< CRISIS SYSTEM ARRIVED! > The Crisis System has finally be constructed and release to the general public. We encourage people to test out the system and enjoy themselves in drafting grand stories capable of changing the dynamics of the Role-Play World. Understand that the system is new, thus there are some kinks to be worked out that we couldn't due to not having enough man power to test! Make sure to read the rules which are placed in the Rules and Checks section of the RP Boards.
< THE NEXT MAJOR EVENT! > The Next Major Event will arrive starting the first week of Decemeber! Why are we making this announcement so early? Because we want to provide ample amount of opportunity to warn the community to start preparing and testing out their move sets. It will be a faction event once more, which means Heroes vs Villains BUT remember that Vigilantes are now thrown into the fray. It would be utter chaos so stay tune!
< To Be Announced > TBA
Coming closer to the safe zone blackmayne and jiren would push onward with renewed vigour seeing the end so close. Heaving the cart along it's rolling road as quickly and carefully as they could.
The end seemed to be closer than Marina believed. They were almost there. That was a relief. She continued to press forward building and deconstructing her constructs and then helping Arthur and the others push the cart to the Safe Haven.
Starting Location: N10 Ending Location: K10
Power Play: We will be able to push should Blackmayne and Jiren help push. There are eight bodies on the cart. Arthur is able to lift double, Jiren is able to lift double, and Blackmayne is able to lift double their body weight. Considering we are not carrying (not suffering the SPM debuff) but using barrel like wheels to push the earth forward, we should cut the necessary strength down by a lot to push such obstacle. Plus, Jiren's abilities lowers gravity which should make it easier to push.
description: while making contact with the ground, the user is able to convert a portion of the ground into a continuation of smaller diamond spikes. the spikes continue outward from the location of the user until reaching the five meter limitation. spikes formed from diamond are sharp enough to puncture skin. each spikes raises to about 36 inches [3 feet] and cannot exceed past 5 meters in diameter from the user.
note: the user is able to create a range of 1-4 spikes and damage can vary depending on how many are present. [ex. summoning one spike can do 2 damage. or summoning 4 with each doing 0.5 damage each.]
Mob and Roland was faced with the villain, sweat coming down his brow as he has seen what it had did to the terrain. “Heh, I guess it does look a little scarier in person” “Yeah…I guess it does!” Mob didn’t want to admit but they were faced against a powerful opponent. It reminded him of his fight against the cybernetic being that overpowered him. He looked at Roland and saw the battered look on his face. Even though he had recovered from the initial tsunami hit, psychologically he was damaged. Nonetheless, he was determined to end this bot’s rampage. “Roland in a hero situation we have to either try to defeat the villain or contain it long enough for back up to arrive. We need to end its rampage now!” “Boy, focus! Remember how strong this thing is” Mob saw the crowds boo at the tsunami bot and he felt inspired. Just like him, they did mot want this bot to win either. The endless cameras, cheers, and boos could all be seen. Feeling the emotions from the crowd, he could feel the enthusiasm rise within them for the heroes to beat the villain. “I know, but as heroes we have sworn to protect the people and uphold justice! My teacher is watching me from afar and taught me how to understand one’s worth. I must show her my grit. And we have to show our heroics! Let’s see how you like this, villain!”, Mob would shout. He could feel the adrenaline rushing through his brain and coursing through his body. Whatever he had to do, he needed to do now. “Roland let’s use techniques to restrict it’s movement and capture it.” Mob immediately pointed at the bot performing 3 freeform telekinetic binds on the robot to stop its movement and close its hands to stop releasing the pressurized air while Roland created a spherical barrier just large enough to encompass the bot's body, but not large enough to permit it any movement; the barrier was unmovable unless it was destroyed, so they hoped this effort would contain the bot or at least stop its rampage.
Powerplay: Attempting to contain the bot through multiple efforts. Roland’s unmovable barrier cannot move restricting(containing) the robot. Since we are in point blank range these effects should happen almost immediately.
Powerplay: Adrenaline increase for Mob’s binds making them harder to breakout of. Giving enough time for Roland to restrict the robot with his unmovable barrier.
Name: Mad Mindset Quirk: The Minds...Still Rank: D/B Experience Points: 60 Type: Supplementary Range: Self Damage: 0 Description: Mad Mindset is a technique that utilize the emotion of hostility and aggression to channel in his psionic attacks. The buildup of emotion reflected in Mob’s psionic which collects and raises his attack speed. Mob’s pupils turn red as a side effect to reflect this emotion.
Note: The user is capable of maintaining the increased speed via trading energy per turn. Note: D-Rank: +0.5 SPM to Attack Speed. This version drains 3% each turn. B-Rank: +1 SPM to Attack Speed. This version drains 5% each turn. Note: This cannot be activated multiple times unless it is upgrading, downgrading, and reactivating the rank. Activating Mad mindset(D rank) and the sanctuary techniques for Roland.
Name: Freeform Telekinetic Quirk: The Minds...Still Rank: D-B Experience Points: 80 Type: Offensive/ Defensive/ Supplementary Range: Self-Long Damage: 0 Description: The user utilizes psionic energy to freely utilize their telekinetic powers freely such as telekinetically pushing, lifting, binding, etc. The user can utilize his power to telekinetically manipulate the environment and beings around them (including themselves as well). Versatile in application, the user can induce certain outcomes when telekinetically assaulting targets. The user is capable of launching invisible projectiles, although in its travel air distortions can been seen. Drawbacks: Delta Ranks Require 5 PHY More in Strength to Break Drawbacks: Gamma Ranks Require 10 PHY More in Strength to Break Drawbacks: Beta Ranks Require 15 PHY More in Strength to Break Drawbacks: This technique drains the user 3% of mental reserves per freeform action.
Name: Sanctuary Quirk: Repairrier Quirk Level: Basic Rank: E-D (D) Experience Points: 15 Type: Supplementary | Defensive Range: Close Damage: 1-2 (2) Description: Sanctuary is Roland's principle technique utilizing his Quirk, Repairrier. This allows Roland to create a single barrier up to close-range away, with a five meter in diameter for size. The barrier itself is variable in shape, but retains the healing properties appropriate for its rank. The barrier is immobile once it is created. In the event the barrier is damaged (but not broken), this technique can be recast at the cost of a moveslot to reinforce the barrier back up to its maximum integrity.
Mob attack speed 4.5 SPM Roland barriers travel at 1.5 SPM
The "Ward" from last turn is destroyed by the Bot's first Tidal Wave, dealing 2 damage to each person (the ward had 2 HP). Mob's heightened attack speed should allow him to restrain the bot before its second tidal wave, as he has a higher SPM than the bot, with its flat 40s.
Powerplay: Attempting to completely restrain the bot via Mob's telekinesis, and Roland's Barrier.
As they began to apparatchik the safe haven, Marina could feel a smile upon her face. Once the boys had pushed the slab within the confinement, she released her quirk allowing the slab to settle to the ground.
Starting Location: K10 Ending Location: J10

Skybox (Flashback End)
Since the heated discussion between the professors had come to a screeching halt, the explosion in the Tsunami Zone was responsible, the skybox had become eerily quiet. The Horizon College family was terrified of the condition Combust may have been in, especially because they knew her to be beyond stubborn. If her injuries were short of severe, her actions would tip the scale to worsen the situation. Professor Lux pressed her hands on the glass, hoping that she would emerge from the sea. The crowd dead silent, it began to eat away at her patience. She would begin to shout at the proctors of the challenge.
“STOP! WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING? THIS ISN’T SOME CIRCU…”
Dr. Hyde would move towards Professor Lux and place his hands on her shoulder. His intentions were to calm down her peer, especially because he knew too well that her desire to protect the students would ruin the Sports Festival. Professor Lux would look Hyde in the eyes, showing an expression concern and then hang her down; sulking in the idea that she was not allowed to intervene. Only second would pass until the crowd began to cheer in revelation that she had survived. Professor Lux would reluctantly grow a smile because she was too drained from worrying.
“A tough kid! She would give Blitz a run for her money!”
Professor Bowser would laugh as he tried to lighten the mood by complimenting the student’s tenacity. He even went so far to pat Dr, Hyde on the back, commending them for their good disciplining. The smooth-talking professor from Horizon College would sigh as he turned around to Dr. Dorian once more. This time a grin was etched onto his face because he was truly proud of Combust. He looked at the Dusk professor, which not only caught his attention but began to bother him. He figured with the commotion that he could escape the previous conversation. Dr. Hyde refused to do so, especially after the determination displayed by Combust.
“You seem unwilling to answer the question. Perhaps you realized the error of your behavior or you truly are ignorant to the reason.”
Dr. Hyde would point to the general direction of Combust but then shift to multiple spots on the entire stage. His fingers tapping the window hard enough to make that thump.
“They are what it means to be a hero. Heroes not only save or rescue people Dr. Dorian. It isn’t about combat power or being the smartest.”
He would stop, taking in the crowd’s cheers as they roared for several of the students to do their best. They had become truly invested, roped into feeling the aspiration of the cadets. More importantly they were inspired that the future would remain safe, regardless of what villain tried to rear its head.
“Making feel as if the future is secure. Making them feel that justice will always prevail. Making them feel that there is far more good than there is evil in the world. All of that is what it means to be a hero.”
The skybox began to clap, cheering on Dr. Hyde for his wise words. Even the fellow professors of Dusk Institute could not help but applaud the man of his words, except for Dr. Dorian of course. He stood there with his head held down, frustrated but more so embarrassed for his behavior. Dr. Hyde would see this and speak once more.
“The challenge is not over yet and there still more of the festival. There is still time and always will be time to be better. Remember that.”
Announcer's Booth
The stadium began to be rushed with alarms that can drown out the cheering audience. The Crisis Challenge had come to an end because time limit had finally run out. Once the noise can catch the attentions of the audience, the tele-prompters began to flash warnings that the final challenge was going to begin in thirty minutes. This was enough time for the audiences to use the restrooms or approach the stands that were selling food and merchandise. Biff on the other hand continued to wrap up the challenge, speaking with the proctors so that the scorings could be displayed.
