< CRISIS SYSTEM ARRIVED! > The Crisis System has finally be constructed and release to the general public. We encourage people to test out the system and enjoy themselves in drafting grand stories capable of changing the dynamics of the Role-Play World. Understand that the system is new, thus there are some kinks to be worked out that we couldn't due to not having enough man power to test! Make sure to read the rules which are placed in the Rules and Checks section of the RP Boards.
< THE NEXT MAJOR EVENT! > The Next Major Event will arrive starting the first week of Decemeber! Why are we making this announcement so early? Because we want to provide ample amount of opportunity to warn the community to start preparing and testing out their move sets. It will be a faction event once more, which means Heroes vs Villains BUT remember that Vigilantes are now thrown into the fray. It would be utter chaos so stay tune!
< To Be Announced > TBA
Arriving at the ocean, Blackmayne lands from the platforms and looks at it. Narrowing his eyes as the announcers make remarks about the sharks within the pool and he sees them, mechanical sharks. Of all the animals to have, they had mechanical sharks to deal with. Formulating a plan quickly, Blackmayne takes off at full speed before jumping and diving into the pool, slicing the ocean on some Michael Phelps shit as he swims. While it wasnt common for many black people to know how to swim, it was an exercise he learned and excelled at in Wakanda.
So this was Obstacle 2. The slight rustling of the shifting plant life did nothing but entice the student. However, she had seen what this obstacle was capable of. The uneven ground was sure to cause her to stumble if she didn't watch her step. And ever sprouting trees could easily catch her off guard if she didn't pay attention to any patterns. She was still alone so at least she didn't have to worry. Though, the slight echoing of footsteps could be heard. Perhaps someone was still in there. She would be sure to keep herself on high alert and if her quirk was needed, then she would act. But for now, she stuck to her gut treading into the jungle. Her hands lifting to push away and thick brush or vines.
GoGo would dive into the pool without hesitation, her form perfect. Swimming was one of the many sports GoGo did growing up. While not an elite Michael Phillips type swimmer, she was pretty proficient at it.
One thing that concerned her was the sharks that she heard the announcers speak about. There's no way they would place actual dangerous sharks within the water, so they're either trained, people, or robots. As she swam she would raise her head above water to inhale oxygen. As she dipped her face in the water she would blow out and release the misty chemicals that resembled smoke into water. Her goal was to dye the water using her smoke.
Powerplay:
Using my smoke to dye the water. I got Actual pics of smoke working under water and my quirk is not ACTUAL smoke but instead a misty substance that resembles it. This should work.
The goal is to confuse the movement sensors of the robots so nobody gets attacked by the sharks. The water will be dark black after with my quirks chemicals In the water.
"Hotbox is an Emitter Type Quirk that allows the user to produce smoke through her exhalation. Through the inhalation of oxygen, the body uses the waste that is naturally rejected from it. What is rejected is a misty haze, composition of carbon monoxide – carbon dioxide – and nitrogen oxide which mimics the natural phenomenon known as smoke. This misty haze composition can be exhaled through the mouth or nose. The misty haze created can have various effects, akin to actual smoke thus those expose is subjected to deliberating effects. The user, however, is immune to such effects."
20 Str. 2 spm +1 movement speed = 3 spm.
3 spm - 1 spm = 2 spm.
1/3 posts to exit.
Name: Mary Jane Quirk: Hotbox Rank: E-B Experience Points: 85 Type: Supplementary Range: Close - Long Damage: None Description: Mary Jane is a basic technique of the Hotbox Quirk. This move allows Go Go to turn nearby oxygen, that she inhales, into smoke that she can expel through her mouth or nostrils by exhaling. This smoke is capable of obscuring the opponent's vision, essentially making them blind when within the smoke due to only being able to see smoke. Smoke is also capable of entering the pores of an opponent so simply holding their breath won't protect them from the smoke.
Hmm. It seemed this obstacle was going to be the hardest of them all and Mob knew that the presence of these sharks could ruin the match. This obstacle denied groups, so Mob thought it best to split away from his group. Mob thought it would be best to avoid the sharks by running along the surface of the water while not being airborne. He would need to use the earth from the steps he was using when he crossed the mountain. Knowing this Mob would create steps so that the bottom of each step was touching the water (so that Mob would not be airborne) while he ran across the tops of these steps to reach the next obstacle in an attempt to not alert the sharks.
Power play: Mob attempts to create steps along just the surface of the water and run across them to avoid the water while also avoiding being airborne. These steps are alternated in a forward path so that no one else would be able to use them. He has also split away from his group.

Power Move Log
Nexus' platforms are successful. However, your platforms are hovering over the water. They cannot sit on water considering water shifts. This will alarm the sharks of the "potential" of something above the water.
Six sharks have attacked you at once. Your free turn has been given up, now you must defend and free-form will not work.
Blitz' power play is successful, however they are still able to sense movement in the water. However, they have been disorientated. Most of them can only track the others. You gave yourself one extra free turn.
Blackmayne, due to Blitz's power playing, you gave yourself one extra free turn.
Joker and Queen, your log has attracted quite the amount of sharks. They are already chomping at the log. Three sharks are attacking each side (left and right) of the raft. Your free turn has been given up.
SuperNova, Bastion, Golden Knight, and Jiren successful in going through the tunnel.

The Gauntlet: The Jungle (Obstacle 2)
The vines and uneven displacement of the jungle grounds, along with the randomly spruted trees. Any heat related quirks will spark flames, which will set the jungle ablaze. Tread lightly...
The Gauntlet: The Mountain (Obstacle 3)
The mountain is this towering obstacle. Climbing is tough but descending is equally tough.
This obstacle immediately adds on one extra post required to complete it should the racer be forced to physically climb.
Should the racer have means of clearing this mountain, without touching, avoids the SPM Conversion to be STR base.
Any substantial force, excluding from climbing it, will result in boulders raining down.
The Gauntlet: The Ocean (Obstacle 4)
The ocean has a roof, which does not allow any evolution that avoid the sharks. They are robotic and will leap out the water to grasp at anyone above the water. If you are within the water swimming, they will simply grasp at you. Either situation results in adding one post to the travel time.
Avoiding the Water Removes the Strength Attribute Conversion for Movement Speed. It also Removes the -1 SPM Reduction to Movement Speed
Avoiding the Water via Airborne Results in Sharks Prioritizing you. There are an limitless amounts of sharks, with 40 PHY in each Attribute.
The Sharks do not harm, rather they simply capture and occupy you safely above water to not drown you.
They possess 3 HP. You may attack them, but you can only do 3 Techniques or 6 Free-Forms. No Mixing.
You have 1 Free Turn of Swimming before they attack. Should you go airborne in any fashion, you forfeit that free turn.
Traversing, via swimming, as a group will notify the sharks of your presence. This forfeits the free turn.
Trying to manipulate the entire obstacle in any manner requires techniques to be used. A total amount of three techniques dedicated to inflicting the water.
Though the interior of the tunnel itself was dark, the daylight breaking through at the far end was all the guidance Roland needed, and he continued to run, pushing himself through the obstacle.
As BlackMayne started swimming, there suddenly was an explosion of black mist like water below him. Swimming and looking below him, he noticed that the sharks seemed momentarily distracted as he swam. Looking around, he saw Blitz releasing the smoke below them. Even though they had stopped working together, her actions continued to benefit him. Spurned by her heroics, Blackmayne hastened his pace to leave the ocean and make sure their teamwork earlier wasn't in vain.
Marina ventured forward being sure to keep track of any uneven ground in which the trees could emerge. There were definitely a few close calls. But the last thing she needed was the audience seeing her run face first into a tree. The footsteps ahead of her seemed to be growing louder. Maybe she was approaching someone after all.

Steering the boat across the pool, Shin and Aimi were well on their way to the final obstacle. They accounted for the other competitors, but they didn't account for the sharks that soon began to gnaw on the raft they'd built. Shin was the first to act, focusing his attention on the sharks towards the back. They all attempted to grab him with their teeth while he tried to compress them one by one.
"Aimi, take care of one of the other sides," Shin said, reaching his hand back as one of the sharks tried to bite him. He took the chance as it presented itself and touched the shark's closed mouth, compressing it down into a small marble. The other two would be taken care off once Aimi addressed her side of the issue.
“Don’t have to tell me twice![/color] she said", as telepathically command the binging balls to begin to devour the sharks’s metal body. She would command four of the surrounding balls to attack each shark that was on the side of the tree. [Each shark has three HP, each ball consume up to 2 so one on each side takes away two HP then the last ball eats the remaining 1 HP]. This happens fast enough to prevent the sharks from gnawing too much into the raft like log. Once it was done and over with, she command several more balls to go on top of the water as they continued to sail; using this as distraction for the sharks.
Name: Chain Of hunger x3 Quirk: Emitter Quirk Level: Basic Rank:D-B Experience Points: 80 Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage:2-4 Description: With but a thought the user spawns up to 8 1 meter black orbs with the ability to eat an individual amount of 3 meter Diameter worth of an item/Technique. Each black orb can consume 2 damage worth of a substance/Technique while the health of the Black orbs always starts at 2 HP(Parent technique ability). When successfully eating a material/Technique the orbs gain +1 to their individual health, The user retains the ability to telekinetically control the orbs whenever he sees fit.
Powerplay Moving with Shin on his raft while using the Bing Balls to attack and remove the sharks, also using the balls as distractions.
