in a visible liquid, one that for certain got on the man's hands. Gogo cringed at the action.
"Minnow! You're disturbing my hunt!"
Gogo turned back only to be met with water in her eyes. This guy was fighting dirty and Gogo decided that when she got home, she'd take a bleach shower, followed by a Lysol bath. As she held her burning eyes, a hand grabbed her throat and driving her into the ground.
With a violent rumble the wall collapsed. Black water rushed from the hole, slowly beginning to fill the main tunnel. She could feel the water flow around her body. Inside Gogo was screaming from how disgusting this was. The man went through the hole he created; he was attempting to get away in another tunnel. This action distracted her attacker for a split second, allowing her to strike at the man's chin, hoping to get free from his hold.
Marina! Don't let him get away! I'll take care of this guy.

Things were really starting to get out of hand. Before she could speak again, she watched as the two mysterious men began to spring into action; one escaping and another going for her partner. Before she could assist, she was tasked with chasing the first down. She let out a small sigh was given before she turned towards the hole. [break][break]
"If you die here, I'll never forget you." [break][break]
She began to start her pursuit placing on her diamond armor to avoid contact with the dirty water. She began to run watching as a pile of rubble stood in her way. [break][break]
"Well... " [break][break]
She began to lift her diamond coated arm and smash it over and over into the rubble allowing the pile to be withered enough for her next action. Once she found the perfect opening, she charged forward breaking through the rubble with her diamond. She continued her pursuit grasping the diamond mesh around her wrists. [break][break]
"Make this easier on both of us and turn yourself in already. It stinks and I'd like to leave." [break][break]
She began to weave together another diamond net throwing it forward to attempt to catch the man. She really hoped that her and Gogo wouldn't get in trouble for all of this nonsense.[break][break]

The smell of the sewers was awful, to say the least. The stench was almost enough to make Hao double over and throw up, but this wasn't the time. He needed to get away from this area. The idea of crushing another hole and going deeper underground crossed his mind, but it was cut short as he began to hear a pounding against the wall of rubble he had created. Haoquin didn't dare turn around or stop to see who or what was coming through, he needed to keep moving. He had a good amount of pressure built in his limbs due to the fighting that he had done earlier so if he needed to he would use that to his advantage.
"Make this easier on both of us and turn yourself in already. It stinks and I'd like to leave."
Haoquin hears the voice coming from behind him and only attempts to run harder. How long could he keep this up? Surely this tunnel has to end somewhere right? Turn around and fight or keep running? Though before Hao could make any decision as to what to do, he found himself stumbling and falling to the ground. He looks around himself to find that he had been ensnared in a net made out of some form of the mineral. With a small outburst of energy from his hands he crushing the net made of diamonds into nothing as he stands up and faces his pursuer.
"I didn't wanna fight ya' but I guess you leave me with no choice." He says as he claps twice producing two concussive blasts of energy. One aimed straight at the girl, the second toward her right side. Haoquin himself began to approach her left.
Cumber brought his hand away from the girl's throat, balling it up into a fist as he pulled it back to tense up for a hard jab. Though, he wanted to be sure she was out of commission, and glanced down before he let loose with is punch. That split second cost him, though, as a hand shot up to connect with his jaw. Lip tearing against his teeth, Cumber staggered back in surprise as the taste of iron filled his mouth. "Marina! Don't let him get away! I'll take care of this guy." He spat, a red globule of saliva and blood disappearing into the rank, murky waters that surrounded them with an echoing sploop. "Today's my lucky day," he began, raking the hero with his gaze as he sized her up, ignoring the retreating form of what he assumed was this "Marina".
"So few are willing to even defend themselves. Like carp leaping into the boat when you scare 'em," he shook his head in mild remorse, bringing a hand up to admire as it pulsed with migratory light, "But today?" He looked back to the girl, "I found one who seems to at least be worth his salt. And now you, who leaps head first into shark-infested waters... Well, I already had a catch in mind, but you'll do for now." As the sewage levels rose up past his mid-thigh, Cumber stepped forward, doing his best to fill up the passageway and force the girl back to where the water levels were rising from. The sound of foot steps and echoing sirens made their way down from above, but Cumber paid no mind to them now.
"So few are willing to even defend themselves. Like carp leaping into the boat when you scare 'em, But today? I found one who seems to at least be worth his salt. And now you, who leaps head first into shark-infested waters... Well, I already had a catch in mind, but you'll do for now."
Gogo stood as the waters rose to her waist, her small stature definitely working against her in this situation. The punch she dished out earlier left it's mark in his mouth as he spat out the dark red blood. Gogo would began to take a stance, her legs moving sluggishly through the sewer water. The black jeans and jacket she wore would be completely soaked, decreasing her movement speed even more.
Up above were the cops, for sure creating a barrier around the hole, sirens screaming at the pairs down below.
All of you come out with your hands up or we will open fire!
Gogo wanted to help catch this guy and clear up the situation, however, if they decided to start firing then this already gross situation could get messier. Turning her head towards the area underneath the entrance, she would fire a ball of smoke that would then expand to obscure their vision from down below. She would then turn back towards the man.
Lets wrap this up!
Gogo charged forward with her hands up, fists balled. She would release a series of swings at the mans jaw, hoping to drop him quickly.

She grit her teeth as she began to mumble to herself. [break][break]
"This is just great.... Spending my precious study time in the depths of the sewers. I suppose a heroes just is never truly done.. But we'll have to get this under control before any more law enforcers appear. I really don't wanna get in trouble at school.." [break][break]
Marina began to slow her steps as she saw her enemy being captured within her net. Once it was broken, she began to prepare herself for combat. Her fists clenching as she listened to the males words. In all due respect, she could care less for what he had to say. If they had no bad intentions, they wouldn't be running away in the first place. [break][break]
"If you had no ill intentions then why are you running? Your actions in that alley could be heard from blocks away and you do not deny your intentions. Aside from that, the laws upon quirks in the area are highly strict. Therefore, my accusations are justified. Now, come along calmly or be trampled." [break][break]
She wasted no time as she began to charge at him again. Her diamond armor taking the full on attack of his and crumbling. Luckily, not slowing her motions. She began to rub her hands together seeing him approaching as well. She slowed and place her hands against the left wall causing diamond spikes to erupt before him in an attempt to slow to harm. Once she had the chance, she reinstated her diamond armor ready to attack. She through a diamond-coated punch aiming for the males lower abdomen. [break][break]

The sounds of sirens could be heard coming from up top. The destruction was more than enough for law enforcement to respond to. Haoquin outta be leaving but he needed to get this girl off of him. Cumber must have his hands full with the other girl from before. He bit his lip as he heard her speak. "The law is rigid and strict. Here you are also using your quirk in order to stop us. I doubt you are a pro hero, so you a're just as guilty. I'm only running because I don't want to deal with law enforcement. Why should I be taken into custody for using my quirk to save someone when heroes aren't around? Let that sink in."Haoquin says as he leaped dodging some of the spikes while another portion scrape his left side and cause a small bead of blood to begin to drip.
Now being within striking distance from the mineral user, Haoquin watched as she would send a punch toward his abdomen. Without a second thought, the crimson haired male would aim to trade blows. Attempting to place his left hand on her cheek while his right hand on her abdomen. With the punch came a strong grunt from Haoquin but not before his quirk activates via physical touch and attempts to separate the two. If all went well, the diamond user would be flung backward while Haoquin would be pushed away as well. Turning his body mid air, he once more placed his hand on the wall next to him. Demolishing it and creating an opening. With a small dense cloud of debri covering his movement he began to run again.
Gathered police called down from above, though Cumber ignored the words. Until they tried shooting, they would be no trouble. He was about to drop his gaze from the hole above when a cloud of smoke exploded on it, obscuring everything from on either side. The startled cries of police echoed down, and the large man quirked an eyebrow at his meddlesome catch. She responded particularly aggressively though, so he grinned while he settled into a defensive posture, forearms raised to block her incoming strikes.
As the girl stepped up to Cumber with her fists swinging for his jaw once again, he swiped left and right, absorbing minimal impacts from her strikes as he deflected the force of her blows. As he deflected the first swing, Cumber used the momentum in his redirecting hand to swing out and back up in a heavy punch aiming directly under the girl's chin. Whether it connected or not, he would immediately jump backwards before rushing forward and releasing several orbs of ki to detonate and push through the wall of the sewer.
Cumber heard more yelling from above, more frantic this time, before a gunshot rang out. A loud BANG followed by an uncomfortably close whizzing sound came from above, and in the dim light given off by his cloak of ki energy, Cumber saw the telltale splash of a bullet breaking the surface of the sewer water. He ran forward before luckier shots could be made, ignoring the girl for a moment as he made to burst through the remnants of the sewer wall. A disgusting slurdge sound accompanied the water as it poured into the new, unconnected chamber, lowering the overall level considerably. In the deeper darkness within, Cumber dropped his blanket of ki, moving slowly to mask his presence as he stalked for the minnow in this pitch-black wading pool.
